Satisfactory though water wasn’t so hot, room was small and was fine for me but if I was staying for longer or with extra person it’d be tight. Also could hear from other rooms quite clearly. But breakfast was good, bed comfortable and reception friendly.

The hotel had foreseen a single room instead of a double room as booked on the Accor site. Realising their mistake, they gave us the last double room available, which is room 11, located on the ground floor right next to the reception, bar and elevator. Needless to say the the environment was very noisy and it was difficult to sleep especially on the Sunday morning. On top of that, there were stains on the sheets. As a Platinium member of the Accor reward plan, I've tested a lot of different hotels including several Ibis Styles and clearly this was my worst experience.

Room size was ok & bed comfortable, however, the pillows were Awful, what was the filling, place your head on it, & its filling moves to the sides & it swallows your head, woke every morning with stiff neck & feeling like we had had a bad nights sleep. The shower had no seal on the bottom of the door, flooded the bathroom, & even seeped out to soak the carpet in the room, this was sorted after telling reception. We try & help by using the towels at least twice before having them replaced, but upon replacement we was left with no floor mat to step out of the shower onto. The room doors are so heavy, the sound like the room is falling in when locking, not good in early hours with inconsiderate guests who like to keep banging them, about time to upgrade to electromagnetic locks & soft closing mechanisms, Breakfast was a nightmare, struggle to find a table to sit at, had to ask the staff for various things as not kept topped up, (bread, jams, knives, etc) the toaster was hit & miss, one part of it not working, Verall its one hotel i shall not stay in again, & as there is a lot of Ibis hotels in Paris, i will avoid those too

Hotel staff were awful with helping with anything. We booked a family room but got two doubles instead and no help was offered to resolve this. From breakfast to asking directions or getting help with heavy bags, all staff were reluctant to help and ignorant towards tourist needs and services. The hotel isn’t cheap so I’d expect some level of customer service however this didn’t happen. Fresh orange juice at breakfast however is a bonus!

It was good. Rooms are good enough for a few nights stay. Breakfast is good, access to the city transport is perfect. Some ammenities were lacking in the room and when asked the reception they did not have enough to be provided, Iron box for example. Overall nice stay.

Great service, extremely clean rooms, staff was really, really nice and helpful, and the breakfast was simply awesome. Bed was really nice and soft, rooms are pretty small but good looking. In a quite neighborhood, really close to metro station, just have in mind the too diversity type of residents around. But hotel itself is a really, really nice and safe place..

Small, but very clean room. Very nice and soft carpet, bed was really big and soft too - I have problem with sleeping abroad, but this time I have managed to get more sleep than in any other hotel in the world. Problems were with the hot water in the bathroom - we were on the highest floor, and the tv channels - all were french only. Awesome breakfast. Extremely polite and charming personnel, always helpful and assisting. Neighborhood was not very nice, but calm and silent.
