I was scared to death when my neighbor came to my room by opening the connecting door. I didn't know why this was happen. And when i wanted to change the room, the hotel staff didn't give it to me.

- Old and over used furniture – all furniture looks to be at least 20 years old, feels not fresh and unpleasant to use. Some of the kitchen cabinets are rotting. - Old and faulty appliances – appliances are out dated, often break or malfunction. Keep getting short circuits in light switches, recently gas detector just fell of the wall with some paint, very loud fridge and oven etc... - Carpet is old and dirty - Wallpapers are old and peel off in many places - Children bedroom has no windows - Black mold in bathrooms - Already had 2 invasions of drain flies in bathrooms - A/C is not being regularly and properly cleaned - Windows are not cleaned from outside - Incidents like smoke from hotel service kitchen fire pulled in via A/C to my apartment in the middle of night Only highlight was the staff, which made a lot of effort to make our stay enjoyable: concierge guys and houskeeping especially Juwel, who was cleaning our apartment regularly and made positive impact on our experience.

Most disappointing stay ever for me as a platinum member! I booked for a night via Accor App (not 3rd party). My flight was delayed and ended up arriving an hour or so after midnight. Hence I needed to extend a day stay to make up for my missed meeting earlier, only to be told on a new rate which was almost doubled. Checking into my room, I noticed no amenities that I normally enjoyed (like fruits or desert cakes). Next morning, I appealed to the reservation department to extend my day stay at same rate only to be rejected again. Sad to say, I do not feel any privilege as a platinum member at all. In fact it feels degrading on my side with no special effort to appease my accord loyalty. Additionally, I had to stay up another 30mins ir so because I had to call maintenance to fix my stuck sink. This is already way passed 1am Disappointed Faizel I.

1). First night at the hotel and found my bedsheet has got stains. Very disgusting! 2). Toilet bowl water “dripping” and causing irritating noise. It was never rectify until I complained on the eve afternoon of my departure. It could have been done before my arrival and worse at least repair on the first morning of my stay.

« Nothing problem expected hotel wifi service »

Our holiday just short time in Malaysia(8hrs)stayed at hotel. Actually we checked in so late and checked out early then on next day. With me, I worked for Accor hotel as FO Department, I knew how hard FO Team did. But for me, the man checked in for me not so nice at all. You must be more clear all information for guest because they stayed in your country, they stayed in your hotel, you must guide them more clearly. I don’t know where is BF area, where is swimming pool,..etc.. Then, when I arrived at KualaLumpur, I no have wifi. After check in the receptionist gave me the password then I can access. But after check out I returned them the key, they checked out my room that mean I can not use WiFi anymore. I can not book Uber or taxi because I no have WiFi. Then I ask the guy check out: “how can I have WiFi, if I check out, I na not use WiFi??” He replied yes...omg, then he gave me another password.. Why you not informed with me about this. I was treated like that???!! Unacceptable Again, I’m so disappointed with your service. As your training, must train how can take good care and make guest feel your hotel is their house.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The welcome fruits and drinks are delightful. However, the renovation has caused some inconvenience as it affected the menus of the restaurants. My first night is complimentary and I paid for the second night. Hotel should consider providing the same room for the two nights to avoid the moving out of one room to the moving in to another room. Thank you.

« First Experience with Pullman KLCC »

A little disappointed not being informed that part of the hotel under renovation. Check-in at the Executive lounge was good, but check-out was a bad experience, I never expect such a standard of service from the staff on duty. It made me so upset that I decided to go to the temporary reception on the ground floor to pay my bill.

It was fantastic. The bed is very comfortable witht he feather filling, room are spacious and lovely. The check in was easy and time savig with online check in, room service is great always tidy. Staff service was awesome and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties and pretty good!

There were a variety of food options but they lacked the quality and final touch. The small insects were on some of the plates and no one cared to take them off. The construction noise ruined the comfort stay.

« We liked it for the third time »

We are returning guests and we had a very good time here again. In spite of the fact that we had to change our room after the first night because we did not like the construction site the rest of the stay was flawless. Big renovations are going on in the hotel, the main restaurant is closed, and the breakfast area was rearranged a few time, however, everything went smoothly. Breakfast is great as ever. The choice and the quality are super. Fresh fruit and juices, hot and cold dishes, lovely pastries. We finished our breakfast every day with excellent coffee, brought to us by the ever smiling and kind Ginalyn. The new refurbished rooms are really nice, the poolside always pleasant, and we enjoyed the nice drinks and food in the Executive Lounge served by Afram and all his kind and friendly colleagues. This is a most pleasant and relaxing place, that you should not miss if you can.

The room layout is ok with good lightings, but overall you need to improve a lot. Below are my comments: Pro: 1) Good lightings 2) utilities and amenities are all working fine. Cons: 1) The room was so dusty that it gave me a flu, I am very sensitive to dust thus I was sneezing the whole time. I did told the housekeeper to vacuum the room but I could no see evidence of any action taken against my complaint. 2) There are stains on pillowcase and bedsheet, again did told the housekeeper to change it but no action taken. 3) Thanks for the coffee maker but I couldn't use it as it was too dusty and stained. Perhaps you could improve to ensure the cleanliness of the utensils. 4) I am a muslim, usually other hotels would put sign for the Qiblat, but yours has none. Please be more sensitive to your muslim guest as well and improve.

I was be informed by the staff the guest relationship Manager & the General Manager that kids not allowed to enter executive lounge, as the focus and direction of Pullman KLCC to cater for business and corporate segment. More focus needed for Platinum Le club Accor, as this hotel maybe lack of knowledge or just ignorant, as others Pullman across the globe I stayed from Paris London Makkah is above my expectation but NOT PULLMAN KLCC. The policy MADE ME NOT FEEL WELCOME. And they should be more flexible especially for Platinum members travel all around the globe at the end in Kuala Lumpur policy not allowing me to bring my child was a discrimination for Malaysian in Malaysia. I repeat the policy is NOT FEEL WELCOME. For example Mr. Lydon should offer at least during weekend Saturday & Sunday for my child to enter with me for breakfast at the club lounge, because not business and corporate work on Saturday & Sunday by right. My remark is this policy will make your guest drop Pullman KLLC from the least and at the end will impact your revenue. so do listen the Voice of your Customer if Accor want to be competitive in hotel business As I can see SPG, IHG and Hilton Honour do respects their guest more than Accor Pullman KLLCC did.
