Reception is great, why not treat them to a printer this would speed up checkout and keep your staff on hand with guests, having printer locatted in the back office does kep them fit !

Well equipped hotel, food was good from bar and also breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. My room was well equipped but cold with noisy ventilation. An oil filled radiator borrowed from a nearby conference room made it more comfortable. The bathroom is looking a little tired with some fairly dodgy maintenance repairs, silicone sealant that appears to have been applied with a trowel for example, crooked and dripping tap.... But all functional

Was freezing all night and the heating was unresponsive. Shower locked in one position as turning mechanism on hinge was missing. Chocolate bars no longer in fridge ? Cost cutting at its meanest.

« Room was cold and no real catering for vegans without having to really push for it. »

I was really disappointed having stayed in Mercure hotels across the uk. The room/ bathroom was really tired and really cold despite turning thermostat up to max. It was really hard to get hold of a vegan option to eat and ended up with a bowl of chips! Pool was lovely but ceiling above it was horrid . Very disappointed / not the standard I was used to of mercure

Fantastic. Stayed overnight whilst attending a 30th Birthday party. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially at breakfast when catering for 30th party guest, wedding guests and people off a delayed easyjet flight. Nothing was too much trouble.
