Clean, quiet but rather small room with comfortable bed. Breakfast selection limited but OK for short visit. Enjoyed dinner in restaurant. Helpful friendly, English speaking staff. Good location: 15 min. walk to COEX exhibition centre. KAL Limo bus and subway stop, small restaurants and cafes all nearby.

Room good quality, upper bar very good and breakfast just normal. Breakfast weak point of the whole experience, because not available capuccino, just a limited amount of americano coffee. And cannot repeat, dont understand why. One of the 2 days I had bad stomach, explained it and asked for an apple only. Staff couldn't provide any, only available the two fruits of the day. I paid the whole breakfast just to have yogurt and water. The breakfast has limited options for western breakfast. Would like to include my stay there at my Accor Club card, since I couldnt do it there. I am Alvaro L. N° 30…03BO. Best regards and hope to come back

Everything was fine, the service, the people, the location; the atmosphere was best. I just underestimated how small the petite room was. There were two of us on the room and even though the elevated beds were a nice touch to put away luggage still it was tricky to get around:)

Small, but beautiful hotel, close to the Coex Conference Center. There is a nice cafe and restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar on the 15th floor. Standard rooms are small but ok, the bigger ones with a balcony are really great.

Too small, too less equipment, nicely located

Unfortunately the room was pretty small, same for the bed, in particular if you are of European size. There were no iron, ironing board, etc. in the room included, that's difficult for business travelers. Breakfast was not very various. But the hotel is in a very good location, close to subways, busses etc.

Dear Amy, I just made one booking for 2 rooms (already canceled), I am not sure why there are 2 bookings at your site.  In my Reservation List , there is no booking HQBSGCHB; it is not in my reservation list under my account in Accor website. It was lovely staying at Crescendo. Though it was short, I could tell the quality of staff were top notch. Nicely decorated interiors played well to add even more positive impression. The only downside wad that water pressure was a bit weak but it wasn’t a major problem.

Nice staffs, Comfy bed and neat room. But the parking service was quite strange to me which I put the car in the parking system by myself, but the staff wanted me to pay KRW10,000 for valet charges. I visited with my customer, so I didn't claim for what happened, but I was really upset after the staff keep pushing me to pay for the valet charge which I have not received any service.

The hotel and staff are fine. The issue is the room is just too small and has not been well designed to deal with the size. The only desk was the window sill which is barely accessible due to the bed being in the way.

First time since they changed name to Crescent: improved breakfast and services. Front desk manager Jacky Kim was great and was available for services. Room is small but if you can get a room with garden( 808, 809) then this hotel is the best value in this region!
