Hotel is opposite of pavilion and beside sky bridge that link you to KLCC. Staff provide excellent services, specially thanks to Mckenzie and Nisa for their help throughout my stay. Their room is new and modern, really worth the price you paying.

As an Accor Gold member, I was disappointed on not being upgraded to the next category room. The reason given was 100% occupancy on weekend. Come on. I paid for the booking a few months back on 10/6/17. Can't you take the initiative to block the next category room? I went to the front desk to enquire & inform to get back to me. Until I check out I do not receive any answer. I believe it could be you can sell with a higher price . So far I have no issue being upgraded in overseas. Other countries that I travel are so generous in doing so. I have been an Accor member for some time. Since then whenever I travel will definitely stay with Accor Hotels. Been staying from Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Mgallery, Sofitel... in fact most of the Accor Hotels. I'm from Cameron Highlands. I was looking forward to stay at Pullman KLCC to celebrate my 40th birthday. After that, I travel to Bangkok for a week. Staying at all Accor hotels in Bangkok. For you, a birthday cake is that's all you are able to do. Anyway I still received cake even it was my belated birthday when in Bangkok. The level of service provided in Mercure Siam Bangkok was excellent even it is only categorised as Mid-scale hotel among the Accor brands. Another thing is regarding the club lounge, I believe you are trying to make it exclusive by preparing hot meals upon ordering. But it takes time. Imagine if all the guest with lounge access come at the same time. Next issue is about your hotel parking. I parked at level 6, along the way before exit the road is winding and narrow. I can see that a lot of scratch mark on the wall all the way before exit. This reflect that your parking structure is not well maintained. I believe a lot of cars must have bad experience as the scratch marking is so obvious. Along the way going down I drive very carefully but unfortunately my car also get hit against the wall ended up with scratches. Kindly look into your parking structure.

The check in can be improved both in terms of the speed and response to the free up grade for the preferred customers. It took a long time to convince your front reception that I always receive the free up grade to Deluxe Executive Room on high floor corner room. You could improve the customer profile so these can be executed automatically. Check out takes too long. It is good fur your check its person to gave a chat with the customers but always should be aware of the length of the que and you should establish maximum time for the check out time per person to say maximum 1-2 minutes per person. Your staff should understand the needs for the business traveller, time is very valuable. Shohei M.

Very friendly environment, reception was excellent ( Mr Lennon), breakfast food was great, near reputable department store very convinience. Short of 10 cause room 1118 has a peculiar drainage with a small door ( never experience before on a 5 stars hotel). See you again on 25-28 October and hope We’ll get a better room. First tume with you, used to stay at Marriot for the last 7 years while staying in KL.

Stay was not bad. Staff were great. Apartments need renovating or at least new couches. We booked a non smoking room but were given a smoking room. It stunk. The next day we were moved. We were offered nothing for the inconvenience. That was annoying. A free dinner would of been nice.

We have a pleasant stay at this hotel the room was nice. we got a corner room with Petronas tower view at the bad room and also bath room. The staff are very professional. Breakfast was nice and the canape at the lounge was awesome.

« Extremely satisfied by the comfort of the room; slightly disappointed by the business lounge though... »

Spent 18 nights for business in the hotel. Enjoyed very much the comfort of the suite (many thanks for the upgrade!). Slightly disappointing by the brand new executive lounge: slow service in the morning despite a numerous staff, hot food being rather cold, music too loud and always the same (missing the jazz...); red wine served at night is mediocre and unfortunately did not change foe my whole stay (choice between two cheap and bad red wine). I appreciate the new executive lounge had been operational since early September and had some usual "teething problems".

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I was attending an international forum organised by one of the local ministries. The hotel facilities were adequate and meets the expected standards. Check in was quick as well as check out. Food served at the lobby restaurant gave a wide array of choice and what was very good were the local cuisine that were available there too.

Once again it was a pleasure staying at The Pullman KL. It was also a pleasure meeting GM Lyndon Discombe and Guest Manager Martine Vera Strous. The staff at the concierge, front desk and 2nd floor lounge were all very kind and helpful.

I was mainly happy with my stay but my suite was in better condition the first time I stayed in 2016 This time the shower was not in a great state, there was mould in corners of the recess Curtains in lounge area were grey and grubby looking Daily room service was not consistent, on some days it was well cleaned and on others the absolute bare minimum was done / I had to call a few times to have a bathrobe brought up because they were removed My security deposit was withdrawn from my debit card and I still not have received my refund although application was made more than two weeks ago - this mistake would never have happened if the person who I checked in with had spoken better English and explained better what she was doing with my card - she assured me nothing would be deducted However, on the whole, staff were very polite and helpful I would appreciate an update on when I can expect my refund Anita G.

We had a few hiccups during check-in and a faulty sink (which was fixed in a jiffy!) but the rest of our stay was wonderful. The breakfast spread was satisfying, the amenities sufficient and hotel staff that were attentive to our requests.

« Learnings for the Club Lounge »

Had an extremely enjoyable stay. Club Lounge check in staff were helpful in allowing us to change from an "older style" 1 bed room apartment which we had booked, to a refurbished hotel room. The apartment, although it looked clean and tidy, needs to be renovated. However, we did have any issue with access to the Club Lounge for my 10 year old son. I had confirmed via various emails when I booked months ago that he would have access, only to be told upon check in that he would not be allowed access after 5pm, nor would we be allowed to take out any food for him to our room or elsewhere. Apparently, it was a "policy change". If I had known that I would not have booked this hotel. The manager of the lounge, Aaron, promised to "speak to senior management" about the issue but we never heard back from him about it. Nevertheless, when I went to the lounge alone that night and explained my issue to another staff member (I wish I got her name as she was so helpful), she advised that as a compromise, we could sit at the far end as a family and enjoy all the facilities. From then on, we received impeccable service at the lounge and enjoyed many breakfasts, afternoon teas and dinner drinks and canapes. Wanted to single out Marzukey Sheriff for looking after us so well during this time.

I have stayed at the hotel for many years when I go to KL. That's about once a year for 2 to 5 nights a year. I've always been given rooms 2611 or 2711 as a matter of course. However since the Pullman has taken over I've had to assert myself with check in staff to be given it. On the last 2 occasions staff at check in have told me it is not available and given me other rooms. Most recently the duty manager was excellent and when I contacted her she made the room available. I'm not sure why I'm having this problem. If it continues I will have to go to another hotel.
