This hotel is very close of Moswcow Domedovo airport. There is a shuttle by IBIS all day and night (just contact them before) Hotel is nice design, lot of places and super clean Same for the rooms Good breakfast The last but not the least great welcoming by the team

« All basics are there but some details have to be worked out »

For an Ibis of Accor it is not bad. Many people are doing it right. Good check-in and bar experience. Not bad facilities, although budget type.However, breakfast was "not so good". First time I saw scrambled eggs with a greenish shade. Only one piece of bread of only one variety. The staff said "we ran out". I wonder who manages breakfast there?Nice for people who come to Domodedovo for a night only and fly somewhere the next day. Close enough to have a good night sleep. No need to go all the way to Moscow.

« Room had to be changed due to being not clean / The slowest restaurant service in the world. »

Room was not clean (bathroom), therefore I was offered another one. In the restaurant, there is only one person in charge who cannot physically deal simultaneously with all the requests. It was really the slowest restaurant service I had ever experienced. Something needs to be done here.

« Hotel shuttle problem »

I do love all Accor Hotels and so when I stayed at domodedovo over a night I choose Ibis over any another well known hotel near the airport. I booked my room a week in advance and I hoped for a calm peaceful stay. So when I booked my room I got a reservation confirmation email which didn’t say at all (!) that the shuttle to the hotel from the airport needed to be booked in advance by calling the hotel landline!! So when I landed at Moscow and exited the airport at 00:15 I expected to see a shuttle just outside of the airport just like all the other shuttles. By searching for it and asking around I finally found someone who told me that I need to call the hotel to book it! I called with my foreigner (non-Russian) sim-card, waited for a long time but no answer! After several tries I finally got someone on the line (the time by then was around 00:40) and he said that the shuttle could come at 01:15 to pick me up! I stood outside the airport and was kept waiting.. I was tired, had two big suitcases, it was a bit chilly outside and all I wanted to have was a warm bed that I had paid for, but instead I was left outside waiting for my shuttle!! By 01:15 no one turned up and I called the hotel again! another person answered and said to me that the shuttle got delayed and the driver was leaving the hotel just now and should be with me within 10-15 minutes!! Can you believe it?! I actually got so upset of that information, and maybe because I was tired I Started crying outside at night as a girl on her own. Finally they turned up, and I reached my bed around 2pm, whilst a hotel is just 5 minuets away driving and NO ONE mentioned in the email or on the Accor website that I have to book my shuttle by phone in advance! I was really disappointed by that careless customer service, especially when I found a card in my room says “we will sort out your problem within 15 minutes otherwise this service will be for free!” What I lie! I used to really like Accor hotels but I think it is time to move to the other chain if nothing will be changed! Yours sincerely , E. de J..

I stayed in this hotel for the first time and I was very pleasently surprised. Everything was perfect. The bar was cosy, the room very clean and better quality than some better hotels in Moscow city. The price is very good and the transfer to the airport is punctual and efficient. I will come back for sure.

The staff is very friendly and helpul. The rooms are clean and very cosy. The food was very delicious. The only problem was we didn't have in our rooms shower gel, shampoo, slippers and bathrobes.

Good experience but the rooms are too small. Also foam mattress top kept sliding off center. Regular mattress would be better. Shuttle bus drivers did not offer to help loading/unloading bags into bus. They refused too let me put the bags in the back of the bus where there was luggage space but instead forced me to put the bags between the passenger seats which was much more difficult to do.
