Great stay and nice staff, however had to pay $115, note this was booked and paid through our travel agent ATPI they confirmed the booking was prepaid and approved. I will be back on my annual visit and will stay at IBIS. Thanks

It was a good experience but majority of hotels that I have stayed in the US over the course of 30 years plus have an ironing board and iron in the rooms including the usual laundry. So I am hoping the rooms will be equipped with iron and board in the near future. But overall it was a nice stay.

Excellent staff as to be expected by Ghanaians for it is part of who they are. The food was surprisingly pleasant and cultured of which I was very happy with. However the most important reason of a hotel for me, was horrible and terribly disappointing. Which is the room. 1. Horrible bedding. I honestly did not want to touch the sheet but had to sleep. The supposed white sheets were drown-like and stained. It felt rough to the skin. Truly unpleasant and will not recommend it at all. 2. The room had a disturbing strong bug spray. It was hard to breath on the first night. 3. The power in the room was not working (sockets). They Had someone come in to fiddle with it and the safe will not work after having to request for one. 4. For a fairly new hotel it looked old and unclean. Certainly the room looked worn out and shabby not of excellent. 5. Bathroom. Highly disappointing and so sad to say disgusting to me. The towels again brownish and only one? Unacceptable! Again staff brilliant! From the reception to the dinning. They seem to go out of their way to make one comfortable for that I am thankful to all of them. Free ironing was very pleasant indeed. However the main reason for being there is not up to standards with other Ibis hotels. I stay at the one of the Ibis hotels very often for work in Leuven, Belgium and thus had some expectations. Sadly i’ll Not recommend it for a stay but for lunches and dinners etc... maybe. Just a side note, you’ll do well to cut down on the ladies of the night that frequent the place as well. I saw quite a few at the lobby who subsequently followed guests in the lifts etc... their disguises were sadly too obvious. Thank you.

I was met by a hotel staff member upon arrival at the airport as promised, yet it took almost an hour for the driver to actually come and take me to the hotel (which I could see from where I was waiting, it would have been quicker to walk!). I was only staying one night and had to get out of bed at 8:30am to answer the door when cleaning staff knocked and asked if I wanted my room cleaned - this is just poor management as hotels can give cleaning staff a list of rooms that are vacating that day so they don't disturb them unnecessarily (but also who wants cleaning done at 8:30am on a Saturday?). On the positive side, staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and there was a good variety of foods on the breakfast buffet. If the hotel could be more efficient with airport pick-ups and room cleaning, it would have been a much better experience all round.

It's definetely the best place to stay in Accra city centre. For that reason they have a multiple skilled team to deal with everyday bookings. Perhaps the best hotel i've stayed in in Accra. Staff are fantastic, helpful and always ready to help, the food is excellent. Live music and DJ nights are great touch. Prices are reasonable. It took a while to work out how the hot water works and WiFi coverage could be better and by stroke of luck mobile coverage was non existent in my room, but i cant blame the hotel for that. Overall my experience was fantastic and i would not hesitate to go back. Thank you all for the wonderful experience
