not only a great hotel. amazing people willing to help you grat rooms, and is located near almost anything I strongly recommend if you visit Cali you stay in Ibis Granada hotel all you need great price . great people all you ask for if you visit for business or pleasure.

Overall it was ok , my room was 1156 of which it has a loud bang like every 15 minutes , don’t know if it iwas the air conditioning on the roof or what ,but we couldn’t sleep , it was my fault for not calling the front desk and let them know , besides that ? Staff was helpful even though I had to carry my own and my girlfriend backpacks to the room , I went a day before to pay for a decoration for a romantic night , the 7 balloons and the wine were good even though I told them that we didn’t drink alcohol, my girlfriend managed to drink one glass , also I was told that I was going to get strawberries covered in chocolate that we didn’t get , I ask the front desk for it and they told me that they were going to check with the kitchen that they were sorry for the inconvenience; guess what , never hear from them again !! I Have that done before in other hotels and let me tell you , yours have been the worse experience, if you want I can send you the pictures of your decoration, I am not planning to stay there again anytime soon , I went to Cartagena the next day snd I decide to stay in another hotel beside the ibis since I didn’t want to live the same experience ? One more thing , you should get rid of the taxi drivers offering their services inside the lobby of the hotel , it brings the hotel category down and everything that you want to do to make the hotel the guest first choice , it looks like a bus terminal. It is just an observation , You can contact me any time if you like in reference to my complaint, I didn’t want to say anything but you asked and since I spent about 400 mil in 2 days I might as well let you know. The hotel is new (less than a year old). The rooms are very clean and well fitted but are very small. If a does not need a lot of space in the room, this is a perfect hotel. Reception was very nice and good security inside and out. The restaurant is large with a bar but the restaurant personnel are still getting used to working as a team. I ordered an item two times, one day to another and they came out different. They were good, but it was a surprised to see them so different from one day to another. I would recommend this hotel! There is no restaurants or stores within a couple blocks.

Everything was great, clean hotel, new facilities. I never had the breakfast because nothing looked good, except the fruit- even the breads were low. The capuchino at the bar was good. My only complaint is the pushy artist always at the capuchino bat, trying to sell his cheap art, he was at the bar all day long.

Hotel and room were clean, enjoyed the restaurant. Nice breakfast. But bed was very hard, difficult to sleep. I folded the blanket in three and slept on top, and then slightly better.
