« Really amazed »

was really amazed by the Hotel and the staff, I was stressed at the airport, and traffic cops on the road, but when I get at the Hotel, I was welcomed, by smiling people, nice room and quick support internet was very good comparing to what I heard from colleagues. the hotel helps me to enjoy my work trip to DRC. will come again if possible

The breakfast was absolutely shocking, both food and service, the WiFi was not functional the majority of the time of the visit, the room was adequate but nothing special.

« Nice room, average buffet experience but shocking WiFi connectivity - zero connectivity in room 317. »

As a business trip of two nights it was alright. Room neat and clean, but food at buffet was very limited and not the greatest variety for US$35. It was edible, not value for money. The real issue for business is to have reliable and fast internet connectivity. This was disappointing to say the least. Especially since there was zero connectivity in the room (317) where I needed to make wifi calls in private. Reception has better wifi - but in public/ not in the privacy of my room.

The hotel doesnt meet the expectations, many power cuts, the wifi isnt good, the room doesnt have all the amenities (tooth brush and tooth paste for example) and in such an hotel there should be a gym.

Things were ok but housekeeping’s are lazy, they don’t vacuum the carpet in the bedroom nor wash the mattress cover. I experienced a yellow spot on the mattress cover that everybody has been sleeping on for so long. I removed everything and went to do my errands. I came back at 1am in the morning, my bedroom was trashy. Items on the floor, no towers, no toilet paper and my bed had no sheets. House keeping are extremely lazy.
