Not happy with the small room we stayed in the first night. Following day went to the reception desk. We were offered a privilege room with no extra charges. Beautiful big room with wonderful vista and no issues like in the first room. Thanks MR Rahul for arranging all this.

Hotel was very good and clean but was very disappointed at the last minute. Checked out at 11.45am and hotel kept our luggage for taxi had to pickup at 4.00pm. At 3.15pm we where again at hotel and remembered that when packing up didn’t collect the shirts in the wardrobe so went to reception , she checked with housekeeping and after waiting a few minutes they said nothing was inside. I’m 100% shure as even as soon have arrived home the 1st thing done was to look for them. Very disappointed about it and never taught that after a few hours my clothes would have disappeared.

Our experience was very good. It was clean, welcoming and the food was really good. My only negative comment would be the mirrors in the room and the plug placement. They were in the darkest and narrowest part of the room not great for hairdrying/makeup.

Stay was fine. First night was in a twin room and both of us were unable to open our suitcase as the room was so small. Bathroom extremely small. Second night, room was bigger and better.

My request for a room overlooking the river was fulfilled and the staff were friendly and helpful in all cases. The only negative thing is the size of the room and bathroom especially. My husband could not dry himself in the bathroom as there was not enough space.

Disappointed by the hotel's lack of concierge, a bar service closing too early evening, lack of toilet amenities, no room minibar nor bottled water offered! However the personnel was caring especially at breakfast.

Was booked in quickly, informed of upgrade to my room. The room itself looked to have been modernised recently and was of excellent quality. The breakfast was sufficient and, unusually for that type of breakfast I have experienced in many hotels, piping hot.

Booked a twin room (by mistake!) for a two night stay. The hotel reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful and moved us to an amazing double room for our second night. Very satisfied with all aspects and would stay again.

Nice location but old facilities

Staff was amazing and allowed me to drop my bags before 4pm. The bathroom needs refurbishment as looks old and overused. I found hairs on my bath towels prior to using them and the towels seem overused as well. The room was clean and pleasant, but the cups and spoons appeared to be rinsed only. The breakfast was alright. I usually go for eggs, sausage, bread and fruit, which I was able to find easily. Check out was simple and easy.

Stayed for the Barcelona game and price compared to other hotels in Liverpool was much cheaper and far better value. Hotel is friendly, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent value, very tasty and well cooked, compares to the cafes down the road charging much more . All in all an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Staff were all very nice
