« Awesome service in a Perfect Location »

Travelling with young children, Staff were very helpful and friendly. Had the breakfast optioned, and it had a good variety with awesome views over the city. Rooms were a little small but expected for accomodation in Japan. Great location, few mins walk to the main areas and train station to explore the Kansai region Left an item behind an Yang went above and beyond by helping me organise a courier to my next destination in Kyoto. Highly recommend

Great location. Facilities were overall satisfactory. Understood using key cards to activate the lift might be a security measure. However, it's rather annoying when the key cards failed to activate the lift - and it happened a few times during my 2-day stay at the hotel. At one instance, all guests in the lift tried using their key cards to activate the lift and none of us succeeded. At another instance, I reported the case to the front desk, got two new key cards, but both cards failed! Breakfast was just mediocre and lacked varieties. It's disappointing that bottled water and tea bags, etc were provided only for the first day.

« Clean and comfortable room condition »

My parents and brother stayed for 3 days at the end of September. It was just a few weeks after one of the biggest typhoon passed through Osaka. The Osaka area was hit hard by the typhoon Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the clean, comfortable room conditions, kindness and accessibility of the hotel. We will stay again at ibis Styles Osaka Namba if we have a chance next time. Thank you.

« Good hotel but bad location for family »

We stayed only one night there. Room and breakfast was perfect. But no place to stay outside of the room at night except at the entrance which is pretty bad and dirty. It is next to Dotomboli, but this district is also famous for host bars. Note that parking isnot for free 2000yen a night

« Great service of Hotel, but horrible online booking experience »

I would like to make booking for whole trip originally, but I am not able to make booking through website/mobile app. I tried it for more than 24 hours, both website/mobile app reject my booking. Finally I need to arrive hotel directly to make booking, it's so lucky that I met a great staff at front desk and help me to confirm the booking in next day. But the worse was I need to waste my time to changing hotel, as per I cannot sure if I can make booking so I needed to book another hotel for a backup plan for 1st day.

« Good as we expect except for the smell in the room. »

We love your breakfast but the room was a bit smelly, it feel like someone used to smoke in the room (707) so the other night, we asked to change the room. But then, the new room (607) was a bit smelly too. We tried to search for source of smell, we think maybe it from air condition or carpet. We used your spray a lot, but it didn't help much. And the automate toilet in room 707 didn't work.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay in Ibis Style Osaka for six nights. It was a great place to stay in Osaka and the location is very convenient. Train station, Dotonburi, shopping area and different restaurants/convenient stores are within reach. Front desk staffs and service attendants at the breakfast area are very accommodating and pleasant. Especially Ms. Yui Serikawa from Reservation, who assisted my overseas call and ensuring that my check-in date was revised to an earlier date. I really appreciate her assistance despite of the late minute changes in my flight schedule. Keep up the good work! I’m looking forward to go back Osaka very soon.

The sign said we would be surprised well we were, there was no coffee in the room only green tea, no water provided as was with other Accor hotels. Good location, breakfast not very western but slightly better then Kyoto Ibis.

« Complaint about unprofessional hotel staff and money loss »

Dear Sir/Madam, I’m writing to complain about our bad stay experience in Ibis Style Hotel Osaka from 23-27Sep, 2018. We checked in on 23rd of Sep at ibis Styles Osaka Namba Hotel and parked our car outside of the hotel for a while, after we back from outside, we found illegal parking notice by police on the window. We took the notice and asked the hotel staff how to handle this, the staff looked at the notice and told us there is no need to go to police station to pay penalty, the paper was just for reminding us to drive the car away, and he just threw the important paper away! We believe in hotel professional staff and didn’t do anything about that during our trip. Howerver on 27th, when we returned our car to the car company, they told us because we did not have the illegal parking notice and didn’t pay the penalty to police station, we had to pay 25000Yen instead of 10000Yen. We were so angry that we not only wasted our time but also had to pay 15000 yen just because the hotel staff said we don’t need to pay! How become a hotel staff will not know this is an illegal parking notice from the police! Since he was so unprofessional, we lost 15000yen and our time for this trip, this really disappointed us a lot, and I’m writing to strongly express our bad feelings about your hotel. Our reservation number is GQSSFNJK, the estimated time on our talk with the hotel staff about parking paper is around 9pm on 23rd of Sep, I sincerely hope the hotel could give us a feedback and find a solution on this issue, looking forward to your reply ASAP. « can be improved further »

-Too noisy when aircon is turned on. Air con not user friendly, cannot adjust by absolute temperature in deg celcius. -Wifi speed is quite bad, maybe corner room. Wifi signal can be improved. -Breakfast was average, variety can be improved.
