Located in the middle of no way

Aircondition broken at middle of night around 2.30am. No technical support. The whole floor air conditioning is out of order. Technical ring the phone and come to fix at almost 8am . Got fixed in 15mins. No any compensation offer. Worst experience ever.

No facilities and many ants in room and lobby area. Too dirty

No explanation about upgrade situation for a room and no explanation about welcome drink. I need to initiate the conversation about everything about customer check point..... No explanation about the deposit return... Still reduction on hotel stay coat and deposits...i am worry about i can get back the deposit....checking my card status everyday
