Despite advance booking, room was not available on our arrival, we were asked to wait or take three bed room till four bed room is vacated.

. Shuttle bus service need lot of improvement, there is no fix timing and there is no monitoring on drivers.Only bus was available even during rush hours. - Timing of arrival and departure must be according to prayer time so guest can reach on time for prayers. - Food service at room should be made available for guest as there is no nearby restaurant in the area. - Need to improve maintenance of hotel, some plate number were hanging and not repaired, cover of switches in the lifts are moved and not fixed. Reception staff need more professional training. General Manager is quite active but he need more professional and trained staff to handle operation.

The hotel is very good but need some improvement in terms of bus facilities, food services at room and reception staff training.. There is no restaurant in the area so hotel should have facilities of providing food to guest if they arrived late night.

This was my first stay in Makkah which was far from Haram. But still I dont regret my choice as Hotel services let us forget hassle of shuttle and waiting in peak season. Hotel food was tasty and services were superb.

I have been blessed to have stayed in a great many hotels in Mecca over the years from the very basic to 4-5 star hotels and I have to say that ibis Styles Makkah was the MOST cleanest and comfortable room I have ever stayed in my entire life! The level of cleanliness was even better than most european hotels. The bed, bedding and pillows were NEW and provided a therapeutic and comfortable sleep. To top it, the general manager, Mr. Walid Mehria was so hospitable and kind, he arranged for a free platter of fruit to be sent to me when I arrived and greeted different guests in their own/different languages. He was also very hands-on and attentive and made sure the bus to Al Haram ran efficiently. My stay was as if I was in heaven! A beautiful dream! The desk-staff were also very kind and spoke English very well. Even the house-keeping staff were professional, competent and knew how to clean to a very high standard! I am amazed and VERY grateful to you all. InshAllah I am already planning next year's visit. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Being a reputed brand we were expecting a good services but was not satisfied, like 30 mins bus schedule was discontinued on Eid day, which created a big problem for us, atleast it should have been on Eid day. Many times called for laundry help, housekeeping help, was assured that it would be provided but in reality nobody responded. Hope that our grievances would be considered before we book hotel again.

The bathroom have bad smell - the room was extremely small overweighted people can’t move - two of the receptionist were rude and not professionals- no hotels services like slippers teeth base etc.......

Check-in system was down for more than 20 Minutes + Impossible to find the shuttle bus to the hotel so I had to come with another hotel bus + Soap dispenser was empty and replaced by a very low quality small containers + Very bad windows insulation + shuttle bus from the hotel not on time. Really not worth the 110 USD.

No support from front desk, bad experience?!

Overall the hotel is fair the reception employees are cooperative and friendly. The room is clean yet small sized and no enough space to move freely, the bathroom is clean yet also small sized, the room service is not so good the kettle was in need of maintenance. The restaurant was good with a good variety of dishes. What made me really bored and dissatisfied was the shuttle service only 2 buses are in service during the holy month of Ramadam ??

Enjoyed our stay, my 11 years old son and myself. Suhoor was limited and sufficient, fresh and tasty. Reception staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff know what it means to satisfy the customers. Early check-in @ 7am without any delays and wifi extremely strong. Free internet availabil . Free shuttle service to and from haram. They do need a guide at the bus station to guide you through the crowd to your bus, can be frustrating at times.

All round excellent service. Rooms are small and comfortable. Suhoor was great and fresh. A guide is required at the haram bus station to guide guests to the bus as it is frustrating hunting for the bus.

I stayed in Ibis Styles Makkah for 7 nights reasonable price cheaper would be a bonus, we booked two rooms my experience is as follows 1-Clean and tidy spaces:Five stars rooms are very tidy, lobby and other common area nice and neat too. 2-Service: four and half stars very responsive service. only a bit slow reception staff 3-location: four stars Fair Distance from Haram, Shuttle Service is frequent, Although the walk from bus terminal is 10-15 minutes Masjid AlHaram. Food: Five stars We stayed during the Ramdhan time and had Sahoor every night It was very decent buffet, quality of food was good and enough variety. didn't find any good restaurants near by so if you are planing to eat out then take a cab. I want to mention the General Manager Waleed and Sales Manager Farid, they both were very approachable Friendly and understanding, professional in catering some of our needs, we had to make a couple of special arrangements due to our time of arrival and time of departure it was sorted in minutes. I will love to stay here again and recommend to my friends. **Advise if you are staying here during peak season, check the shuttle timing and add some time extra to the journey as the lifts were busy and sometime the security will close the access to Alharam form the usual doors (you may have to walk a longer way)

The staff at the reception are friendly and they let me check in early, however my room wasn’t ready even though I called before hand to remind them. But they quickly resolved the issue. The house keeping is terrible. One of the house keepers open my room whilst I told them I don’t need house keeping. I didn’t call for house keeping and when I told them to go away he opened the door on me. I quickly closed it. When I reported it to the manager he said he will deal with it and call me back. However, he didn’t call me. So I felt very unsafe in my room to the point I couldn’t sleep. As a single woman in Mecca I was terrified. The next day, I called for house keeping them I went to pray salatul Isha. I came to my room clean. However the house keeping took my snacks from my fridge. I spoke to the manager and told him this is the second time I’m complaining about house keeping. He said he will fix the issue and call me back. Once again the manager didn’t. The food in the restaurant had many selections however, it gets cold quickly. The lifts are always busy. And the buses are always packed. I wouldn’t come back again to this hotel.
