« Good but not as it was »

Very well located and in general I stay there. Unfortunatelly Ibis decided to remove gym it had at rooftop, which provided wellness for those would like to workout. THis in opposite of all global trends focus on wellbeing and helth life. hope Accor Hotels can review this decision.

Hotel is located in a great area. Peruvian restaurant is good and facilitates late night meals. Rooms are overall ok, but the walls are thin and you can hear other guests in nearby rooms (shower, tv, conversations). Bathroom could be nicer. Breakfast options are great.

By the price I really expected more. Wifi stopped working one night while I was working using it, so I lost my work and had to start over again with 4G. The pillows on the room that I were at least were really really bad, the mini fridge when turning on woke me up 2 or 3 times at night

« Problem in my bathroom »

I have been using accor services has a long time and in my case (company travels) I prefer Ibis Styles, however, in that time I had a problem in my bathroom (after a shower my floor appeared a pool). I ask to reception for 3 times to check this problem, however, it persist till my check out (4 days later).

Breakfast + restaurant are pleasant and good quality, both food and service Hotel room: sanitary old, should be updated; bad light quality in the room, not enough to work properly; no English TV channels Reception service: unsatisfactory. Reasons: English language skills insufficient from the person who did my check-in. I had to pay early check-in fee for my room. Still - even though room was ready - no batteries in both remote controls (TV + airco), cold water didn't work. Even though I indicated that at the reception when I left the hotel around 11am it still wasn't fixed upon my return around 4.30pm. When going (again down) to the reception no time indication could be given to fix this despite several requests. In the end after insisting had been solved within 15min. Bad customer service experience.
