We had a very bad sleep. It was to hot due to your air conditioning was not working. Your engineer told us that the heating was switched of and the chillers was still not working. I will say this is not acceptable for a hotel from the In is group.

My experience was very good and the hotel is a new facility and the Reception staff spoke English and it was easy to communicate with them and also the house keeping staff I would like the following improvement: 1. There should be more breakfast options at a reasonable prices 2. Windows in the room is to be allowed for more wide opening to allow more fresh air to flow 3. Shuttle bus drives must speak basic English if possible as hotel has a lot of international travellers

Despite using the online check-in, I had to wait in line while the lone person behind the desk felt with another customer. She did not even acknowledge my existence for the first 10 minutes. She then insisted I did not have the right kind of stamp in my passport and was quite rude about it.

We had just arrived after a stressful taxi journey and were only staying in the hotel for 4 hours before our flight but it was a great experience. The night receptionist was very helpful and arranged the free shuttle for us. He told us where we could get food and offered us a wake up call. He was very friendly. The room was very new and the bathroom was the nicest we have experienced with Ibis.

The hotel room is far too hot. My room temp was 27 degrees. The room should be kept cool as people can always add more layers. Also the window cannot be opened, overall it was quite possibly the worst stay I have had in a hotel for many many years.

Hotel was confirmed at 15:15pm to me by email before 5 days. When i was arrived, I’ve waited at D1 line before that time and waiting more than 30min. nobody come to pick up me. So, I decided to comeback airport because I was cold and go to information desk for help. They called to hotel and said that will come again 16:45pm. OMG!

Ordered shuttle for 8:45pm, called the front desk and told them we will be at the bus stop 2 minutes late and to let the driver know. Got to the stop at 8:47pm and shuttle was already gone. Hard to believe they couldn’t wait 2 minutes precisely (still well under free parking limit for that lot) especially when the guest called them few minutes before that. On the way back the shuttle driver was half asleep and was quite unfriendly. Stay itself was fine but the fact one can’t control the heat was completely unacceptable. If they have central heat they can’t swicth off then arrange for a fan for guests since the windows don’t open. Had to try to sleep in a scorching room sweating profusely and not gettting any rest. Front desk staff is friendly and the bar service is good.

I asked for a shuttle service from the airport 1 week in advance but they never came back to me. Upon my arrival they tell that this is usually done for guests.

A stop over trip that was a great experience for our delegation. The personnel was very nice especially Alyosha from reception who spared no effort to get us Uber taxis for a trip to Central Moscow. We ate dinner there and it was good and fairly priced. The shuttle was on time for departure to airport and picked us after we phoned them on arrival.First timers in our group were pleasantly surprised by the Ibis experience
