Was an ok experience, but not the best, spoiled by a double charge error

My stay at the hotel was going well, until I discovered on the 2nd last day of my stay that I was charged twice by mistake ($508.20 both times) for my accommodation making my bank account go into negative, and therefore preventing me from accessing spending money for the rest of my trip including funds I would have needed to spend to get from the CBD to the airport for my returning flight home. It seems I went through so many hoops to get this resolved (and was only resolved when I was checking out the next day). I'm unsure if this was a computer glitch or human error, regardless, this caused me a significant amount of stress and inconvenienced me greatly at the time. I do appreciate the manager onsite (Martini) being of assistance to resolve this, but this error needs to be reviewed so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

We were very disappointed with the breakfast given the price. I had booked the hotel stay with the breakfast included for three nights. It was an unfortunate choice as we could have had a better breakfast elsewhere. The hotel itself is well located and clean.
