Hotel location is very convenient My German friends n r really enjoyed the Chinese dinner. It was marvelous. Only set back is that room is too small. I love yr room design, but I always knocked myself.

Aircon was faulty even though the fan was turned to max. No toothbrush/toothpaste was provided. NO shower gel, or there was one but it was at the basin so I thought it was handsoap.

Stayed there for 25 days. Room was great and the pool, buffet and reception area. 6 because we had to call everyday for numerous days to fill out our mini bar. Also, I lost my Apple Earpods inside the room. I already called the one who cleaned but claimed they didnt saw it. But I was pretty sure it was there. I didnt complained any further to avoid any issues with them. After that, I had trust issues in leaving my valuable things behind. It was frustrating though. Also we had to call or ask for laundry bags everyday. The hotel is great but for the service people who attends the rooms is a no-no.

It was great to know that the location of our hotel has benefited you during your recent with us and our Guest Services Department associate has delivered fast and efficient services upon your arrival and departure. However; I was concerned that the up keeping of our housekeeping cleaning services was not up to standard. I have thus spoken to our housekeeping team immediately after received your feedback and personally conducted a round of training on areas to concentrate on when cleaning a guest room, especially the bathroom and toilet. At the same time, I am glad to share with you that hotel has already in the midst of having some mock ups of adding additional additional hanging spaces in some of our guest rooms and once our team has finalized the improvement plan, we will carry out the work accordingly. As our hotel offers several types of room categories, we would highly recommend guest who stays with us over a longer duration to choose the superior category instead as the rooms are bigger as well as the closet space. Good housekeeping and the room is great! The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Will be great if I can know the brand of the bed and pillow. Your rooftop is under utilized. Great views but seated at the chairs will mean missing the views. Perhaps some high stools and tables as well? Breakfast was good with decent selection. Wasn’t sure where the high tea was so could not offer a review. Reception was ok but the personnel wasn’t very friendly. First time I don’t feel like I’m an Accor member. Check out was also slower than what I was accustomed to from your hotel.

I stayed in a 'loft' room which was different but comfortable, great view, friendly staff although housekeeping fell short of expectations, all other amenities were good, though.

On 13 Feb 2018 as I have went out to working on 7:30am and I'm back on 6:15pm that no one cleaning my until I have to call to operator and asking to clean my room and when I'm back, all close to 100% clean but the used towel still on the chair.

Cleanliness has to be taken note. We had a night stay at the loft unit. The side table where the phone was placed beside the bed was dirty and the phone and the phone wire is filled with very thick dust. Bufff dinner with very limited choice

It was a pleasant stay as usual with MERCURE Bugis. The F&B gift voucher for my 15th stay was a nice gesture ! Although the overall meal experience was abit off the mark but the steak I had was quite good.

« Comfortable stay in a compact room. »

Great check in, comfortable bed and room and good breakfast. Rooms are small but don't feel too cramped. No iron in the room (I was travelling for business and needed work clothes pressed) but housekeeping brought me up an iron and ironing board.
