The room had no main lighting and only had bedside lights. This was not great when getting ready as lightning was poor. Arranged stay for my wife’s 30th, bathroom had mouldy patches on ceiling and very underwhelmed with the feel of the room. Very kind to write a bday card but was told my wife would receive a courteous bottle of bubbly and she received some jam. Very kind but expectations were set and not fulfilled.

Entering the hotel from the road was confusing due to strange traffic directions, Even the hotels taxi driver the company use was complaining. The hotel is clean, the food good, The rooms and restaurant are very tired and need updating, Our shower leaked, the phone did not work, no bedside cabinets and very poor lighting. The little things like complimentary biscuits were missing, There was only enough tea, milk and coffee for one drink each. One of the two bars was closed, despite a coach load of guests (Which they must know was coming.) and many other guests. All-in-all it cast a shadow over the visit.

Lovely time at the spa and treatments were nice (although the actual treatment itself was shorter than 25 mins, as a least five to ten mins was taken up by waiting for the masseuse after I had undressed) Dinner was a bit disappointing. Food was average but the service wasn't great as we kept being interrupted by the waiting staff bringing food to our table asking if it was what we had ordered although they could clearly see we were eating. We must of been brought at least five starters and a couple extra mains! It got a bit farsacle in the end! Overall pleasentstay.

After staying at the hotel last year we booked again this year as a treat for the family. When we arrived there was dirty trays of glasses, plates, wine bottles etc this was at 2pm, they remained outside in the corridor until the following morning around 11am. We also ate at the restaurant and the service was not good. Our drinks order took a very long time and then one of our meals had a sauce missing which the waitress said would be 2 mins and was then brought out 20 mins later meaning food was cold. We were never once asked if our food was ok etc and were then rushed to get the bill. Very disappointing, seems the hotel is short staffed and not getting serviced properly.

We arrived late at night but we were greeted with professionalism and smiles. The room was perfectly themed as my son loves racing and especially race cars. The closeness to the circuit was perfect for us in the morning. Great breakfast as well. We used thé spa facilities as well. The treatment was wonderful and the swimming pool was wonderful to cool off in. The only comment would be please add more milk to the Roons as you cannot have a cup of tea at night and in the morning. Thank you for a great stay.

Spent an excellent night here before a track day but the only thing i would say is that it was like a sauna in our room as no air conditioning and extremely hot!

Can't beat the location for Brands Hatch and hotel delivers well on the fundamentals you want from a hotel. Bed was very comfy, room was quiet and generally the whole place was relatively modern and clean with friendly staff. Nothing out of the ordinary / above expectations, but I'd stay again if I when I am in the area. Good value for money too (we weren't there for a big Brands Hatch event so prices were reasonable).

Slow service at the bar on the evening and at breakfast. I stay at this hotel often with work but the service in the restaurant in the evening is now so slow that myself and my colleagues now go to another restaurant to eat.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff, friendly and helpful, I was disappointed that there was no facility to put drinks from the bar on our room bill. The dinner menus were not at all what I expected. Being offered a beefburger was unsatisfactory; and the limited menu (3 starters, 4 mains, 3 puds) was basically the same both nights! (Fish & chips; beefburger & chips; veggie chili; or chicken tikka masala - not exactly dishes I would put on a 3 course menu!) Definitely, you could do a lot better than that, and the dining room menu showed so. This was a class reunion trip, and arranged by one of our members.

The room needed a good clean as it was dusty in some areas.The corridor carpets need replacing snd the aalls need a lick of paint! The hot tap on the bath was stuck so i couldnt have a bath. The shower was fantastic so made up for it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful. The spa staff were great too. Overall a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay but there was a lack of attention to detail which is promised in the reception area...the room was spotless but not enough tea options for example no hot chocolate. The evening meal was good and the staff friendly however breakfast was poor rubber scrambled eggs fatty bacon tables not clean and staff not very welcoming .The fruit section looked grey. The pool area was good and again very clean. I would stay again but only because of the closeness to Brands Hatch but would look for a cheaper deal as we payed full and realised it would have been cheaper through booking .com.

Stayed on a Friday and was disappointed that the Racing Bar was closed. We went to the Foyer Bar and had to wait ages to be served as there was only one poor waiter on duty - not a very good service. Having got past the very unfriendly member of staff we used the leisure facilities only to find that after using the sauna there was no drinking water to hand - surely this is a must !! Then ate in the main restaurant - again due to lack of staff the service was appalling - food was good but took ages to get to us - then we were left with our finished plates in front of us for about 20 mins before we called someone over to clear our table and ask for a dessert menu. I know that hotels need to cut back on costs but a shower cap would be good in the bathrooms. Check in and out were very good with friendly helpful staff.
