When I arrived in my room, the drain in the bathroom has water coming out. I changed room and was given 709. Next two mornings there was load drilling in 710. No housekeeping service for two days, even though I had the please make the room sign on my door. I had to go ask for soaps and towels daily. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Staff we're excellent throughout. Hotel was good quality. Slightly let down by shower drainage issues in our room. Obviously been happening for a while as door showed a small bit of damage from the overflowing water.

No baggage assistance... one lift was operating.. waiting time to take the lift up was long.... I had to take the stairs from 7th floor as lift was fully occupied.. maximum capacity is 4,and no space for me... room was boiling hot we entered...not prepared in advance... only 1 AC was working.. no maintenance to fix the one in living room....sink drainage loose leaking water....only 1 adapter given to charge our devices... mini fridge empty...location is not convenient as no supermarket near I had to take taxi to carrfour to buy kids snack... cost me 35 lie...no replenishment of hot beverage items... breakfast is ok but not wow...vegetarian selection is poor and lacking... many options of pork..quality of the is good...I understand we are in Romania, and people apparently don’t care about their hygene after using the toilet and use tissues to clean up, but for us washing with water is essential hygiene requirement, and your toilets are missing washing facility (as others miss it), however, been a hotel, you must take in consideration other cultures needs. On a positive note: Special thanks and appreciation to front desk Anamaria,for her support, understanding and care dusplayedduring our stay. Her friendly and professional attitude made a difference to us. Being personal and considerate when she gave her own phone adapter is unique and highly appreciated. Staff line her make the difference in customer experience. Thank you.

We got room with no air condition then switched to rooms with noisy air condition then switch to room with no venta in bath and water that comes out of the bath Elevators were not working for 1 whole dayNo food in buffet at 09:30 in yhe morning but just after we asked for food We expect for compensation for all the bad experiance but got free mini bar for 2 days too little effort for huge disapointment

Almost perfect, staff friendly, room nice (we took a Suite). But room and minibar were hot (27 degrees!) when we entered. Should have a better management of staff at breakfast. Too many of them (some even wandering from other sections) but nobody has the idea of cleaning the table or changing tablecloth (we could not find a stainless table in a almost empty restaurant).Please bring in some natural orange or apple juice.Overhaul is nice

We invited 2 rooms First we got 1 room with no air condtion it too almost 3 hours to track after 2 other rooms as all rooms were offered to us had problems. We were switched to 2 different rooms 1 with a noisy air condition and water that comes out from shower as someone use ut and the other room with no venta in bath We were switch again to 2 fiffereng room: appartment and room again no venta in showers During the whole stay elevatoors were broken, abd no food in breakfast from 09:00 ,we had to ask for food. The only compensationed offered was 2 days of free mini bar... I think that hotel who respecf himsrlf shoild have done more than that ** I hosted in mercure eiffel tower in Paris which was great and base on that experiance i invited vacation on unirii mercure but it was far far different that it.
