The hotel have just launched officially less than a year. It's located near to Gurney Drive, Gurney Plaza and G Hotel Gurney by walking distance of 5- 10 minutes. The hotel has a unique design. Friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff is average. During my check in, I have produced my Le Club Accor Platinum card for my membership to be included into the hotel expenses as I have booked through accorhoteld.com website for my stay at G Hotel Kelawai. The front desk have rudely returned my Le Club Accor card and informing me that they do not accept the card and do not acknowledge me as the Le Club Accor Platinum member. Being a frequent traveller and regular stays in majority 4 and 5 stars hotels, I have not encounter such attitude and rudeness of a hotel staff.I have booked booked this hotel because it is an Accor Partner Hotels. Otherwise, I will not stay at G Hotel Kelawai at all. The bed and bathroom amenities are excellent. Free minibar consumption throughout my 3 nights stays. Food at the restaurant is average. Housekeeping services is a bit slow. I have requested for a shavers kits to be delivered to my room on one of the morning. It took the housekeeping 30 minutes to deliver the shaver kits. I have to resort in calling the front desk to inform and reminding them. Overall, my stay with G Hotel Kelawai was good and I would like to suggest that the front desk officers to be more polite and professional in dealing with hotel guest. The service does not reflect the professions of customer services and hence G Hotel Kelawai need to look into this matters seriously.

We would never stay there again or recommend it to people we like. The staffs response to almost everything was 'No'. Can we order some food, no the kitchen is closed. We ordered drinks 45 minutes ago, where are they? etc.
