My Wife and 2 kids love the hotel stay experience. We find the room is clean. Room service has been spontaneous. Hotel staff has been friendl and helpful. The complimentary drinks are really generous. And laundry services comes as a real surprise! I reserve the 1 point as I had asked to join he Accor membership over he hotel counter, and was advised that they have my details and has kindly initiated to register for me. I have not seen any email advise on this registration yet.

I have to commend the Duty Manager Ms. Saranrat Suktamjai; I arrived in a taxi from the airport, on arrival I realised that I had dropped my wallet in the taxi, I asked Ms. Saranrat if she could help, she got on the phone, tracked the taxi driver and in a few hours I had my wallet, fully intact with cash & credit cards. Unfortunately I did not see Ms.Saranrat after that day, regrettably I was not able to thank her personally. I would appreciate if you could thank her from me.

The guest service was good. They were friendly and sociable. The breakfast spread was interesting with the bloody mary corner. The room was not satisfactory: 1. the hot water from the shower was erratic. the water temperature swings from hot to cold and to scalding hot during my showers. 2. The music from the club coming through the wall/door isn't exactly bed time music.

Main reception area is modern and nice but does have a rather strange smell, which is a little off putting. Rooms are well decorated but a little old fashioned in design. Lovely Spa, pool and good gym. Surrounding area to hotel is crowded, busy with a lot of traffic and the business area, so very few shops. Sad to see they are still using plastic straws; please review this.

I have stayed 5 times at the Pullman Grande Sukhumvit, and unless there are significant changes, there is no end in sight. While this should speak for itself, here is why: Everything about this hotel is reliable. Arriving is practical and pleasant. Kik and Christopher, both very friendly, well-spoken and true assets to the premises have accompanied me to the Executive Lounge for priority check-in, which immediately leaves behind the sticky hustle and bustle of central Sukhumvit. The hotel's elegant blend of Thai design with sleek, modern architecture and facilities, varied and delightful culinary choices, a well-appointed spa and fitness center and a highly professional service operation make it easily compete with more recent additions to Bangkok's fancy hospitality scene. Both, the suits and the executive rooms on the higher floors fully deliver on the Pullman brand promise of the global nomad playground.The Executive Lounge on the 24th floor is central to my positive experience as this spacious refuge is an excellent place for musing, meeting and of course, dining and imbibing. The Pullman Grande is my go-to "home from home" for business travel in Bangkok. I typically arrive late at night after a long journey and the staff always welcomes me with genuine warmth and kindness and then there is the heavenly moment when I can sink into their large comfortable bed with immaculate linens. Breakfast buffet is expansive, lounge has live music several nights a week, what's not to like!
