The hotel is very good. I’d say 4*, not 3*. I liked breakfast and fresh fruits. I had kettle in the room and beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did appreciate that I was allowed to move in earlier than 2 pm. I’d stay in Novotel next time in other countries. Highly recommendable hotel.

I stayed just one night, but it was pleasant. The dining room for breakfast is a bit small and crowded, but don't know what you can do about that.

i'm not happy that i was allocated a room that was meant for handicapped. the bathroom facilities are not the same as the usual and does not work well for people that are not handicapped.

I report the problem of air conditioner in my room, turns off after every three hours but the problem was not resolved in 28 days

The room was very comfortable and overall experience very good. I think there maybe a problem with sanitation in the hotel - on several occasions when returning to my room after work there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom - only cleared by opening the window.

Pretty long check-in process WiFi worse than the Ibis Estacion Central! Room Ok and clean Food took a while to be served at the bar and my first 3 choices were not available. If you can not offer what is on the menu, better print one of what is avaiable.

Had a great stay even though there was confusion with my booking . Unfortunately my first reservation was cancelled because my bank rejected the payment thinking it was fraud so I rebooked and got a new reservation paid in advance. But the hotel seemed to have no record of this and the guy who checked us in my a really big deal of it but fortunately I had a copy of my credit card bill and we got our room but he took 425 us dollars from my credd card again . On checking out I had to explain it all again and I have been refunded the money but it is yet appear on my credit card account . I notice on the app there is no reservation number but the email I got reminding me of my up coming stay was the old/first reservation that had been cancelled by accor. Maybe this was the issue when I checked in Regardless this a nice hotel in a good area, easy walk to the sub way and lots of good places to eat very close by. The pool was good when it eventually got opened as someone had forgotten on the last day of our stay. Breakfast excellent,lots of choice. . Staff lovely apart from the guy who checked us in !
