The check in experience ruins everything fiddling on a stupid screen adding data you should already have from my booking and my booking and not even printing an invoice to charging a ridiculous amount of card processing fees. Disgraceful for the price you charge per night

Weird Bathroom

Hotel was clean and comfy, but we can't get over the weird bathrooms. The toilet cubicle was visible from the beds and it only had a frosted door that wasn't floor to ceilng and didn't shut flush anyway - fine for a single traveller but not for a family and god forbid if you ever stayed with a work colleague (being two double beds this might be a possibility).

Staff we encountered were more than helpful when we needed help. Rooms were small but did the job for us. Asked for hand towel on 2 days but didnt arrive.
