The hotel is not yet finished, there is still significant building works going on. Having said that, the quality of finish in the hotel and rooms is excellent. The area outside the hotel is not the best but also should improve as the hotel gets more established. Very good location for the station. Dinner in the restaurant is superb, the pasta with tomatoes and the lamb cutlets were so tender and a very good sized portion. However, a special mention must go to the young staff, they were all so very polite, efficient and overall extremely helpful, especially Luca. Not everything was perfect as some early morning noise from the building works spoilt my first lay in bed, spoke with Luca and there was no noise the next morning, genuinely feel like the staff go that extra bit for you, even the young receptionist who came up and sorted out our air con, making my wife very happy.

I booked 3 rooms with same price for all but end up with 3 very different rooms type and mixed up room for single and double room. My room was very small fo 2 people and yet 1 the single room are much bigger. There must had been some mixed up. Rooms are of good finish but my room was very close to construction work very early in the morning from 0700. When the hotel is finish correctly then it will be a good hotel to stay. At present, it is not ready for business. My request for higher floor was not follow nor my request to change room.

The hotel was a building site. Garage access was extremely difficult and garage security non existent. The air conditioning did not work properly throughout our stay and we had to request extra blankets. There was a launch party, bùt we were not invited. The reception staff struggle with a pathetically inadequate reception position. The bar and food are ridiculously overpriced so we went elsewhere. All in all, this hotel sends out all the wrong signals and Accor group will need to work much harder to get it right. Poor show.

We were warmly welcomed by yr check-in/reception desk, and he spoke excellent English. Because we arrived before check-in time, they agreed to keep our luggage in a locked room until check-in time. Clean, well-furnished room with everything we needed. We were pleased to see that you have climate and nature friendly bathroom products: shower gel, shampoo, soap -- SO important now with global warming & climate change. Very good breakfast and friendly staff in the breakfast room. Please note: We do not travel that much anymore, therefore we are not signing up for yr Loyalty Program. And when we travle, we often stay with friends. So we don't belong to any loyalty programs. This is no reflection on Accor Hotels.

The room was very clean, modern, spacious enough and had everything that a visitor needs. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of hot and cold food, tea, coffee and juices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice, modern hotel with adequate room size, very large tvs and nice bar area along with a small gym and a sauna (a nice plus). Rooms however had no working desk (just a chair and very small, low little table), and were hot (climate control didn't work). As well, staff needs better training. Two things we experienced were that we were told, at arrival at 12:30pm, that room weren't ready till 2pm and the receptionist didn't even look up the reservation or take any info. Just we need to come back after 2pm. As a frequent Accor hotel guest (and member) I've never experienced this before. I don't except any royal welcome but at least would expect a hotel to look up your info, give you proper info, maybe offer you a map if you have time before check in, etc. And the hotel was completely dead so and early check in definitely could have been offered (especially as an Accor member with the level that offers that amenity). Our check in at 3pm, when we returned after lunch, went fine and this time a different receptionist was very helpful and provided the level of service expected at a Novotel (or Accor property). Breakfast was abysmal and definitely not worth the extra charge. We arrived at 9am (breakfast finishes at 10am) and there was next to nothing available. Eggs, sausage and most vegetables were gone. We asked for more eggs (and do keep in mind there were others at breakfast beyond myself & my wife) and after a few minutes the worker brought out maybe 2 scrambled eggs (as in the amount that was made). They didn't refill anything during the 30 minutes we were there so all we were able to have overall were pastries (which were well stocked), coffee, a yogurt and a bit of fruit they had. Normally I wouldn't complain about a breakfast that lacked options, but this wasn't an independent Italian hotel (which can offer very basic breakfast options), but an Accor hotel that absolutely did not live up to the standard set by their other properties across Europe (especially in central and eastern Europe) and that was due to staff that seemingly didn't care and were more concerned about just cleaning up the tables and restocking plates & sliverware, not actually providing and restocking food for the customers to eat.

Lovely, fresh new rooms with huge (and I mean huge) TVs and amazing rainfall shower. Public spaces are very contemporary too but a few odd things made this poor value for the amount I paid: - terrible wi-fi. I measures it at 4mbps at one point. Almost as bad and as unreliable as dial up and I had to use my data (when I could get a signal) - kettle and cups in rooms which is a nice touch but no milk (or creamer) or coffee. When I asked for a sachet for my room I was given a complimentary cup of espresso instead - doors to the old wing of the hotel are open for all to see (presumably because the rooms are still in use) which was a bit odd and not the greatest early impression. - Not the fault of staff but I was forced to pay upon leaving even though I had an email from Accor saying I had pre-paid! This left a very bitter taste even though I have since verified that no money had been taken in advance...just causes confusion Accor. I got the idea this place had been rushed open in the last few weeks following its refurbishment. Better places in Parma I think.
