Was a good stay . Rooms good - except that the lighting seems inadequate - in the washroom as well - difficult to shave . Also the Gym needs to be reorganized . Too much in too little space . Again the lighting is very scarce . One line of spotlight near the windows . AC didnt seem to works as well in the GYM The TV channel needs extension - just 20 odd channels - anywhere these days you get a 100 channels . The screen resolution is poor/hazy

I was underwhelmed starting with the small pillows, thick duvet in a tropical climate which caused me to wake up and have to turn on the air condition, noisy air condition was not good for a light sleeper lime me, noise from people walking past my room and from them closing their room doors was not pretty, TV channels were limited and quality of picture was grainy, no room service and the lack of a tooth brush or shaving kit. I was satisfied with the staff presentation and attention to help, food was good both dinner and breakfast, shuttle bus was excellent.

I was happy to see familiar faces from my last stay and receive the usual courteous and warm reception. All the staff were very polite and helpful. However, was very disappointed you no longer have A La Carte and the "fast food' menu card is not befitting the caliber of this hotel. Buffet menu provides a wide selection and good but not everyone would want to eat copiously and/or fast food.

this is the second time i stay in your hotel. Rooms are functunal and clean Restaurant has good offer for breakfast and lunch service is friendly I stay in your hotel for business so I for me the only thing missing is room service. today you have a small offer (4 items) at the bar that you can bring to your room however I find it very limited and missing the delivery to the room. the reservation was done via my company in Ghana

Enjoyed my stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Service was quick and efficient without being obvious. Room was functional and clean. Aircon was a little bit too noisy and needs a service (room 402).
