« Great stay for quick trip to Brissy »

Close to Southbank, public transport and still close enough to walk into city or out to west end.. Staff helpful and great new facilities. Gym, pool ,bar and restaurant. Room very clean and practical.

We had Jennifer looking after us and she was fantastic which made our short stay very delightful. The rooms were clean and very modern. The buffet breakfast was also very good all while situated in a great location of south bank

Overall satisfied with the stay. Just that for the billing, breakfast is supposed to be dated on 4 Feb 2019 but it was dated on 6 Feb 2019, which is the checkout date. Would prefer to have accurate date as it will facilitate my claim process.

Staff warmly greeted us & even though we arrived early at 10.30am, our room was ready, which was very much appreciated as it was very hot. Room was clean, modern, & had a nice view, which we requested. Facilities were great, plenty of hot water & bed was very comfortable, one of the best we've tried! Breakfast was very good & a later checkout at 11am allowed a generous sleep-in. Having access to a/c & hotel info on tv is a great idea. Not sure if I missed it, but didn't see any mention of Wi-Fi or costs listed on tv, until I tried to access it on iPad. Maybe that can be included as well. Had dinner there, which was delicious. Only drawback, like to have a bottle of wine on special occasions, but could not afford the $60 ones on the menu. Maybe include some less expensive varieties as well. Mentioned it was our anniversary when booking, & staff, notably Jennifer, arranged a platter of sweets to help celebrate. a lovely surprise! Thank you. Location is close enough to the action of South Bank & an easy walk to train station. Overall, a great weekend away, & as farmers, we don't get many.

This hotel is very well located in South Beach. It was my first visit to Brisbane, staff were helpful and friendly and guided me in where to go. Good stay, and would probably stay here again if I was in South Bank.

At first thought it was a little out of the way but soon discovered the benefits of staying at the Novotel. The room was beautiful and the facilities excellent. The kitchen staff were amazing and cater for gluten and dairy free which was very impressive

Staff were so helpful, we had booked a room with two beds but our number of guests changed, upon check in we were swapped to room with a king bed as suggested by the receptionist to suit our needs, so helpful! The room was super clean and modern and a very comfortable bed. We’ll definitely be back and can highly recommend!
