« Lovely Hotel »

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights in a very comfortable room. The only issue was the entrance / exit to the hotel, you leave straight onto a roundabout and it can be difficult to leave. Other than that, a lovely hotel and lovely pool and spa - a nice relaxing break.

The suite was spacious and calm with good refreshment electronic devices, a mineral water supply and a TV in each room. When I discovered a bathtub and a walk-in shower I was very happy and felt just like at home!

Staff friendly and helpful but still seemed to end up in one of the Bat Cave rooms - Very dark and this rooms have not changed in around 10 years plus - They are quite depressing rooms to stay in..

Comfortable stay. Found the food missed the mark, ie dinner menu meals ,lamb shank, lamb, selection of pies the gravy's were tasteless. Breakfast , bacon chewy and not very warm and mornings of my stay there were no eggs. Informed the waiting staff but got no notice when the buffet was replenished. Enjoyed my stay and looking forward to my next stay with you.

We were woken up by our neighbours returning to their room at 1.15 in the morning making a great deal of noise, which they kept up for another quarter of an hour. Difficult to get back to sleep after that.

Breakfast was very good indeed , room was fine , a few black dots on sheet but nothing major . only wish your phone number had gone to main desk , as we could find hotel and rang twice on route but had to leave message that didn't get attended to for any one to return our call , many thanks jo

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was clean. The towels were rather thread bare. The spa area was good. The changing room didn't seem to have a dry area.
