Clean basic hotel, room only good for one person, very small but has all the essentials. Perfect for work. Breakfast peak was not well attended - lack of personnel I believe. Quality of food at dinner was good.

Room was clean, space is enough when you just need to sleep. Breakfast service was great, good food and variety (fruit, bread, beverages, eggs, cookies, etc), noise was minimal. In general, good place to stay.

Pros: OK location, friendly stuff, very clean, room sevice, cleaning excellent! 24 hours open for snacks and drink, i lovded it. Cons: rooms not for longer stay because of the size. I wish we had a balcony. Not recomended for 2 ppl as storage area is really small.

I have stayed before at this hotel in Cali. I find great prices for very confortable rooms. However service has been always relatively poor. This time I had a problem with ordering some food from the restaurant.

« Disappointing Experience »

- Online Check In is useless. - Front Desk officers are not service driven. - We had to ask for housekeeping two times because the room wasn’t cleaned during the day. - We stayed 7 days and had breakfast all of them. 1 day the buffet options was good, the rest was terrible. The “Calentado de la Casa” was worst than the previous day, everyday. It looked just like “leftovers with rice”, awful. You can cook a great calentado if you make it with some interest in doing that. - And the icing on the cake happened the day we left. Some guest parked (almost crashed) his car blocking the -2 floor exit to the parking area, so no one could get through that door. When I asked to the guards and the front desk personnel to call the owner of the car the answer was: we don’t know who’s the owner, we don’t have that kind of information. Basically, we don’t care about what happens in this hotel. I asked for the manager and the answer was: she’s not here. It was 10:30 am.
