My friend and I stayed in your hotel in Liverpool just after new year 2019 and the hotel and staff were amazing. My friend had an accident a week before our stay and we thought we would not be able to go but so glad we did.

Very poor food served in a characterless restaurant. Breakfast was also poor: a pathetic small ssidage and two slices of poor bacon. All served by pleasant staff

« Great hotel but room was cold, shower was lukewarm »

I really like the Atlantic, room was fine with a good view - but I could not get the heating to work (is it via the A/C?; it did not seem to be working). And on my day of departure the shower water was at best lukewarm - I showered at about 8 am. The TV does not seem to have a channel "overview" function? Or I could not find it? Had to go through channels one by one

The room was very nice but the bathroom was a bit small. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean and the soft furnishings were of a good quality. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of both hot and cold food. The menu choice for dinner was limited but again the food was good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As our daughter has disabilities this was appreciated. Thank you.

I had a lovely stay at the Mercure hotel in Liverpool, it was a great location for the docks and the views were amazing. It is a short walk from the Liverpool One shopping and is near to the train station. The room was clean ad had a selection of tea and coffee, the bed was extremely comfy, almost couldn't wake up.
