« Low quality of services compared to my last stay in March 2017 »

TV malfunctioning; safe not working; compulsory water in the room coming one bottle for an occupancy of two people; laundry not collected for the whole day despite being properly labelled and put in the plastic bag;one morning gown for two. Embarrassment in the restaurant despite the payment of the deposit just because the front desk isn't linked to the restaurant computer!!! The waiter blocked me and my wife from leaving the restaurant unless the front desk confirm the payment of the deposit which i did using my credit card.

The rooms are great , but it is a shame that there wasn't a kettle to boil water and for every cup of coffee or a small refrigerator and for a drink of cold water I had to ring ring room service. I think these days you will find these facilities in the most basic hotels rooms. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast was great. However the inconvenience of not having a kettle means I will not be staying here again as it such a big inconvenience. You have an amazing location, great rooms. lastly staff need retraining, if they are speaking to a customer another staff person speaking to them shouldn't make them stop speaking to the customer. Other staff regardless of management position shouldn't interrupt.

« First impression lasts »

Ok, but check-in took tremendous long time, register in the comptorized system, unacceptable long time per guest.... After check-in and I got to my assigned room it was occupied by a guest...so that room was not free, had to go to reception once more. This delayed a scheduled meeting with a customer and delayed my travel to Kolwezi with one day due to re-planning, not too happy about this.

« Satisfied but definitively a frustration not having a Gym center to exercise in such a reputable hotel »

All quality hotels in english speaking countries own a Gym center, even in small countries... and never in french speaking countries, it is amazing how cultural is the difference. Even time does not allow to fix that issue... you have got plenty of english speaking people used to find that facility (I am french myself but used to live in english speaking countries). Why don't you find an agreement with the Golf course close to your hotel to get access to their Gym center facility for instance ? Same thing for running, you could propose to the golf to have access to the ¨"technical" path around the golf before 7:30 am and after 05:30 pm (not to annoy golfers of course) as a running track for your customers ? (this is what they do in South Africa for the dog walkers, runners !)

The TV in my Colleague's room did not work. The room was nice and clean. The food in my opinion can improve, i.e. we had Chicken and Pork with NO red meat for supper

« No hot water in shower; no fridge in room »

I checked in after a very long, exhausting day of travel and site visits to rural health centers. All I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed. The water in the shower would not get warm and I was too tired to go through the hassle of changing rooms. I ended up using the warm water from the sink to wash my hands and face. I also had some fruit that I planned to take back to Kinshasa with me, though my room was supposed to have one, there was no fridge. Again, I was too tired to complain. It was disappointing, especially from a Pullman.

My one days experience at the hotel was a pleasurable one , the staff took care of me, had a nice meal with a couple of the local beers than headed of for a good night’s sleep in the room.
