Excellent location if you would like to be close to shopping and food plus entertainment. Room is quite small, I feel other mercure properties have better recognition for premier members. Overall, not bad but could be better.

I love the location as its only few step away from local cuisine, where you can taste local food at cheap price. Also bugis junction is in the corner! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and dont charge me any deposit money. The welcome drink at the bar, is awesome. What I also like is the futuristic lobby, where u can seat wait for an appointment in style. The room is small, neat and efficience. I love how they put things together. i didnt see the pool as we were away the whole time but i got to see the rooftop, where i enjoy the sunset. There are groups of people who throw a bachelorete party and i took a photo of them. Its a very reccomended place to stay!

Queen room is a bit small but clean and amenities are almost complete. Amazing staff. Easily accessible by public transpo. We enjoyed the pool, and i love the scent of the hotel lobby everytime we come in.

Loft room with good design, but facilities are not really good: + Towel is a little bit old, not soft. + Hotel didnt fill the new shower cap, shampoo and shower gel in 3rd day. I need to use them at midnight and realized about that lack. It was very inconvenient. + No comb in the room + No trash bin nearby the bath room. I must move the one from working table to the bath area. + Slow Check-in compared to other hotel. The receptionist took time to do internal process. Breakfast is good.

« Great location »

Nice room eventho was quite small, check-in and check-out was very friendly and quick. Check-out on the 9/07/18 early morning at 6:15am and have to say that we will be very dissapointed with the bell boy. When our transport arrived, he just stood there at the counter playing with his phone watching us struggling with our luggage without offer any help at all.

« It was awful experience »

It was my 2nd time stay Mercure bugis. I had only 3 hours to sleep until check out. So had to sleep tight. But i couldn't close curtain. No way to avoid sunlight. It was really difficult to fall asleep. Ans a house keeper pressed my door bell from 10am, Asked me what time i will check out. Already bothered my sleeping Plus, she went to next door to clean. She was talking and laughing so loud. So I could sleep only 30 mins and had to leave.

paid to upgrade to the suite room. shocked to see how dirty the dining chairs are, with patches of white dust on everyone of them. first time staying in an accor hotel that didnt even provide fruit basket. front desk apparently decided that i do not need any credit, and imagine the embarrassment when the waitress came up to me and said that i am not allowed to sign my bill to the room cos i am not given the credit.

« Amazing staff, location and views. »

From the moment we arrived the staff were nothing less than helpful and friendly, that's the reception, poolside, the cleaning staff, they were all lovely! My son and I loved the breakfast, the pool, and especially the location; close to public transportation and food. The room we stayed in was 2 floors below the pool (on level 5) and unfortunately we could hear the music the staff were playing pretty loudly in our room. That was the only downside.

Checking in was a breeze, most probably cause its a non peak period. Staff were friendly. I called beforehand stating that i’m celebrating my husband’s birthday for this stay, and was told there is a complimentary slice cake available. I left my details with the servicing counter, i was told that upon check in, the cake will be delivered to my room. But there wasn’t any cake coming. So i called reception at about 9pm, no one answered the call. That is one disappointment. Room was small for the price with shower and toilet separated which is good enough for me. The towel was dirty with wooden chips look a like stuck onto it. The swimming pool is great, located at level 7. Together with the gym, changing room and a drinking bar. Scenery was okay. Great infinity pool, i was lucky there’s not much people swimming during the time i went, so it’s a plus for me. Overall i’m okay with the stay.

Very satified with Check out proceeding since she was really professional to check what I need step by step. For example she asked me “do you meed to checke out” and after preparing my invoice and asked me again “do you need envelope?” and then “do you need taxi?”! But room serive need improvement : sometime missing refill towel and cleaning up was not so perfect!

1) Hassle-free when checking in. 2) Clean room 3) Friendly staff 4) Wifi connection limitation on access. Should have given more access since we have 3 pax in the room 5) The sofa bed should not be chargeable... as it is not really comfortable to sleep in.
