« Ontbijt + restaurant: Good; hotel: sanitary old!!! insuffcient light in the room; no English TV channels; service: room for improvement! »

Breakfast + restaurant are pleasant and good quality, both food and service Hotel room: sanitary old, should be updated; bad light quality in the room, not enough to work properly; no English TV channels Reception service: unsatisfactory. Reasons: English language skills insufficient from the person who did my check-in. I had to pay early check-in fee for my room. Still - even though room was ready - no batteries in both remote controls (TV + airco), cold water didn't work. Even though I indicated that at the reception when I left the hotel around 11am it still wasn't fixed upon my return around 4.30pm. When going (again down) to the reception no time indication could be given to fix this despite several requests. In the end after insisting had been solved within 15min. Bad customer service experience.

The hotel has a good location and a friendly staff. The room area good, but poorly iluminated so it may be a trouble for bussiness traveler's that need to work late. The restaurant Q Ceviche serves a great peruvian food, and a rich breakfast. The hotel's price is too expensive.

« it’s a bit dark in the room »

I’ve been staying at the hotel for over a year, mostly one day a week. The hotel us really well located, the staff very friendly. Breakfast is great and the rooms are correct. All you need is there. One problem for me is the lack of light! During daytime it’s more or less ok, but in the evening it’s really dark. Maybe changing for stronger light bulbs could do the trick? I also have a little issue with maintenance, in some rooms the bathroom door does not close, in another the plug next to the bed was out of order... some little things that can be annoying.

The room is more like a hostel. No hotel slippers no box tissue no pen no memo paper. The staff can’t speak English but they can still understand me. The restaurant downstairs was exceptionally good though. The location is quiet yet near the public transportation so it’s great.

Kobra's Art on the building (city postcard), brand new hotel, with great staff always willing to help, modern design rooms, healthy breakfast and at night a Ceviche Restaurant, walking distance to subway station, close to many bars and restaurants, 2 shopping malls near by, museums all over the area, I recommend this hotel 100%!
