« A bit shabby and needs a makeover »

The hotel is quite near the airport and you can use the airport shuttle bus to reach it. However, if you have more than hand luggage the return to the airport will be difficult. The bus stop is at a roundabout uphill from the hotel and the road has no footpath. The hotel is a bit shabby and needs a makeover. The window curtain in our room was broken and hanging down Restaurant service was very good as was the reception. The bar staff were disinterested and seemed inexperienced; they served brandy in a tumbler. I can't imagine that from an IBIS in france.

« Easy and trouble free, excellent night's sleep. »

The admin was quick and efficient on arrival and departure, and the room was comfortable. We did not have brerakfast a swe had an early flight to catch. We would stay there again without hesitation. That is all I can find to say.

« near to luton airport »

As we had parked in the long stay car park and wanted a nights rest we booked the Ibis hotel. As an Accor member I received a welcome drink but we did not stay for breakfast as our flight was at 5.50 from the airport. It is convenient but at a modest price for being near to the airport and I had used my Accor points to cut the cost down for us.

« Still cheap and nasty. »

Booked a double room, no double available at check in, only twins. Saw rats in the car park (maybe this can't be helped but it's the second time at this hotel). The bathroom had not been deep-cleaned in a good while. Soap smells incredibly weird and unpleasant.

« Very close to Luton airport »

Good service for an airport hotel and clean rooms. If you are not carrying a lot of luggage you can walk from/to the airport from there. If not there is a shuttle every 10 minutes. There was a trainee at the reception who was very kind.

Facilitiy is great, all we expected: clean, pleasent, comfortable. Only Thing you may want to check is location: right next to airport which si great if you arrive/leave immediately before/after, but far from City.

« OK location, staff very good. »

Bit of a hike if you walk from Luton arrivals to this hotel when you have a case etc. Bed was very firm, but once I got used to it, it was fine by morning. Was allocated a room which had a bad smell of cigarette, but staff quickly changed it.

« No breakfast choice »

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and although the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms standard, unfortunately if you want continental style breakfast you would have to be up by 4am and finishes at 6am. I guess catering only to people travelling early morning. If your flight is later in the morning then your choice is only a full English breakfast - not everybody's choice and it is a shame that the continental breakfast is not served throughout the morning. We go without breakfast until we get to the airport.

« Modern and convenient, without the frills »

Usual ibis style, didn't like lack of reception desk as had to queue for 10 mins on arrival despite online checkin - was a short stay for an early flight - skipped breakfast but looked quite good but it started too late to really get value. Room fine spacious but a long walk from the lift!! Price only average though and card only gave small discount. Finally really upset with Accord web site and currency issue. Still not had a response from service team 2 weeks on .... Maybe should use Booking in future to avoid currency charges - get your act together Accord!!

Booked a double room with view , got a twin room with fence across the window . Receptionist didn't have enough command of English to discuss . Changed room , but still only a twin . " We don't have " . But I booked a long time ago , and it was available then .

Smooth fast check in, friendly helpful staff, booked taxi for us for our early flight, nice clean rooms, bar prices reasonable. we booked two rooms as it was a family trip. Was very nice to have a window that opened.

« A good nights sleep before negotiating the building site »

London Luton Airport is going through a major rebuild both inside and out and it will be great when its finished. In the mean time faced with leaving home at 2 am or spending a night at the Ibis, the Ibis wins hands down. A relaxing 'take your time' drive, a drink in the bar, a meal in the restaurant and an extremely good sleep set me up to handle anything that LLA could through at me. Shame my start was too early for breakfast, which from past experience is good.

« Just what I needed »

Easy walk to/from the terminal. Comfy bed. Very good breakfast. Shower on the small side but OK. Tea/coffee in the room. OK size. Didn't hear any aircraft noise. Only disturbed by early flight passengers trundling luggage along the corridor.

Everything worked well. The room was clean, as was the whole Hôtel. The cooked breakfast looked a bit dried out, even at 0700, but the cold items were plentiful and nice quality. I'd stay again for sure

« Not worth the money »

A lifeless hotel with box rooms not big enough to swing a cat. I had to ask for the floor to be vacuumed, which took them 48 hours, as it was full of gravel and grit. Neither the linen nor the towels smelled fresh. The shower area was growing. It's proximity to the airport is great and while it's cheaper than the other hotels close by it's truest not worth the money. I ate in the hotel one night - avoid! From ordering to receiving my hot chicken dinner was just three minutes! Nothing is fresh it's all microwaved rubbish.

Comfortable one night stay,. Location is close to Luton airport and was at a good price. Everything was ready so check in was simple and quick as was the checkout. I added a breakfast when I checked in and was fully satisfied with the choice available.

« A good one-night stay »

The hotel was clean and the room was big and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The battery on the door key sensor to my room was running out, so I had to exchange my key cards several times throughout the trip, but other than that, the stay was good. The location - only a few minutes' walk from Luton airport - is very useful, and there are bus stops directly outside the hotel leading into town and up to the hotel.
