« Comfortable stay, pleasant staff »

In general my stay was satisfactory. The staff are pleasant and friendly. Room was clean. AC broke down one night and was promptly repaired the next day by the technician. Whilst the buffet usually has a good selection, the menu choices are very limited with only a sandwich, a burger, a steak and a pasta dish. Would be good to see more choices there, particularly for guests like myself who stay for several weeks. When checking in and checking out, the staff could not confirm if my Accor membership number was in the system and my points credited and I would like this to be followed up on?

« Its actually my second time staying at your Hotel and in both cases it was fantastic »

Hospitality from from the staff was excellent, the meals were perfect with several variety to chose from, the room were neatly kept and organised and the environment and proximity to other amenities was just right. I would however want to bring to your attention that all is not perfect and for the two days of my last visit I could not assess hot water for bathing.

« Rooms Damp, Housekeeping poor, Dinner Buffet substandard »

When I arrived the room I had was so musty and humid the bedspread was damp. I was moved to another room and the effect was the same. Each evening when I returned the bed was damp. Housekeeping always was slow in responding and the room was usually missing something from the standard issue (soap, towels, glasses, etc.). If I called to get them usually they never showed up.

Your staff were lovely, they are what made the difference. Your premises are old and the bedding is lumpy and not something you feel totally comfortable sleeping in. Bathrooms are sparse with minimal toiletries - having a roll of toilet paper as your tissues is not quality in anyway. Internet connection is very slow and frustrating to connect and keep the connection

Food was good especially the local meals on Sundays. I do not understand why a regular visitor has to always show his ID to check. You should have a system that should take my id with picture on first visit and when I return next time you should just ask of my name and get it from the database.

The hotel isn't fantastic but is clean and comfortable. It's a good option for business stays or short stays. The localization is very good and the shuttle works very well. If is possible do the check-in online before your arrival. Normally the hotel has a lot of people and the desk service is lengthy.
