« Very accommodating staff »

We stayed at the hotel for three nights after spending 10 days in Central Europe. We needed our annual Italy experience and intended to use the hotel as a launching point for a few side trips (Verona, etc). Our plan worked well. The staff was extremely accommodating to our specific needs, the breakfast was excellent, hotel was clean, and happy hour was fun.

Whilst only staying for one night, we found the hotel to be great value and with plenty of facilities for young families that were beyond expectations. Staff were friendly and breakfast was more than adequate.

« Quiet, comfortable, friendly »

I first stayed at the Novotel Brescia 2 in January this year and found the experience very agreeable, so that it was the obvious choice for any subsequent visit to the city. It's conveniently situated 10 minutes walk from the station (though on this visit, access work for the station meant we were unable to take the most direct route to the hotel but this looks as though it will soon be completed) and though it's located to the south of the historic city centre, it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the Piazza della Vittoria. The hotel is comfortable and modern. The wifi works well, the buffet breakfast is good value and the rooms are a good size and clean. The staff cannot be faulted for their helpfulness and friendliness. Our visit coincided with a spring heatwave and a note left by hotel staff indicated that the heating had been turned off and that they would be happy to help with any individual heating requirements; unfortunately the air conditioning seemed to automatically cut off in the evening so the room became too hot overnight. I didn't say anything at the time, but I'm sure the issue could have been resolved had I done so.

« New, clean hotel »

First impression was the receptionist, very positiv, good welcoming, very helping. The iner decor is very nice, new, modern and clean. The room was also lovely and clean. Breakfast best we had in Italy in hotels. We were going on a cruise from Genova and this hotel was a stop over. I didnt like Novotel in Genova thats why we chose your hotel on the way there.

Excellent hotel that I used for travel to France. Good Hotel and enough parking places. Restaurant was closed but the reception give some advise for restaurant in the area. Breakfast was good

The title says it all really. The room was fine, and I appreciated the modern, clean bathroom, and the Nespresso machine. The breakfast really was substandard. The self-service coffee was the worst I've ever had - someone once said it was impossible to get bad coffee in Italy, but this was the exception! Fortunately I noticed the Italian guests were getting their coffee from the proper machine in the bar next door, so I did this from day two. The pastries were stale and inedible.

The hotel was located close to the motorway and a metro station (10 minutes walk). The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was typical for an Italian hotel (not a huge choice but quite acceptable) and the food in the restaurant was good quality and tasty. Overall a good hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel overall is very good with wonderful modern rooms. The breakfast is the downside of this hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. I stayed in many Novotel hotels and this one has the least breakfast of all of them.
