During the night, 3 times emergency alarms went off. I went to evacuate only to have them turn off again, this was very frightening in a foreign country and will not stay here again.

When the alarm turns on, we cut it off for a few minutes and always check where the problem did occur. Once the problem has been identified and solved, we turn the system on again. Most of the time, this is due to a guest smoking in a room (our smoke detectors are sensitive)... You should not be freigheneted...quite the contrary. This is for everyone's security. Sorry again ! I always check in Hotel Pullman at Lubumbashi as its in a great location, the best among the rest. However, lot of things can be improved, for example, TV is small and hardly any channels, coffee machine didn't have spoon, fridge is empty, lift is safe but can be better in terms of technology, breakfast is good but can have more vegetarian options. Having said that, staffs are nice and improved over past two years. This visit in March was the best I experienced. You can see the effort of new management. Its clean, its good room size and internet connectivity was much better.

Good at the front desk, fair in the rooms, disappointing in the dining room.

It went from bad to worse, 1. The room cleaned but no change of linen and the soaps weren’t replaced, instead the piece of soap used was placed back to be reused including the body wash 2. The food menu hasn’t improved 3. The waiters and waitresses at the restaurant were unpleasant nor helpful

The room and passage leading to the room were dirty. The walls a damp and clearly requiring maintenance. TV was not working on arrival and had to call a technician to resolve.

i am confused ,coz the reasons why my stay were wrong was that i had to change 3 rooms to finally get a comfortable one . this hotel need to be freshened up , humidity , odors etc... despite that, service was good , your breakfast is really delicious

Air cond not functionning well. TV did not come on for the whole week. Told reception it did not work but nobody fixed it. Reoccuring power cuts might be the reason but it should be an instruction telling how to get it to work again.

1. Great room - well designed bathroom with immaculate fixtures, good towels and beddings, enough sockets and clever light switches, good furniture and wardrobes, efficient air conditioning system. 2. Great dining room - great breakfast outlay, brisk friendly staff, variety of health foods and drinks, hygienic environment. 3. Good front desk service - courteous neat helpful staff 4. Good efficient laundry service 5. Suggestions - you could use an interior designer to re-organise and make the interior ambiance of the bar and dining room more appealing 6. Shortfalls - on Friday 25th you forgot to change my room. Also, I filled in the feedback form an left it in the room, apparently the room attendant didn't hand it in.

I very much enjoy staying as a guest of your hotel. all my memories are good, the welcome at check in, the room which is warm (although I would like to be able to open a window, hence 9/10) the shower just right, the meals delicious and filling and alround a very nice place to be away from home.
