Staff very nice but at breakfast and dinner there was a lot of people milling around seemingly not understanding what each was doing. A couple of the tables in the dinning room was hilarious as there was no way you could get the stable. I spilt drinks on more than one occasion when i dare put my arms on the table between courses. There was many areas including the toilets that really could have done with a bit of TLC. Sockets with the wires coming out of the walls in one toilet. In the same toilet a wet floor sign never moved our whole stay when the floor was dry. Although the room was comfy enough I would have put comfort level under a Premier Inn and that is not great for the price of the rooms. The fact it was right next to the track was great as normally we bring our caravan and camp so it was a nice change. Would I come back at the end of the Touring Car season? maybe I will have to see although if no improvements were found I would not use that hotel again.

We noticed a significant difference to our last stay. There was far more staff to be seen and they were all very helpful. My request for a ground floor room was accepted and it was so nice, I asked for it next trip in July. Vending machine and extras such as small bottles of wine were a bonus for our room. My only complaint was the lack of enough sugar on our tray, one white and one brown each when we both prefer more and breakfast wasn't very hot. Overall, a much better stay than last time.

hotel was good, restaurant was cold, was told we didn't need to book, having taking your online £!8 for 2 courses, went to restaurant and was told there was no room and we would need to book, in the end the lady had moved some tables around to make room for us, food was good, although service was slow, waited 40 / 50 minutes from starter to main, waitress although friendly and helpful, mucked the drinks up even, Breakfast again up sold by your reception staff, 15 quid for one room (single person in a double) we was down at 7:10am (service started at 7am) eggs where like rubber, the bacon was stone cold, very disappointing, complained to reception about this and all she said was she would let the head chef know,

Initial first impressions were good, although this started to fade shortly after arrival. The room itself had very dated and unclean windows which didn't work well to keep the cold out. My air-con wouldn't heat the room properly, so I spent much of the night cold. Staff were attentive in the restaurant, although very unorganised. With so few guests, I dread to think what it would've been like with full capacity. Other guest's meals had additional parts of their meal forgotten, my main course was forgotten, and I overheard a lot of apologies for the delays. When my main arrived, one waiter asked how it was before I'd even managed to take a bite. The quality of the food was okay(ish), despite it being a new menu, but very pricey for what it was. Not an awful experience by any means, but I won't be returning.

Booking in procedure went well. Could do with more bar staff in the evening as lots of people waiting for drinks. Breakfast good but would personally like mushrooms with my fried breakfast. Woken in the morning by the lorry collecting dirty linen.

A very clean room, gym and pool facilities a nice bonus for our stay. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of both continental and English breakfast options. Staff were polite and helpful. There was an event on at the race track on the Sunday so the facilities were fairly busy in the evening on the Saturday. This was managed very well by staff.

My stay was fine. The staff were friendly and very helpful,especialy NADINE,in Genevieve's Restaurant. Our room no 118 was OK, especially as it was on the Ground level and overlooked the famous Brands Hatch INDY racwtrack.

I like the hotel and its location. I did have issues with multiple members of staff. While using the bar we were met with very slow staff who took 20 minutes to serve you (there were only around 4 others at the bar) who then ignored my request for a VAT receipt and we had to wait a further 10 minutes for the receipt. When trying to ask questions regarding my booking I was met by reception staff that could not help, I patiently waited for the manager n reception for 30 minutes before re-checking at reception who said oh I phoned and she said she would be another hour, I decided that as I would have been sat their for a further hour with no warning I would go to my room and change before going back to meet the manager. I then sat in reception and watched the manager arrive before being told she was meeting me and I was then ignored for a further 10 minutes. I do enjoy the hotel and its location for the circuit however the staff attitude during busy times leaves much to be desired.

With regard to the slow service in the Bar we have recently recruited several new team members and they are currently be trained in all areas of the bars, restaurant and banqueting which will inevitably take a little time however please be assured I will speak with the F&B Manager and ensure that we are staffed sufficiently going forward to prevent unnecessary delays in service. With regard to the reservation questions you had I am so sorry that you had to wait such a long time for anyone to assist you. I will certainly speak with the Duty Managers and ascertain exactly why this was and remind them that it is unacceptable to keep guests waiting unnecessarily. A bucket in the corridor catching dripping water from Thursday to when I left on Sunday. Hair in the shower, dirty cups, glasses and empty bottles left outside peoples doors until late afternoon. Inedible expensive breakfast, Bacon Eggs Sausage sitting in lukewarm hotplate. Fried eggs were like plastic joke eggs. We had breakfast on the balcony of the Cafe in the Pit Lane, they provided us with freshly cooked fried eggs, bacon, beans and toast as well as nice hot tea for between 5 and six pounds. The hotel looks jaded and ill cared for, the lobby carpet needs changing.neither I nor our race team will ever stay there again. I have stayed in 4 star hotels all over the world for race meetings and leisure but this is definitely not a 4 or indeed "any" star lodging. The only positive thing I can say is that all the staff that I encountered were polite and helpful. They profit from a captive audience during race meetings but were they not strategically situated the hotel would have closed from lack of customers long ago. I am putting this information on social media.

With regard to the bucket catching a drip in the corridor I can confirm that we had an leak in the pipework which our maintenance team were finding difficult to access in order to carry out the necessary repairs. The bucket was unfortunately needed to protect the carpet from water damage and while it was unsightly for the few days it was in use it was preventing a bigger and more costly issue. I am very surprised that you did not enjoy our breakfast offering as we have received many compliments over the past few weeks however I will certainly pass your comments to the team for their immediate attention. We were greeted warmly by Kerry on reception. It is always so nice to be greeted with a smile and a lovely welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. I had asked when I booked the room some months ago could we have a room with a view of the track and we did! How kind. Izzy in the spa gave me a lovely facial, it was just what I needed. Finn in the restaurant looked after us beautifully. We enjoyed our breakfast and evening meals. We really appreciated the scrambled eggs that were cooked for us. As always we had a great stay. Thank you to the whole team .

All ok except for the length of time it took to get served in the bar ( not the Sports Bar ) The barman was serving another customer with coffee and involved in a long conversation with him, I understand the need to attend to customers but this slightly ridiculous.
