The only reason I did not give higher than 8 was because of the room. I stayed in room 317 which is designed for an invalid, which made it a bit uncomfortable for myself. Shower head low, sink low and toilet high. It is good to see that there are rooms for persons with these needs. Otherwise no complaints, airport pick up was prompt as was check in. Also excellent breakfast at 5 in the morning. Regards Colin.

Staying at IBIS STYLE HOTEL, is good, but the service can be better, there is much room to improve the morning staff client relationship, as that area needs a lot of attention. Room service is very bad, room cleaning even worse, reception services depends on who is on duty need improvement as well. I rate IBIS STYLE HOTEL a 3.

Ibis Styles has a lovely, colorful lobby. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Oh my gosh, every morning and every evening I would look forward to the buffet!!! Ghanaian delicacies and fresh fruit everyday - not to mention the baked goods - lovely !!! No dieting on this trip!!! Lol. Overall, it was a great experience. The Friday night buffet was great too!!! I will miss the Moringa & Ginger tea, as well. The only thing that I wasn’t particularly pleased with was the price of the laundry services, which was outsourced, of course. I wish there was a laundry facility on site. Also, I wasn’t particularly happy with the cleaning of the bathroom - my roommate got sick and everyday I was reminded of that, ie. The walls not being cleaned down. If I was to come back again, it will probably be for the food :)

Very good and helpful staff. Sub standard rooms and below standard breakfast as compared to other similar hotels. Got a room whose door didn't want to open, given another room whose Window was not fully covered with curtain, tried to sleep but there was mosquitos, then moved into another room. 2nd night moved into a 4th room. Overall very poor experience, would probably never like to stay at Ibis ever again if I have options. BR Zeeshan.

Nice but can be better. Room is exceptionally great but internet quality is poor, erratic as it slows down at critical moment when i need to work online. It will also be a good ideal to have room service, it is not easy for one to return late and start going down to restaurant when eating in the room would have helped.
