I can’t thank the staff enough, my total over all experience was amazing. I was away travelling with work and I was staying overnight on my own on my birthday which was disappointing, the staff gave me a generous upgrade and a drinks voucher and their kind generousity and professionalism made my overall experience fantastic. Great overal, I am a frequent resident, my only issue is with your restaurant. The evening menu is very limited and not great value for money, service this week was very slow. Breakfast great, reception great, Kelley on corporate b. first class, Joe in bar marvelous, rooms ideal

Nice size room with all the staff very helpful. The food including breakfast was good quality, better than the Glasgow hotel. Loaned me a I phone charger. Our company are on the O2 network which was very poor in the hotel this is the only set back.

« Nice hotel, great staff, terrible food »

All the staff were great and did their best to help when and where they could, the bar staff and house keeping in particular. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food... quite often it had no flavour and food had to be sent back several times for a variety of reasons.

Good facilities and comfortable bedrooms only let down by the bar staff who despite being present in significant numbers made it really hard work to get a drink because they were much more focused on their own conversations than serving guests. Service was also very slow in the restaurant at dinner but at least here the staff were apologetic and friendly. Staff at the reception desk were 1st class.

Stayed at this hotel more times than I care to remember as it is used by the company I work for. It is always clean and well presented. The staff are professional and friendly. My only criticism being the cost! Fortunately as a business we get good rates, but as a private paying customer may find the hotel pricey especially for food and drinks.

2nd visit to this hotel. Very comfortable room and pool facilities. Reception staff very friendly. Bar and waiting staff very slow. Had to keep reminding them of our food and drinks order. Not too many guests so not sure why had to wait 1 hr for some chips! Restaurant manager was very efficient and helpful.

Superb hotel which delivers a 4 star service. Stunning entrance with a friendly welcome from Megan at reception nothing was too much trouble. Had a beautiful spacious room Ate in the lounge Eleanor abdctge two guys were very attentive and friendly Dined in the restaurant for breakfast and again the service from David and Sam was so professional yet friendly too Food was delicous Overall had a great stay and would highly recommend this Hotel.

Stayed for NYE function. Good food, not as crowded as last year so easier to move around. Room ok but bathroom needs updating, grouting needed better clean, as did window frames. Plus point, windows could be opened to let in fresh air.

Tired hotel, not suitable for families (the high chairs were all wet having been left out in the rain). Restaurant was overpriced for poor quality, microwaved food and slow service. However, the staff were helpful. The website was difficult to book through, it took 3 attempts, and the AccorHotels reservation centre phone line had such poor audio quality that I had to hang up before being able to make the booking.

The hotel and facilities were very good, food in the evening and breakfast time was very nice. Only issue was the instated in was a bit out dated and the bathroom was a bit dull and old fashioned.

« Really nice staff and great room, especially for the price. »

It was a pleasant stay, but we had to move rooms as the TV didn't work. The next room bed was full of hairs so went back to the original room. The staff sent someone up in the morning and it was all sorted. We had pre-booked a two course meal but the restaurant was closed.
