Hotel is great, staff are all lovely, the only complainant would be the noise at night wasn't very nice and kept me awake,i stayed in room 1111, not sure if it was the air conditional or some other noise ?

The room was clean and comfortable, the only negative was that it was quite noisy during the night with other guests slamming their doors, but that happens in most hotels. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great stay here, very well located at the waterfront and close to the centre. Very pleasant and helpful receptionists. Room was modern and clean and we had a great view across the Mersey. Would definitely return to this hotel when back in Liverpool.

Room was clean and comfortable nevertheless too much noise outside you can barely hear your neighbor’s alarm. Regarding the breakfast (10£ per person) I have never experienced a so disappointing breakfast. Oily toast, orange juice disgusting not too much Choice. Honestly i’d rate it 1/10

Room cold and took quite a long time to heat it up. Bathroom really cold also, no heating there and no ventilation. Windows in room didn’t open. In morning all the windows running with SO much condensation. Comfy bed. Pillows flat and felt old. Only 3 sachets of coffees and one small packets of digestive biscuits. Location was good and enjoyed the view from 12th floor over the docks.

« Two night stay - mixed experiences »

On arrival and departure staff were excellent. Breakfast in the restaurant was acceptable considering we ate at the end of service. However, on our second night my wife and I had been out for the evening and on retuning to the hotel just after 10.30p.m. we found a notice outside the bar stating it was closed for a private function and to use the restaurant bar. When we arrived there it was just closing and we were told if we wanted drinks, to use the kiosk in reception. The kiosk had a very limited choice of drinks and the tonic water was out of stock.It seemed to us that on this occasion the hotel was being run for the benefit of the staff rather than the guests. Our room(916) had a door connecting to room 915. As it was locked this in itself was not a problem. However on the second night the guests in that room were sat talking until after midnight which my wife's sleep. there aren't any notices requesting guests to respect others and keep noise to reasonable levels(this works for Premier Inn).

« Great location, missing touches »

Check in very good at desk, very helpful. Room had excellent view of seafront. Super king bed comfy but duvet didn't overlap sides, . Bathroom ok but bath slippy on showering. Breakfast food was excellent, good quality bacon and sausage but was married by the fact the wife almost cut her mouth open on a faulty juice glass with a large chip out of edge. Table assistant apologized 3 separate times but no senior manager dained to appear . Check out was painless

I booked with buyagift voucher ,when I called to book I was told there was a room on my dates ,but when I said I had a voucher suddenly a manager had to be contacted , I was told the person would call me back , never happened , I had to sort it out through two other phone calls. I felt very much a second class citizen !! When I got into my room there was no soap and the inside of the wardrobe was very dusty ,and the table in the room was not stable ,very wobbly , but I must add the staff whilst we were there were very nice , All that aside we enjoyed our stay ,and thought the hotel was in an excellent position for seeing the sights of Liverpool..

Booked a family room. All that was in the room was a doubled bed and a sofa. Bed was not made on arrival at 3:45pm. Staff were very friendly that came up to make up bed. My son didn’t sleep said springs were coming through bed

Easy check in and out. Requested room near ground floor, no problem. Room comfortable and clean with a great view! Beds comfortable. Breakfast good and relaxing experience. All staff we met were very pleasant and helpful.
