« I had an enjoyable experience at your hotel. »

While the hotel was a reasonable price and in a great location. My room was noisy. In particular, the shower doors in these rooms bang loudly any time they close. Thus when the guests in the room next to me got up early in the morning to shower I was awoken by the constant banging. It would seem this would be easy for the hotel to fix with perhaps a little rubber gasket around the door frame.

First the lady that make the checking didn’t ask if the room was as should be, the room doesn’t have a phone, it says on the advertising that we could choose the temperature as we want, witch wasnt true because doesn’t have a heater system, the to get things more worse I go to shower and is doesn’t have hot water . So after that I go down stairs for the 4 time and then another person pass mento another room . At first I was at the room 504 then later that night I was moved to the 705 . For the name of the Hotel and all the price it should be a better service.

Good things: - Location - Breakfast - Acomodations - Front desk Bad things: - No hand towel - I had some issues in the bathrooms, first no hot water, so I switched room, second some kind of flood after each bath.

I went there on a Business trip (room booked by the Company I went to work with), and stayed over two weeks. The title summarises my experience. All the staff was really nice and ready to help. Not only in the reception, but also in the Hotel's bar/restaurant. I always felt welcomed. The restaurant -- Ceviche! -- is nice, but the bar could have a bit more options. The room was not a very good fit for me, although I saw later that the Hotel had other types of rooms. Nevertheless, I always found the room tidy and clean upon my return. I tried the laundry service, and it was flawless. Overall, it was a nice experience, and if I had to go back, I wouldn't mind. Suggestion: It would be nice to have scented air freshener in the room/hallway.

Localisation of the the hotel is great. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are not very spacious, but just to sleep it's fine. Maintenance is not so good. Most of the air-conditionings have some sort of disorder, exhaust in the bathroom does not work in some of the units (I use the hotel quite often, so I have tried several). Supply of soap and shampoo its a bit stingy! Only one little shampoo flask for 2 persons...The rooms a very dark, maybe some stronger light bulbs would do the trick. Overall the price is a bit expensive for the quality, but I guess it's because of the location.

Almost Receptionist were ok , but there was a Girl who was very rude , when asking her something she would point to speak to the other receptionist, very rude! Room was ok although very small. Not enough room to move around. Very clean!

I did not like the shower, too bad to take a shower. Could have two types of pillows, one high and one low. The attendants in the restaurant seemed a bit lost, taking a long time to meet customers.

The knowledge in English from straff, both at the reception desk and the restaurant, is a hinderence for communication. After the first night, no replacement of showergel or laundrybag in the room. Expensive laundry; a 50% surcharge for the return of clothes before 8 pm is elsewhere normal for a four hours service.

I stayed with you for 5 nights, and it was a comfortable hotel. A bit basic however. Your staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the bar/restaurant was good. However, not having room service was a real negative. Travelling on my own, I don't always want to have to sit and eat in the bar/restaurant. The quality of TV reception in my room (1810) wasn't great, and there were no English language channels available, despite the leaflet in my room saying that one of the channels was CNN.

« Good but still waiting to receive my receipt via email »

Good stay, service is good. Breakfast is good. I was told the receipt was going to be sent by email but I have not yet received it. As this was a business trip, I need the receipt in order to complete my trip paperwork. I'd have appreciated if the hotel could sent me the receipt right away, as they have mentioned it during check out.
