Dear IAN, Thank you so much for sharing such a nice review regarding your experience at ibis IKIA. We are always very happy to hear and read how much our guests enjoyed their time with us. We are delighted to see that the quality of our breakfast buffet also SPA facilities was on satisfactory. And ... I regret that you found the temperature of your room to be too warm. Our hotel has an ‘air cooling’ system in place which does differ from air conditioning and this system is partly dependent on the external temperature. According to expected weather conditions for the time of year, the heating was on rather than the cooling system. As in actuality it was unseasonably warm at the time of your stay, I can only apologies if this system was not sufficiently effective on this occasion. Finding such a good hotel near the airport was awesome. I was quite comfortable having access to such a good restaurant, coffee shop, gym, pool and above all strolling through such quiet and nice space was memorable. Staff from the reception, delivery, free shuttle, restaurant, gym were so friendly, helpful and nice. There were some minor issues with the room which I am sure If I had called the room service would have been attended quickly, however I rather not as i expect I'll these things to be provided before the guest arrival. No tissue in the room, no mat in the bathroom and extra pillows were broken in the middle!

It was inconvenient that I cannot pay by my credit card. Besides the payment receipt is shown in IRR, your local currency although I paid in Euro by cash. It is not easy to claim the charge to my company as there is not exchange rate shown. It is much better to print the receipt in the currency by the one actually paid. In the other hotel I stayed in the center of Tehran, I got receipt in Euro as I paid by Euro cash.

I am no stranger to Ibis hotels but Ibis Teheran surprised me with spacious high ceiling lobby, smiles from staff, good restaurant and larger sized room. Wifi is good. Close proximity to the airport with free shuttle service(s) - appreciated that. Keep up the good work!

Everything was perfect except for the lack of integration of reward points. I had to book online at the reception and wait for 30min to be able to use the points as they couldn’t do it at the front desk
