Nothing special in that hotel. All is standard. Not bad just average and quite dated in term of atmosphere. The only main issue was for Check-Out which took more than 25min simply because there is not enough staff member to handle customer. Hopefully the lonely person doing the check-out was very kind and very professionnal. No dedicated line for AccorHotel card member. No possibility to do online checkout (although online checkin was possible)

Stayed at this Hotel for 01 night but have to say that this is a very average Mercure Hotel with staff who refuses to accept their mistakes.Room allotted did not have proper aircoditioning but when complained the staff refused to accept it.Typical of rude Italian Hospitality I must say.I am a le Club Accor Gold Member but this is one of the worst Mercure Hotels.Non Smoking Hotel and room smelled of Cigrette Smoke as well

We also confirm we satisfied your request with your preferred superior room upgrading you, even though the hotel was fully booked and so that not obliged to upgrade a gold member. Also for this particular booking situation, we feel to have done our best. As already informed, our hotel rooms are no smoking but accidentally might happen that you find smoke smelling cause to inadequate behavior from other guests. Kind regards. The room abit too old. The old type of water flashing very noisy suggest to up-grade it. Room is small for 2pax.

« Not the standard we expect from Accor Group hotrels. »

Reception was indifferent and when we left we asked if they could book us a taxi. We were charged 10 Euro and we asked what that was for and told us it was for the taxi. We asked again if that meant we did not have to pay the driver and was told we did not. Seemed odd, but in travelling worldwide for thirty years, have never been charged for a hotel to call up a taxi. When we got to the station the taxi driver wanted paying. We were ripped off by the hotel! Also, I reported ligts not working. Was told nothing could be done. I fixed them because wiring was loose , and told reception to get them checked out. Should not have been down to me to fix them.

The hotel needs a serious update. Facilities are tired, old, not to the standard of other Mercure Hotels that I have stayed in. Everything was working, yes. The staff though was very helpful, friendly, and helped in any way they were asked for. Well done.

« Nice hotel but staff need to learn how to welcome guests »

It was my first trip to Milano to discover the city and spend NYE in the area and I was a bit disappointed: location of the hotel is ok but not especially convenient (8-10mn to tram and 30mn to city center). The building itself is a bit shabby and could use a good renovation but hotel has still an interesting style and nice decoration. Parking on spot is tricky. Now for the staff: I do not recall having had any smile from any of them during the stay. The man at the reception in the evening gave us the minimum info while he seemed to be annoyed by us and ladies at the breakfast were like "prison doors"... Food at breakfast was the worst I ever had in an Accorhotel and breakfast room wasn't inviting at all. We only stayed because we booked a prepaid BB rate. To conclude, I will not come back to this hotel.

« The best Mercure I have visited »

It was just amazing time staying in the hotel. Hotel itself has a special spirit and design of interior is amazing. Additionally overall impression make the outstanding personal - very polite and very helpful. Breakfast was usual, nothing special I would mention except excellent cappuccino which can be done by ladies in the restaurant. Free haribo pleased me as well :) Parking is possible within the road outside. In between 8-19:00 cost is approx. 2 EUR per hour, other time it's for free. We marked that hotel as excellent place to come back again and stay in.
