This hotel is clean, safe, and convenient, and it’s location is fantastic for airport travelers. However, the services provided by the airport shuttle are unreliable. My experience was that I signed up for a specific shuttle, which was confirmed by staff, at check in. Upon arriving at the shuttle, I was told it was full, then the same staff-person who registered me for the shuttle told me I had told him I’d be taking a taxi. Why would I stay at an airport hotel with a shuttle but take a taxi? I asked the staff-person to show me his confirmation list, where my room number was written in his own script! The staff-person called a taxi for me and two other guests who had registered for the shuttle but couldn’t ride. It took more than 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive, leaving me to run through the airport in order not to miss my flight. It was an awful experience.

The room was dirty, there were no towels and when requested were dirty. The fire route on the back of the door was for the wrong floor and room. The dinner was missing items from the meal. Worst hotel stay!

The room is absolutely comfortable in a minimalist design, the only concern was - a small leak from shower compartment.

Everything was great, exactly what you need for one night. My only complaint is that the window in the room doesn’t open.

You still force guests signing a contract at check-in without having the chance reading it. Practically you ask to sign for T&C which will become effective in case I do the booking - no separate signature is required. In case you would enforce by court I would clearly state that I could not understand what I was signing but I was forced, otherwise I would have been sitting on the road. Personnel at check-in is not experienced at all.

At check-in a form was presented which I had to sign. This basically was a confirmation of the hotel rules. the text is printed in very small letters, bilingually in English and Russian. It is not possible reading such text in a short time and it also cannot be expected that all guest either speak English or Russian. With booking the hotel and paying for it (IBIS was taking advance payment) a contract is concluded and no further confirmation is necessary at check-in. This procedure is not serious. When asking to talk to the duty manager, when he came he was that unfriendly, that I wanted already to leave the hotel. not friendly, not competent! I was forced to sign, otherwise I could not check-in. When then going to the restaurant OI wanted to order a burger. I was the only guest, unfortunately in spite of the very small selection they could not offer a burger. I left.

We had a very bad sleep. It was to hot due to your air conditioning was not working. Your engineer told us that the heating was switched of and the chillers was still not working. I will say this is not acceptable for a hotel from the In is group.

My experience was very good and the hotel is a new facility and the Reception staff spoke English and it was easy to communicate with them and also the house keeping staff I would like the following improvement: 1. There should be more breakfast options at a reasonable prices 2. Windows in the room is to be allowed for more wide opening to allow more fresh air to flow 3. Shuttle bus drives must speak basic English if possible as hotel has a lot of international travellers
