ok.. the room is new...pillow a little soft... house keeping only come around 6:30pm when I came back from work to rest. They should be coming in during the day, say between 10am to 5pm...

First of all, wasn't that pleased with the quality of breakfast and thought that it could have been better. Maybe more varieties on the fruits. Secondly, lack of communication was apparent when I was charged for my complementary ironing service. Despite stating the cons first, I do have to say that all was complemented with the very pleasant service received from Ms. Riho Otoji. Due to it was my first trip to KL on a short busy 3 days trip, I really wanted to get a glimpse of the Petronas Towers illuminated at night. To my inquiry of where I can go to see such view late at night, Ms. Riho offered to change my room to one with my targeted view. Ms. Riho was also the one to promptly handle my ironing issue and her friendship also made my stay at Pullman a pleasant one. Last but not least, I do believe that a "smile" goes a long way. The lady Floor Manager (a Western Lady) whom greets customers with a smile everything she walks pass them was a pleasant surprise and makes me feel happy to have chosen Pullman for my stay.

the room renovation is very nice and clean. I like to booked the corner room type the most because of facility, space. Staffs also has a very good service and hospitality with thier smile. one thing that should improve is the lighting at the dressing mirror and desk. it's too dark and cant do anything there cuz of no lighting.

Good service at front desk and at lounge. Upon arrival and check in was upgraded to a bigger room. The service at the bar lounge was very good as well. We celebrated my sister's birthday and great service was provided. The server was friendly and attended to us with very good nature. Thank you for the great service.

I travelled to KL for 3 nights which was so great to get upgrade to bigger room. The room service were excellent and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choice for us but some I could'n eat because of I didn't like the local taste but all OK. I had used service of laundry which was very fast service but they didn't know that I have BIENVENUE CARTE to get discount. For FO team, some of you guys didn't know well about befits and I had to reconfirm them what I should get but it is OK. Many thanks for your hospitality and I will come back here again in very next holiday.

It waa my wife's birthday and we were treated to petals on the bed, a birthday cake and a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. That impressed us a lot. In addition, everything about the stay was right; the aircon was quiet, the bed firm and clean, the shower water was easy to get to a good temperature and the water pressure was pleasantly high, the view was really nice, the poolside bar service was very friendly, check in and out were efficient and the staff opening the doors looked genuinely friendly. Overall a perfect stay.

« Unpleasant & disorganized check-in process »

I was allocated a guest room where there was a guest staying in the same room. Upon opening the guest room door, I was greeted by a lady dressed in bathrobe (in shock too) claiming that she had checked-in into this room and was having a shower! I believe this is a basic hotel process where nothing should go wrong. It's an unpleasant surprise & experience for both the lady and me. Thereafter, I called the front desk to report about this matter but was left unattended for more than 30 minutes. Total 3 calls were made in 30 minutes to the front desk. Finally a front desk personnel (Mr. Muhammad) attended and apologized to me after the 3rd call, brought me to another guest room, and explained to me that this unpleasant incident happened because the hotel registration system was down. In this case, I think the hotel needs to look into contingency plans to prevent such incident from happening in future. The next morning, a PR personnel greeted me at the breakfast restaurant, apologized to me for the unpleasant experience, and offered a complimentary late check-out to me (which I do not require as I will check out at 12 noon to catch a flight). She explained to me that the incident happened because the front desk personnel did not register the lady's room in the system (an hour before my check-in) before another front desk personnel allocated the same room to me. Now there was a discrepancy in the explanation to me which I do not know which is the right one (system error or human error?). I think it's very important to have unified internal understanding before communicating to a 3rd party guest, especially for such unpleasant incident. On the same morning, my friend came to the hotel to have breakfast with me at the breakfast restaurant. I had her bill charged to my room but this bill was not reflected on the hotel invoice during my check-out. I highlighted this to the front desk personnel (Mr. Muhammad) who coincidentally attended to me and remembered me. He thanked me for my honesty and offered to waive my friend's breakfast bill in lieu of the unpleasant experience I had on my check-in day. I greatly appreciated Mr. Muhammad's offer which at least made my check-out process a pleasant one. On my check-out day when I went to the breakfast restaurant to have my breakfast, the restaurant staff brought me to a table. However, when I returned to the table with my food, the table was occupied by other guests and I had to move to another table with the plate of food which was still on my hand. Is there any way to ensure that an assigned table is not occupied by other guests?

« I encountered several issues during our stay  »

Even though I am a member and used the designated member checkin desk plus I had completed the checkin prior to arrival it took 25 mins for staff to process. In addition took 3 attempts to get room access cards to work which was most frustrating as this plus the delayed checkin procedure made me late for appointment. I discussed this with the executive manager at the time. In addition I paid for executive lounge access, I was given information flyer which was for hotel guests not apartment guests so provided misleading information. During my stay I asked the executive manager (at the designated desk) if there was anyway I could purchase the large pillows. They committed to get back to me. Even though I followed up with them as I was leaving I still do not have any response.
