Initially impressed with the hotel ambiance, room and support of the check-in staff (12th July night). However, highly disappointed with the frustrated bar staff (12th July night) and completely disappointed with the food and room service. Quality of food was way below the standards. Also, the reception staff (an old French lady) at the time of check-out (13th July morning shift, 7AM) was really arrogant!!!. Never expected such an experience from any other hotels. It is highly unlikely that I would opt for London Novotel any more!

I requested early check in as a gold elite member - the room was not prepared when arrived and I was allocated a different room - the staff were very inexperienced and slow - it was not busy

« In general, things didn't work and beds were small »

The room phone did not work at all (room 225) The air conditioning required someone from maintenance to come to room to make it work Twin beds are ok, but expected to be a bit wider. Like sleeping in a kids bed. No King beds at all Staff did well, but basically overwhelmed Shuttle service to airport (the main reason to stay there) was not good......took an Uber in the end

Very convenient for T2. Easy access off the M4. Free bus service to the airport was welcome and quick from the main road 50m away. Room nicely decorated Bar area a bit bright and cheaper feeling than usual for Novotels- felt more Ibis. Parking slow. I normally pay at the hotel. But had to download an app and pay for it this way. NB: On return to my car I had two red notes saying car park was private and I should remove my car. This really annoyed me. I saw on return that a 'meet and greet' company must be using this part of the car park. But there were no signs saying this. From my perspective, when I arrived in an empty car park I chosen a safe spot to park my car in what appears to be the hotel car park. It felt cheeky that someone was making me feel like I had done anything wrong.

As an accor member - we were disappointed to be given a handicapped access room where the shower is just a part of the floor. It is messy and doesn't make a romantic getaway feel special. I was glad we were able to move the next day, but the staff seemed surprised we would be disappointed. The gym was also not open - which was part of why we booked the hotel. Breakfast staff were excellent but for a novotel the breakfast was a little underwhelming - perhaps because it is a smaller property.

It was ok. Unfortunately the taxi driver took me to the wrong Novotel first. I think you should make it clear that there are two novotels and to be sure to have proper updates on google maps

« The bus from the airport terminal 3 took me to the wrong Novotel At Heathrow. Apparently it happens all the time »

The arrival was messed up. Your bus costing 5 pounds at terminal 3 took me to the wrong Novotel at heathrow. Why can’t you sort it out. It happens all the time.

I did the on-line check-in the night before I arrived with my credit card details and my expected time of arrival and when I arrived at the hotel I waited 3 hours in the lobby without a room. I was told no rooms were available even though I noticed a large group checking out when I walked in. The receptionist couldn't be bothered to keep me informed. After 3 hours I had to leave to meet someone at the airport and was forced to carry all of my luggage with me as I was not offered the possibility of leaving it at the hotel. I walked out of the door as the receptionist just watched me leave. I returned later and a new receptionist checked me in immediately and was very polite. I fail to understand how the first receptionist in the morning could be in your employ.

1. I had Informed when I booked That I require The sofa bed as there were 3 people; it was NOT done. 2. The loud sound of jack hammer right outside the window on the late afternoon of our arrival, and early in the morning the following day meant no rest at all. 3.The reception manager with a thick foreign accent was offended when what she was saying was not understood, and when asked if another staff member could clarify the instructions - upon checking in.
