« The unprofessional of staff during the checked in has spoied my holiday »

I had 2 separate bookings this time on Friday night and on Sat night. Someone called me before to confirmed my chk in and I had ibformed her about my 2 bookings. Once arrived late at 22.00 at the hotel the staff didn't know I had 2 bookings she spent sometimes finding it which is a bit unprepared from my point of view. Then we discussed about the hotel not having the lounge and there will be no breakfast. I asked her twice as I am a platinum member and last month I went to Veranda Hua Hin and the staff there providing the complimentary breakfast without me asking for anything. While I was talking with this unpleasant staff, the other staff was on the phone and then he whispered something to her. Then she told me that this is like special thing from the hotel for the complimentary breakfast (ทางโรงแรมมีอาหารเช้าให้คะ อันนี้พิเศษมากๆ ). It was not nice at all to the guests the way she speaked. I was so shocked and upset to be honest. I was here in this hotel 3-4 times already and everytime I always had a bad time so at first I thought I would not be here any more. But during my stay the other staffs are so friendly and nice; the bell boy were so helpful, the staffs at the restaurant, the staff at the bar by the pool, the house keeping were very nice and friendly. So I felt better and starting to enjoy the trip. At check out I think I met her again and her face was like cold and unsmile. Luckily there were few other staffs who were saying goodbye to me. Before leaving someone came to my car to greet me and she was very nice. When I told her about this issue as she asked how was my stay here. After talking to her I felt better and she said please come again I agree. Because she was so nice. Anyway after coming here 3-4 time already this time I found a better improvement. Most of the staffs are more friendly this time. Whenever I walked and see some staff walking by, they were saying sawasdee which is very nice. The breakfast was getting better than my previous visits. I saw lots of good change here. I am sorry this is a bit long comments.

The overall is good. Pool, environment & service are perfect. Except shower room and toilet which is separated. It’s not convenient for the family.

1.I have request for rose petal to arrange on my bed since it is my babymoon, the request have not been done. 2. I have request for king size bed , again this request have not been done, your hotel is not fully book which i am sure it can be arrange. 3.After saying at the resort me and my wife are sick i guess its because of the dust in the room.

« Very satisfying family holiday »

The hotel is very family-oriented; there is a slope for baby stroller everywhere, and a lift from luggage drop-off to reception is impressive. Service is very good. We requested for a new blanket because we made it wet after showering the baby and we got it within 10 minutes. All the staff are with smile. The lifeguard at the pool took many photos for us; his photo skill is also very good. We had a very good time staying at the hotel and will definitely come back.

The service was good but I was booking on before and that’s has been confirm. I tried to check with hotel and no booking on that’s day so I decided to contact from website and the answer is they said if thai people hotel will charge extra another $3000 baht a day . I’m not happy with it so I cancelled that booking . The staff at the hotel recommended to book on hotel website directly becoz have promotion 50 %off on 2 nd night. I have been book for that promo . But I have choose the room also included bath and beautiful on the picture which I have captured that photo of booking but in reality I was get just normal room nothing exciting just normal hotel . I have been contact the reception on that day to see are they put me to the wrong room or not and the answer is they said the photo it’s just for promote. I was shocked. It’s make me feel like I very full . I been travel all around the world and before I book I always check the room and pic what they been Adv and all the same as the photo maybe soon a bit old but that I can understand not like the one you guys been put in the website. Nice stay with family. Good room and bed great view, and I like swimming pool. However, there is no roof between parking building and Lobby, neither from main building to Ocean front building, during raining season is not good at all.

First thing, disappointed with the baby cot request. Been confirmed by email but don't understand why I need to confirm during check-in again to get it set up. Also there was no proper blanket for infant. I wont mind if I was told when request so I can prepare on my own. Secondly, world end after rain drop. Would like to get the shelter to connect to all hotel facilities. Soft boil egg for breakfast is way under cooked. Get the same result twice. Check out was bad. Call for bell service and nothing happen for 20 mins. i carried all stuff with 2 boys thru the rain. And at the check-out counter, no one aware that i request for check out. This is the second time i give same comment to you. Anyway my family still like your facility. Your staffs are very nice. Will be back soon. Hope to see improvement
