« Overall an enjoyable stay at a clean and well maintained property. »

I appreciated that we could park for free in front of the hotel and that our rooms were next to each other. The breakfast was satisfying and reasonably priced. The electrics in one of the rooms didn't work properly but it was quickly fixed. It would have been nice to have had bottled water in the room. Also, the climate control did not work and we had to open the window which wasn't ideal given the amount of street noise.

« Very bad and rude staff, clearly needing some hotel training »

Bar staff were extremely rude, restaurant staff thought the coffee machine was for staff, the attidude of staff members was more of "they were doing you a favour" The only staff that were pleasant were maids at rooms and front desk staff who were in the main helpfull

« amazing for business, highly recommended. »

I was in Rabat for a short business trip, and what is really my great luck to stay over there. Despite the nearby construction but it was Ok as they don't work at night. It is also the closest and the best spot for taking the train which is also highly recommended to used around Morocco "such a great country".

« Good value for money »

The staff is really helpful and the overall quality is balanced with the price. The only downside is the walking from train station to the hotel. The pedestrian way is quite shady at night. Although we didn't have any problems; we didn't feel that safe either.

It was overall good as expected. Breakfast good as well. Friendly staff. However the phone was not working and it was not sorted out till the following day although there is a 15 min pledge. As a result, I missed a couple of phone calls

It's easy to get this hotel on foot about 5 minutes from Rabat Agdal station. The hotel is new and nice to stay in. The breakfast was enough to energize a new day. The staffs were very warmful, friendly, and helpful. The inside feature of thotel is as same as the IBIS hotel in Casablanca where I stayed in.

Over priced . I stayed for 2 nights , after the first night , towels were not changed and the carpet wasn't hoovered. Very basic breakfast for 7 Euros breakfast. Overall, it is over priced.

VERY GOOD ,BUT i MUST SAY AS A WORKER in ibis hotels ,it was very very dificult to get the accor carte bienvenue rate specially because y planed my trip too rabat like 4 months ago y sended email asking about the rate,any way when i arrived to the hotel i asked the carte bienvenue rate but the man who was in the reception did not about that ,he must call some body else ,and finally i got the carte bienvenue rate but when i asked the same rate for the breakfast he said is not possible which i think is incorrect ,because our check in was very slow i did not talk about that with the man and finally pay the rack rate wich i think is unfair specially because i work in the same company and i know that we have the carte bienvenue bed and breakfast . every thing esle was great. thanks

« i am an old customer of Ibis and this was the worst experience ever »

- At the reception, they did not accept my passport although it is an official document and they insisted to have my national ID which I don't normally carry everywhere because I live outside Morocco. - Although the building is new, the bathroom was not very clean and the flooring as well which caused my sinus allergy to come back - During the breakfast and for 2 consecutive days I was asked to move from a table to another because they need to set up lunch before the time of breakfast ended - 1 night I ordered a Croque Madame which gave me heavy diarrhea in the morning - I couldn't order drinks for 3 nights because the staff in the lobby cannot find the man with the fridge key... I used ibis since 2004 and i was always happy with my Ibis experience in many countries including Morocco (i even enjoyed the stay in the old Agdal building) but this experience will make me think twice before I chose Ibis again... I apologize to be this straightforward but i only want to tell the reality so that it can be rectified and we ibis lovers can enjoy our stay in Ibis Agdal again...

« Not what was expected from IBIS »

I thought IBIS was all same world wide i was shocked at the size of the room and the closet but was most annoyed me was the absence of a fridge or even a mini bar, as i had planned to stay for over three months at the hotel and had to checkout after 1 month only as i couldnt store a milk carten or some leftovers in my room which was quite annoying
