Positives: Room was nice, pretty basic and carpets bare in places, but pretty good. Breakfast was fantastic and evening meal was very good. Leisure facilities were very good. Check-in/check out was easy and quick. Staff were very helpful, especially providing us with ice buckets and filling up our daily water bottles. Negatives: Two false fire alarms went off when we were there, thankfully not overnight. After these alarms there were no notes at reception or anyone assuring that there were no issues. Not much you can do about it, but the road access to the front isn't great, as it is an extremely busy road and difficult to pull out on. Lovely experience overall and would definitely come back if in that area again.

Was given complementary upgrade which was very nice . Clean rooms with good facilities. Difficult to get into pool area for morning swim as you have to go down to reception to sign in and be given a code. Made any spontaneity difficult.

Awful there was a wedding on there was extremely loud music playing until midnight. The noisy air con unit mean the window had to be kept open to vent out. I dared to call reception to ask what time the music would finish to be told by the rude member staff can I not just be happy for the bride and groom. I had to leave early the next day to drive in to London for an operation so ideally would have liked more than 5 hours sleep! Won’t stay here again

Terrible from the moment I walked through the doors, the lady at the counter was rude and dismissive then I had cleaners and management staff trying to come into my room showing people around while trying to sleep, I’m not sure if they had any idea what they where doing

Nice, quiet room, very friendly staff, very tasty breakfast with multiple juices. Only one disadvantage that I can think of is poor vegetarian menu for dinner in the restaurant.
