Very good hotel, clean and well located. Has many opportunities to do. All staff members were always friendly and helpful at any time. Very good meal in all restaurants. Especially we would like to thank to the bar staff members at the lobby. Will come for sure next time

I have stayed at others hotels in Cayo Coco before and all of them provided a better attention. The only bartender that could prepare a decent drink was Roberto from the private lounge who brings lemons and straws at his own expense. I stayed four nights and the maid told me on the third that there was only one beer available to stock the freezer because they didn't arrive on time but suddenly that beer appear moments later. The buffet's options were good but the service extremely poor, every time I went I had to take spoons, or forks or napkins from other tables and call the server to be attended. I'm an Accor Hotels' member that have stayed at Accor Hotels in Europe and the USA but this one is not worth it!

Location, Sleep Quality and Rooms were excellent, clean and commodious, although the lack of maintenance (phone and WC doors for instance). Cleanliness was average because during 2 or 3 days the pool was a little bit dirty (blurred water). The staff service was not good but not because of the availability and sympathy of the persons. I think there was few employes for all the clients. In the 24h bar frequently there was no plastic glasses neither many options from the menu. The mint (used in the mojito) ran out every day during the afternoon in all the bars (except in the lobby). The buffets and the thematic restaurants were good. The shows in the night were great, particularly the beach party.

First of all I would like to explain the basis of my review. For years I’m a very loyal customer of Accor hotels and I stayed a lot in Pullman hotels during years. I apricate Pullam quality and service, so when booking Pullman Cayo Coco, I was expecting similar service and quality as I’m used with Pullman. Secondly it is good for you to understand that this is my second all-inclusive experience. The only other time I was in an all-inclusive resort was in Marrakesh, a Pullman hotel as well. Before booking I consulted TripAdvisor, was impressed by the many excellent reviews, looked at YouTube and saw smiling bartenders throwing bottles through the air while mixing the most wonderful cocktails and looked at Pullman page and I was convinced, this is the place to be. At arrival the welcome was very cool. Being a platinum Le club Accor member for more than 10 years I’m used to a more warm welcome at Accor hotels. I’m used as well that, when available, I get upgraded, in line with the commitment given by Accor. As nothing was mentioned, I asked Annabel Teresa, the lady that checked us in, if they had managed to give me an upgrade. Yes, she told me, we did. Unfortunate, arriving at the room, it was the room category I booked. This I don’t like. Be honest and simply say, no we haven’t. There might be good reasons. The room on its own was fine, partly see view, clean, a good bathroom with excellent shower. The minibar was filled with a bottle of water, 1 beer, a coca and a bottle of nice rum. An important reason to book the Pullman was that there are restaurants. For us perfect, as we are not a fan of buffets. As we arrived late, we used the buffet the first evening. The food was okay, but the wine was horrible. What a disappointment. After the dinner, we went to the cocktail bar in the reception area. This was when I realized: the have the name Pullman, but this is far away from Pullman standard I know so well. During more than 20 minutes I tried to get contact with one of the bartenders. The cocktails they prepared are of a very poor quality. Pullman is known of their excellent cocktails and in the preparation of the trip I saw the You Tube promotion movie of the number 4 cocktail shakers of the world. This was juice made out of powder and the cheapest liquor I have ever seen. A pure insult to the great cocktails that Cuba is known for. Let me continue to give a very big compliment to 98% of the employees working at the resort. Very nice and pleasant people

I think it's difficult to compare our brand in Cuba with other countries because everyone has his own specificity. I looked at your booking details and at this time we did not have a king bed to offer on upgrade but that does not excuse the person who managed your request and you should have ask for the management I’m sure we would find a solution to make your stay a memorable moment. The staff being very important to us in our guests' stay. Restaurant food and service needs improvement ... not on par with other Pullmans. For example, lobster and salmon (I've never known salmon to be a white fish!) were over cooked. I asked for the salmon rare and it was cooked. The bar staff were very nice guys. The room décor was very nice.

We were positively impressed by the friendliness of the staff, variety of restaurant choices and activities offered by the hotel. We would happily repeat the experience at any time. It is also extremely safe, the water is warm and the facilities are impressive. Despite of having close to 600 guests at a time, it never felt too crowded because of the generous spaces, multiple pools and restaurants. It was an amazing vacation for us!

We were at Pullman collection zone and it absolutely worth it, private pool area, separate restaurant and bar, private beach area and no kids allowed:) our kids were at home and we wanted to have a rest just as a couple and for this purpose it was perfect! The only minus (not of the hotel, but resort) is that some days were really windy and then when there was finally no wind Mosquitos appeared and they were really crazy!
