I have a platinum card but did not receive any benefits at the hotel. The room was not the cleanest and the bath/ shower was very dated, it had mould around the edges near the taps. Skirting boards had dust and there was a huge fly in the room which took us a while to get rid of. Overall it wasn’t a great experience

Easy booking in system the staff were excellent and went out of their way to help and assist us in our reunion.the bar staff were excellent the room was clean and comfortable!

As expected. The room was clean and comfortable accept for the bathroom which needs ventilation. After having a shower the bathroom is unbearably hot and stuffy. Food overall was satisfactory although breakfast was a bit hit and miss on quality

Everything was as good as usual, but I noticed that for the duration of my 2 nights stay, the hallway had not been vacuumed (Spotted the small piece of polythene on the floor as I checked in on the Monday night, and it was still there when I checked out on the Wednesday morning)

The cleaning of my room was appealingly bad and on one occasion not even done at all . Breakfast was just about ok but you have to ask for fresh croissants or pain au chocolat as they now put the rank one from the day before !!

Generally not a clean hotel, fairly disorganised and a noisy night.

Rooms were tired or just plain dirty (had 3 rooms over the course of a 2 night stay). Bath in room 1 was mouldy and edges were broken, towel had someone else's hair on it, tea cup had a ring of tea stain, radiator next door in the corridor sounded like a pneumatic drill at intervals in the night. Room 2 was not cleaned from previous occupant at all. Room 3 was a huge improvement though not hoovered or dusted properly.
