I did enjoyed my four days stay at ibis styles airport Accra, the room was standard and also enjoyed the menu for break fast every morning. The gym Centre was superb with modern machines. Please make provision for hotel size tooth brush, paste and bed room slipper for guest. Thanks

The room require maintenance. The door handled is not fixed to the door (same was the case during my last visit). When flushing the toilet, the plate covering the flushing was falling of dropping into the toilet. Only small towels in the shower. The internet is poor, and frequently require log-in formalities to be done over and over again.

Generally satisfied though some issues. Immediately i finished checking in i was asked to go to the fifth floor and locate my room. i had to ask the location of the elevators and staircase as compared to AirportView hotel for the first time they will have someone guiding you with all those things. I also asked for the pool and the answer was go to the first floor. So the question was is the whole first floor a pool? I also did not understand why designated smoking area is just at the entrance. Mind you active or passive smoking is a major cause of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. One is definitely has to inhale the smoke by going in and out of the hotel. I also wish you talk to your lawyer if it is an ideal for the hotel to provide a pool without pool attendant.

Staff were helpful and friendly upon arrival. My company failed to book my accommodation, but the staff at reception were understanding and quickly help sort it out. Food was great and wait staff were friendly. Variety was large also. The Pool Bar and the gift shop staff were great to!

It was working well fo the purpose but not all the way to the top. The shuttle I ordered to pick me up at the airport did not know I was arriving. He was just there for other people to arrive.
