Tiny reception with queuing around blocking access to elevator and around entry to breakfast room. Breakfast with less than minimal amount of food (or staff not refilling). Staff following a strange routine asking same questions several times. Empty trays (after room service) still in the corridor in the morning. Not worth the money!

I enjoined the stay at the hotel due to its cleanlines, comfort, polite and helpful service staff, delicious and plentiful breakfast at the hotel restaurant .

The good: good breakfast. Great shower. Staff tried hard. Nice teddy bears. Comfy bed but no desk in "executive" room? But could not offset the bad: advertised a pool and it was shut because it was "too cold". It was 26 degrees! Similarly the advertised air conditioning was off and the room was stifling (right next to train tracks so really noisy if window is open). The staff found it so odd that we would even want a pool or air conditioning and spent more time trying to justify why this was normal and on " their website" when it was the opposite on the Accor website....it was so rude and unhelpful. Surely they had a fan they could have lent our? They had a.conference one day which closes the restaurant when we wanted to eat there; next morning breakfast was a zoo, totally overrun. Twice our place setting was grabbed by someone from another table while waiting for my sister...not the hotels fault but just so bizarre and rude and clearly due to overcrowding. My sister's car was blocked in so they couldn't leave! Very badly managed. Don't cater to more people than you can cope with! Very Poor wifi. Cut out all the time. Key I was given on check-in didn't work. Also didn't give me access to the gym so took THREE visits to get a working key. The hotel has potential and the location near the station is good, but is clearly set up as a business hotel for Italians only. No understanding of how a foreign visitor will feel.

The general air conditioner system of our hotel is centrally set: on winter with heating function and in summer with air-conditioning. Due to the external changeable atmospheric conditions during your stay, we had some problems to schedule the right time slot of the air-conditioning emission. as regard the pool we confirm that as mark in our website is a seasonal pool. we hope you appreciate the courtesy point we offered you during your stay. All good apart from: air com not functioning, room safe not working & hotel reception unable to book taxi from rugby stadium although previously stating that they could.
