If you like an old style hotel, this is your hotel.Allthogh they told us the hotel is 9 years old,the feeling is 20 at least.Concierge (i think his name Pop) not friendly,gives you the tips he wants,not that you asked for.Noisy air conditions at room, breakfest boring and no fresh natural juce (in Thailand....from concetrates?).After saying 8 nights,they charged us for half of the higer price for late check out,and not half of the price we paid per night.The hotel is OK but doesn't give the feling of a holiday.

Room was nice and clean, lounge girls are sweet and try their best, house keeping are great in keeping the room clean but its a hit or miss on your staff. Upon arrival, a guy brought us to the executive lounge to check in but didnt offer to takeour luggage. When we pass by the corridor and see a staff, they dont mind you. Everyday, except for the first day, when we asked your guys for tuk tuk ( the one who drives), they seemed surprised for us to asking or puzzled why we are asking. I understand its a nuisance for them but it was part of the complimentary offer. They can atleast show it was ok, it seemed they are being disturbed. At 2nd floor, breakfast, the guy manager in front was rude to other guest. One guest had a daughter who was a bit uneasy and moving the table , the mom was moving the table too as they wanted a four seater. Your manager wanted them to take a four seater which is fair enought but the way he spoke to them especially telling off the little girl “no! no! “ was inappropriate. The food had variety but not something we expected from your hotel class. There were many but has little taste , not of good quality. Your chawanmushi taste nothing like it should be. You may want to try it.

everything was fine but the time it takes to check in (once being attended) is much too long. The hotel already has my name, passport number and a confirmed reservation. Therefore I cannot accept waiting at least 7-8 minutes to get my room key.

1st let me state that their breakfast is a must, wide varieties for different cultures. I always include the executive lounge, the ladies up there make your experience great. New wood floor in some rooms are a plus!

One word Good. I stayed at Pullman during my last trip to Thailand in Late Oct 17. Just 3 months later, i returned to this wonderful hotel. Accessibility wise,we could make our way to Siam and Chatuchak weekend market with little fuss as we are served by the MRT and BTS system. Room was spacious, facility was in tip top condition. In particular, my wife was extremely satisfied with the breakfast spread. In fact, just behind the hotel, there are tonnes of massage shop to help us relax after a long day of shopping. Please continue to upkeep this service level and i am sure Pullman will always be the first choice whenever my wife and I fly over to Thailand for our short getaway

The time taken for hotel check-in was too long, where we waited for approximately 20min before hotel rooms were assigned to us. It would be great if the process can be shortened. The congee (i.e. porridge) served during breakfast was good.

Stayed in family room for 5D4N. Great location. Near Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS. Opposite Terminal 21. Family room was comfortable and spacious. Had a little glitch on last night when 1 of the bedrooms started to leak at multiple spots on the wall in the wee hours of the night. Called the hotel manager to come to my room to check. He came with a technician shortly, but I was surprised when he said that the technician could fix the leakages immediately. I requested for another room to sleep for the night as it was really late. He made the arrangements immediately for the room next door. Not wanting to wake my family up, I mentioned multiple times to maintain minimal noise and I would wait for him at the corridor. However, he made a big boo boo by calling my room. Oh my gosh... Fortunately, I managed to rush back into the room to pick up the call. Anyway, I was provided the room next door to sleep. When I went for breakfast at the executive lounge the next morning, the staff informed me that the hotel management wanted to provide me with a complimentary airport transfer upon check-out as an expression of their apologies. Was surprised that several hotel management staff were present at lobby to apologise for the incident before I departed the hotel. Pretty nice gesture. Greatly appreciated their service recovery efforts and sincere apologies. Executive lounge staff were extremely attentive at breakfasts and evening cocktails. Friendly and helpful ladies. Same for the cook every morning. He was helpful to my little niece who approached him to order eggs. Nice to have live music and singing on one of the evenings. Probably Christmas period. Lobby lounge were great with live music and singing at certain hours. Nice cocktails too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I will certainly stay at Pullman Sukhumvit when I returned to Bangkok next time. :)

I was satisfied with all from the day of the welcome by the receptionist TOP to lounge Bar Lady LEK Sudapon. The housekeeper attended all our needs including the Conceirge who never should or appeared to need a tip which was impressive. Thank a lot for the lovely stay .
