Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms functional clean and comfortable. The only negative is the internet connectivity which hindered the payment process however I do not think it is a hotel issue but rather an ISP issue

I was not satisfied because there was no bedroom slippers in the room. I am not the kind of person who can walk barefooted. The person who cleaned room 403 is my best employer. She cleans very well. From the 10th to 14th of june 2018. She did an excellent work.

Very encouraging the only things is more information should be provide by workers as soon as a visitor find himself in the hotel, because during Ramadan I taught my visitor is free to eat Ramadan Kareem not knowing that when he was going he was block by your employees that I should pay 90 Ghana cede, your worker followed me down to my room to collect my only money. If to say am aware I wouldn't have allowed my visitor to eat such expensive foods. So your workers have to be explaining to customers some restrictions in the hotel.

Very good comfortable room clean and airy. Staff very helpful and attentive food was good but basic and plentiful. The only problem was the lack of coffee in the restaurant in the morning which resulted in guests having to pay at the bar for coffee.
