I had not good experience while stay 2 night there .first night was okay coz i book via accor .2nd night i book via traveloka .the reception guy told me that they cannot find my book by traveloka n i had to pay cash at that time .untill now traveloka still not yet refund my fund cause they still confirm with the officer that was duty at that time . How can confirm book n already payed to traveloka could not identified by the ibis staff .

We stayed for three nights at this hotel,room was very small for three persons.At time of booking it was three bed room but at check in we were told that third bed will be sofacom bed.The toilet was not properly cleaned. Tap had leakage.

I did the booking long time ago with advance paiment for 3 room. However, they wast prepared for me.. and sadly gave me rooms in different floors. Shows that, wether i did advance booking or just show up, its the same.

« My Stay in Ibis Styles Makkah in June 2018 »

Beautiful hotel with nice and helpful staff. I hope I can visit Makkah again soon and stay in this hotel again but during a less crowded season. The reception guys and girl are very friendly and helpful. The only area which I think they can improve in is to check in guests faster and to deal with rude and bad mannered guests in a way such people deserve.

Absolutely wonderful, especially with the frequent shuttle bus to Haram, Sahur time not disappointing. Although the bus terminal need very serious reorganisation in terms of bus lanes, and bus stand. Hotels Shuttle Buses can be grouped into particular stand, whereby making it easy for customers to identify their particular hotel shuttle bus. At the moment, people run from pillar to post to find their particular bus, given the volume of people, the excercise is very laborious, and sometimes frustrating. With numbered bus stand, it will be so much easier for customers to identify their hotel shuttle bus, all they have to do is go to the bus stand for their hotel and not wonder around the bus terminal like lost sheep. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience and pleasant staff.

Accommodation was good Shuttle bus was on time problem was with Buffet time, as it was during prayer time, and I asked them to bring any dish for me to eat it when I'm back to hotel after prayer time and they refused !!!

the over all experience was bad it was not at all like other Ibis hotels i stayed at. the food for the breakfast was nice. but the smell in the bathroom was very bad. even there was water leaking. the bus timings also was not perfect and it used to leave before the mentioned time.

Concerning the bus during Ramadan and Adjj we cannot garanty the exact timming, if any issue traffic police will stop the buses . and when the bus is full definitly it will leave and try to comeback for a second trip , we have rented two buses from an outside compagny to help our customers to reach Haram . I hope you will accept our apologies , and you will give us another chance to surprise you . Definitly you canot compare your experience in Makkah during Ramadan , with any other ibis hotel in the world . We just open one year ago and it is our first month of ramadan . I wish you a happy end of Ramadan Kareem .
