My room rate was around $185, which translates to ZAR 2220. For a standard room with shower and tv, that is an OVERCHARGE.

The TV in my Colleague's room did not work. The room was nice and clean. The food in my opinion can improve, i.e. we had Chicken and Pork with NO red meat for supper

« No hot water in shower; no fridge in room »

I checked in after a very long, exhausting day of travel and site visits to rural health centers. All I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed. The water in the shower would not get warm and I was too tired to go through the hassle of changing rooms. I ended up using the warm water from the sink to wash my hands and face. I also had some fruit that I planned to take back to Kinshasa with me, though my room was supposed to have one, there was no fridge. Again, I was too tired to complain. It was disappointing, especially from a Pullman.

My one days experience at the hotel was a pleasurable one , the staff took care of me, had a nice meal with a couple of the local beers than headed of for a good night’s sleep in the room.

Very disappointing. I had no coffee in my room. I did have a rat in my room. After 10 years of staying in the hotel this was the worst stay and I will fin other accommodation in future. No recognition for loyalty.
