Ibis is a great hotel chain around the world. Having them now in Colombia is a plus. Ibis Cali Granada is brand new hotel, with a great young and friendly staff and great having a restaurant in house. 24 hours even for a midnight snack or drink.

The bed was missing a sheet ... The mattress is too hard... The plastic cover of the pillow made me feel like In a motel .... There was a greasy spot in the floor. There is not signs at the door to go the parking lot and vice versa ...at night it very difficult to find it...

As a regular customer at other Ibis hotels I knew what to expect. The hotel being new does give you a cleaner sharper look, but overall the stay was just as expected, a nice hotel at a great price with good service. The food at the restaurant was ok, but I do feel like breakfast service has lots of room for improvement. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, specially if you’re traveling for business, as I was.
