Hotel is perfect, but I didnt understood the policy with welcome drinks. The coupon says - you could take coffee, tea, wine or beer, but bartender refused to give me a glass of beer, referring to some internal policy empowered by General manager. That was very nasty experience, as I very much doubt that internal policy may overrun the Accor Group rules

In my room bathroom , when sitting on toilet, the wall in front of you is dirty, it needed washing. Also, it would be good if you can provide a list of TV channels that are in English, so that we don't have to scan through 200+ channels every time trying to find one. And, maybe add a few more English movie and TV show channels.
