« Great airport stopover »

We utilised the 9 hour day room before our evening flight from the airport. Everything was great, including the light lunch we had. The shuttle back to the airport was excellent

Neat and well made room. Very comfortable. Only had two pillows though. Had to request for more and received it. But I think 4 pillows should be standard and 2 towels as well.

I am a permanent user of the Ibis Styles Hotel Airport area in Accra. My stays for work reasons are always close to 60 calendar days. The hotel has shown significant progress and improvements especially in the food and beverage service, making the stay of expats much more comfortable. The staff is always predisposed to collaborate and find a solution to any problem of the guest.

The stay was fine, but check in was very slow. All my details are on the system but took reception 25mins to process my stay, not good enough. Breakfast is poor, I asked for bread or a roll and was told the staff not bring. When I asked could he get was told not my job. So what is your job to stand at the side do nothing & play on your phone??? The level of service in this hotel has somewhat diminished in the last 18months of staying here. Staff need to be more attentive & need to understand they are there for the customer & not just play on phones or talk to each other and ignore the customer. I will be suggesting to my company DOGL that we look for another hotel provider in the area who will appreciate our business and give a level of service that is required!!!

Nothing to complain, all normal. Starting on transfer, waiting a little but with a help full driver. All fine on check in, received with a smile. The room was a standard and clean, do not missing nothing. Concerning the breakfast, I have mine before the open time, thanks for the hotel. The breakfast is completed with a bread, cereals, cheese, salamis, cakes, fruits, etc. The check out and transfer continue great.

The rooms and hotel at large are classy, clean, and comfortable -- compliments to the designer of the ground floor! The airport pick-up (my driver was Abraham) was reliable and so easy to locate upon coming out of the terminal, really such a plus for a first-time visitor to Ghana. The food at the buffet is delicious - I really appreciate the fresh fruit and the local cuisine. And I really can't say enough about the staff at the hotel -- so welcoming, kind, and helpful. They really make a person feel at home. This is a first rate hotel, I will certainly return and also recommend it to others traveling to Ghana, and I wish you all the best in your future enterprise! p.s. - I didn't know about your "sustainable development initiatives" until reading a question further down in the survey. I am now researching the work that you are doing, but perhaps you might advertise a bit around the hotel to let your guests know of the good work you are doing! I for one would like hearing about these efforts!
