« Nice hotel with 5 Stars Service »

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel with hubby and my sister & brother in law (2 rooms). Very good first impression from the start with very friendly staff giving us a warm welcome. They were also very helpful in trying to accommodate our request for an early check-in. Room was clean, spacious and bed comfortable, only the common area was rather hot. Breakfast spread was very sumptuous and variety was great, including freshly squeezed juices. We also tried the International Seafood Buffet dinner on Sat night and it was very good and great value for money at 50% off for hotel guests for the sumptuous spread including alaskan crab, prawn, oysters, sashimi, cavier, japanese selection, Indian food, salad bar, and other cooked food and a wide dessert spread. Only small minus is we need to walk a bit to the Asoke BTS station (7-10min) (tiring for more elderly). Overall we are very happy with our stay here. (This hotel was previouly Grand Millennium Sukhumvit).

« Nice spacious bedroom and bathroom, good breakfast and good staffs at breakfast. »

Good points - I like the spacious bedroom and bathroom. They look a bit old but overall I was still satisfied. - We were happy that the checkin staff let us have a room on 20th floor, which has a great view. - A variety of breakfast. A good mix of east and west. I enjoyed the selection. - Waiters and waitresses at breakfast are professional. They provided guests with good service. These staffs are more friendly than staffs in the other area of hotel. I felt that they offered the same quality of treatment/service to guests equally regardless of nationalities. Bad points - The lobby and the entrance are the first things all g. experience your hotel. They look good but the odour around the area is really unpleasant. In my opinion, this is the first thing that should be fixed. - Staffs at the reception seem to treat western guests a bit more exclusively, they were so willing to greet and service those guests. - the carpet on the corridor is old. - Check in/out was quick but it neither made the great first impression nor the great last impression. I suggest this "Thank you for staying with us" by checkout.

10 mins walk to BTS station and Terminal 21. Especially heavy rain, it has shuttle bus service will be great. Swimming pool and fitness room are too small. Buffet breakfast no much option compared with same group of hotels at Bangkok.

I am a frequent guest of Pullman Hotel in Bangkok (Sukhumvit). The reason I visit often, Check-in, room service, check-out etc. The basic service provided by hotel staff is very good. Surprisingly, the hotel staff remember the view direction, the number of floors, and the room style of the room that I like. (Thank you Manager 'Oil' and 'Top' :) And recently, there have been incidents that made me and my company 's employees hard. This incident occurred when our female employees took a taxi from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Pullman hotel, by the time our female employees get to the hotel, the taxi meter was going over 1,200 baht. Our female employees knew that the taxi meter had been tampered with, they are can not protest fear, asked the hotel for help. The hotel staff came out to the road and protested the taxi driver, and they are were freed from fear. We are grateful to the hotel staffs and 'top' who are honest and committed to protecting our customers. Thank you always. *Did you enjoy your McDonald's hamburger?
