Overall the room was not clean. 1. bed sheet with make-up marks, 2. bathroom with product that were utilized by previous client and not refilled in for my occupancy 3. bathroom not clean everyday basis (tooth brush marks on the sink 4. no bath towel 5. carpet not clean with dust

Things were ok but housekeeping’s are lazy, they don’t vacuum the carpet in the bedroom nor wash the mattress cover. I experienced a yellow spot on the mattress cover that everybody has been sleeping on for so long. I removed everything and went to do my errands. I came back at 1am in the morning, my bedroom was trashy. Items on the floor, no towers, no toilet paper and my bed had no sheets. House keeping are extremely lazy.

Friendly , helpful and comfortable My only issue is as a regular ( 8years) l don't get any benefits besides the staff that know me personally and always assist in any way . Oh yes, beer is to expensive ;-)

Not good. Bed duvet to short for sheet. Too many mosquitoes in room. Dirty walls in lifts and dining room. I suffered an electrical shock due to problem with bed light switch.

We have been staying at karavia/ pullman for the last 4 years. This time we felt the service levels have dropped. We were offered one bottle of drinking water while in the past we have 2. The toiletries have struck in size and not sufficient. The worst were the towels. All worn out to the max and torn. The drains were blocked. I asked someone at the reception to ask housekeeping to clear it but it was not done. I know Ibam writing a genuine feedback and know it will be read and trashed as your the only hotel and there are no other choices. I hope you can make these improvements. We have checked out Hollybum and will be staying there next.

Please note there are now 2 types of rooms : the Classic rooms (135$) and the Superior rooms (215$). 4 years ago, you only had a de luxe room at 205$. In the Superior room, we added a mini fridge, bathrobe, slippers, 2 bottles of water, hairdryer etc... all on high floors. While the Classic rooms are on lower levels and indeed have only one bottle of water. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problems you described and prevent future occurrence. Very good hotel with good facilities and superb location.Clean room, good variety of food. Buffet dinner rate a bit on the high side. Very friendly staff. Free water of liter was served everyday. I was treated well and given room upgrade as a gold card member of Le Club Accor.

The experience was good. The only challenge was the unit cost of the food. Most of us were there for workshop and the lunch was provided by the office. The office usually give a fixed amount for the dinner which was not enough to have diner at the hotel. To allow lower class to enjoy there stay at the hotel, the Hotel management can also think about how to help the lower class to have dinner at the hotel instead of going out.

Great food (breakfast), clean environment, Friendly receptionists. The only thing could be improved was the internet connectivity and its speed. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I’d recommended it to all my family and friends. In addition, thank you so much for your generosity in sponsoring our stay (JP Clawson Medical Mission Foundation) at Lubumbashi. We were so tired after 15 hours of surgeries, knowing that we could come back to the hotel to have a good night good sleep was comforting. Your generosity made my experience in DRC even more memorable. Thank you so much.
