Doen't like the empty figobar. It isn't nice to have no water in your room. Other than that all went as it should.

Air conditioning malfunctions and tepid shower

Although the air conditioning temperature was set to the minimum with max wind, the room was hot, while the shower temperature didn't go anywhere hotter than tepid. Given that what one expects from a hotel is a good hot shower and a good night's sleep, we didn't get either one.

Smelly and leaky room with insufficient elevators

The room had a super strong cent (similar to bathroom odor concealers) and the AC kept dripping water inside the room all night. Besides that, the 3 elevators are.not nearly enough for the hotel capacity, so it takes more than 5 minutes to go up or down in then.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of different types of food, staff very warmly. The only thing that t didn't like was that the room need more light ant was to dark.

I stayed 3 days for business, I wouldn't have stayed more. The towels and shampoo and soap given were very low quality. Cleaness of the room was ok. Mattress and pillows were very unconfortable.

The stay was excellent, with caring staff and very good food. However, the next day I wanted to (re)reserve another night by phone. Tried for almost 2 hours (between 6:30PM to 8PM) and nobody answered the phone. In this, I was helped by the department secretary. Our collective phones show more than 30 calls during that period. Since the hotel has only one phone, and we got no answer to the reservation mail (also in this period) I had to give up staying in the hotel.

Nice location, near a lot of commerce and public transportation. The room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was good, although it did lack some variety.

Issues with air conditioner and door key

I was changed rooms 4 times because air conditioners were not working properly or not working at all. Keys easily get demagnetized and therefore unable to open doors. If you are on a high floor, it will take you a bit of your patience to get back to reception and reset your keys. In addition, rooms' lighting are so poor!!

At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem with the air conditioner and keys, and prevent future occurrence. Last year we made some tests to address the lightning flaw, thankfully we got into a solution. At this point, 60% of the hotel received a new lightning point near to the windows of our rooms and we expect that until the end of this semester, 100% of our rooms has this issue resolved.
