« DISASTER »

Complete disaster! You are not able to run this business! You strategy is to cheat the customer once, then he will not come again there. Anyhow one by one cheating you go ahead but you will not have any development. No hot water and will not go further, for 130$. Also I can't understand why you are asking for a survey. Last but not least using your shuttle to airport, if the customer doesn't take enough margin, will miss the fly. Do not write me again. I will visit Accra regularly but you place (not hotel) is already black listed. Moreover Ibis name is strongly negatively affected by Accra place. Is a bordel, just putting my step there the first thing I heard is "sir, do you need any company?". Go to hell!

The staff at the reception were very friendly, Efficient and dealt with complaints professionally. The buffet options for food was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and responsive to requests. The poolside bar was also very nice and clean. Overall the hotel facilities were good and very clean. The one downside is that the room was not prepared for double occupancy and we had to make several calls for towel, tea cup, etc

The service was generally ok but there were no drinking glasses in the room. We had to go downstairs to request glasses. We wanted wine glasses but we were told that wine glasses were for use only at the bar at the foyer and that there weren't many of them available which was quite disappointing. We were eventually given two glasses after going back and forth. The pool bar was closed at i think 10 or 11pm so we couldn't lounge by the pool for drinks or have a late night swim either. The A/C also wasn't working properly. Our room was hot and stuffy all night long and the shower was clogged. The breakfast was quite delicious and there was enough variety. I stayed in room 320.

I enjoyed my stay with you, it was absolutely perfect. I like the foods especially the fry plantains and the Coco nut juice. I also like the rooms they are good but the cleaners are always kind of late, I like the service at the restaurant they did extremely well and friendly but I don't like the pool because is not deep enough for elderly people.

There was not a central heating air conditioner system, but we were given a small portable heat fan. We found 4 big cockroaches in only 6 days. All the rest was ok.

The pool had been booked for a private event meaning my children could not have access to the poolside. Room service was poor. Breakfast was OK except you should deliver Spanish omelet only on request and not leave on the table to get cold.

My room was without tv remote control coupled with tv and internet network challenges. The staff at the restaurants were not friendly, hence retreat customers without respect.

The room smelled bad, especially with the AC on. Also there was no DND sign in my room and when I asked for one at the reception they promised to send one but did not.
