A good place to staycation, near from Cilandak Town Square. Got upgrade rooms to family room and warm welcoming at the room. Nice food for sahoor, got huge large portion with affordable price.

there are water leaks when it rains on the walls and roof

The location is very strategic, close to the Cilandak Town Square which is in a walking distance and, fortunately, close to the place that I wanted to visit.

It is unexpected that the Ibis Hotel upgraded my room to a family room, which is much bigger with three beds inside. In my opinion, if the hotel has such a policy like that, it should inform to the customer, so that the customer can make another plan, e.g. asking family member(s) to join the night in the hotel. Even though I was given three beds, I only used one of them since I travelled alone. However, I appreciate the policy. A warm welcome to me as a gold card member is also appreciated.
