the service and workers are very good. the guys at reception are very kind. they helped me when i need. breakfast and also dinner was good. sport centre is also good. only problem is rates of room. It should be %20 lower.

« Welcomed by competent and friendly staff, a haven after a late night arrival at the airport. »

We stayed at the Airport Novotel in Tehran on two occasions. for two nights when we first arrived in Iran by plane and the second time for about 5 hours waiting for our very late night flight home. On both occasions we were welcomed and given all assistance. Breakfasts were amazing, room presentation excellent and all staff were very friendly. An excellent choice after a long flight. Being able to have a short stay at a reasonable cost while waiting for an outbound flight is a bonus. The Iranian restaurant is a good introduction to the food of Iran with the staff eager to ensure that you get maximum benefit. It was our introduction to the Dizzi. Will stay again. To the management and staff, you should be proud of the service you provide and how it reflects on your beautiful country and its people. Regards Richard and Robyn b.

This is a modern hotel, with all amenities needed. The staff are very helpful. Especially the front desk staff and lady at breakfast desk. The rooms have a good size. It was also easy to arrange for a car and driver to take me to city center for some meetings. I will come again.

Hotel looks Nice and New just like I appreciate the Novotel hotel chain. My room 751 was very noisy (even with heating off) and also to hot. The bathroom was full with paint particles from the wall, shower head was not hanging well, shower screen was leaking. Despite the hotel being new. At checkout the sleepy receptionist did not bother the ask me about my stay and forgot to give my passport back. All together not satisfying, certainly not at the price paid.

I regret that you found the temperature of your room to be too warm and am very sorry if this prevented you from enjoying a good sleep. Our hotel has an ‘air cooling’ system in place which does differ from air conditioning and this system is partly dependant on the external temperature. According to expected weather conditions for the time of year, the heating was on rather than the cooling system. As in actuality it was unseasonably warm at the time of your stay, I can only apologise if this system was not sufficiently effective on this occasion. I was also disappointed to read your comments regarding a staff member’s attitude in handling your concerns. Please be assured that your comments have been reviewed with the front office team and expected service behaviours have been reinforced. I had a good stay at Novotel, though I only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. However the wifi did not work, which was a bit frustrating as I wanted to have wifi to check if there were any changes to my flight the next day.

I smelled something plastic burned at 3rd and 7th floor therefore I asked the reception to check the floors. However they said that we have fire alarm and they did not move anything. You will kill a lot of customer soon. Pls be careful.

It was a pleasant stay at Novotel; professional staff with nice attitude. good rooms however room service needs monitoring; sometimes they put tea but not coffee; sometime coffee but not tea and sometimes none!
