I booked 2 rooms because we traveled with relatives. I did online checking and once again I was asked to complete some information that I had already completed online, this part was very annoying. The people at the front desk never smiled when I did the check in or check out and they need to improve in that area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, able to converse fluently in English. The hotel was in a great location, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and only a 6 minute walk to the Castanera Mall and Sky Castanera . We felt safe walking here at night. The hotel can arrange airport transfers for you if you contact them, which for us was great help as arriving at night in a strange city with very little Spanish, made us feel relaxed. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and a kettle for coffee and tea making. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Stayed here for 4 nights, and loved its position. Lots of reaturants and cafes right on the doorstep and only a 6 minute walk to the Costanera mall and Sky Costanerea. On the 5th floor of the mall you can find every type of restaurant or fast food outlet, then just outside the mall and round the corner is the stop for the TOURISTIK hop on hop off bus tour. The staff in the hotel were friendly, helpful and spoke great English. Our rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is in a safe and convenient location, and good value for money.

Despite being a Club Accor member and having checked in online, we had to go through a quite lengthy check-in process at the hotel as well, then our key cards didn’t work. They had failed to place a bottle of wine in the room which I had requested, and although we ordered food and drinks from room service that evening, the wine did not appear until after we had gone to bed and were asleep, at which point we were woken twice by repeated knocking at the door. I ignored it the first time because we were already asleep! And given that I had told the hotel we were on our honeymoon, the idea of knocking on our door several times late at night seems inconsiderate to say the least. Indeed the second time we were woken by hammering on the door the person actually let himself in with his master key and then closed the door again presumably because he heard someone calling out (asking who was there, alarmed by being woken like this) in a completely dark room. It was a weird and rather scary experience which meant that I could not get back to sleep for about another hour. The towel rack was falling off the wall, the rain shower only ran cold water, the water in the tap was disgusting and no bottled water was provided (as it is in other city hotels), and one of the bedside lamps was missing its switch and instead had a sharp metal spur sticking out. The toiletries were not replenished the first morning of our stay, including the only tube of conditioner which I had deliberately left in the shower to use again being taken and thrown away, and since Santiago water is so bad, this meant I could not wash my hair. Our towels were replaced although we had left them hanging up to use again. The maid service was better the second and third mornings of our stay, however, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was overpriced and a tip was automatically included despite it being a self-service buffet where the coffee ran out both days that we used it. The food we ordered from room service took a very long time to arrive and was not very nice - undercooked pizza for example. The room service menus were also out of date and had wrong information including the wrong phone number, wrong prices and wrong information about charges for room service, so that in total ordering a simple meal took four phone calls. To be positive, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We had a lovely view through quite a clean window. The reception staff were helpful, particularly on our last day when we needed to store our luggage for nearly twelve hours between checking out and leaving Santiago. We would stay in this hotel again, though we would have to learn Spanish first as I think a lot of the problems could have been sorted out if we could have spoken to people about them. My basic Spanish unfortunately does not include “I have cut myself on the broken light switch next to the bed.” It would also be nice for the non-native speaker (probably for native speakers too) if staff could deal with the person standing in front of them instead of just answering the phone while you’re talking and then holding two conversations at once. It’s rude and very confusing, and there was never a time when there wasn’t another person there who could have answered the phone.

The hotel is new and overall enjoyable. It is conveniently located, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is delicious, WiFi works appropriately, the swimming pool is small but nice. My only complaint refers to the check-in process. We booked a room (seven nights) for two adults and one 6-year-old child. The reception staff insisted the three of us should stay in a room with only one bed. After a big discussion, they assigned us a room with a double plus a sofa bed. Coincidently, the same problem occurred to another family checking in at the same time than us (their problem was even worse because the third person was a teenager). Allowing one to book for three/four people expecting them to share only one bed is unacceptable. If the hotel does not have spare rollaway beds, it should not allow one to book rooms for 3/4 people.

When I tried to book online I kept experiencing problems until after the third try I was able to book a room, however when I checked in it shoed that I had a reservation for 3 rooms intsead of only one. Also after doing the express check in online, when I showed up at the hotel, they still had me write down the name of the other guest etc. I thought that the online check in was a waste of time.

No power and low pressure on shower

Stayed one night. Everything was fine until my morning shower. The water was cold with low pressure. The problem was because in the night the hotel had a lack of power supply. Besides that everything was ok.

Como tú dices, durante esa noche tuvimos inconvenientes eléctricos generados fuera del hotel, los que resultaron en un mal funcionamiento de las calderas y de las bombas que suministran agua a las habitaciones. We had to book two rooms because there was no fold away beds available. We were a bit worried we had two rooms separate as linked was not available, we had a 14yo with us. Reception worked out what they could but booking.com allowed us to book for three & should’ve if not available. I also wished I could of used my silver card on the booking after but told I couldn’t.
