That was my next stay in Novotel Wroclaw Centrum hotel, and again I was really satisfied with the service, hospitality, food (awesome breakfast), comfort (despite of having 4 people in 1 room). I'm sure I'll visit this hotel for sure again

I was very satisfied with my stay, breakfast buffet was excellent. I would give you full rating if not for the incident with laundry service. I ordered laundry service before 9 in the morning day before before checkout and was expecting to receive my clothes on the same day as usual but it came back next day at around 11 - just before checkout. I'm sure you understand this is quite inconvenient for a traveler..

Please put a sign up advising people not to enter the sauna fully clothed. One American gentleman was in the sauna wearing t-shirt, shorts, socks and trainers. The second one had at least removed his socks and trainers!

Firstly, the room was nice, overall no issue with that. I arrived at approximately 10:25pm as my flight was delayed. I hadn't eaten as a result and was advised dinner was served until 11pm. It was an ordeal to try and get the attention of your restaurant staff to be seated. He seemed too busy tidying up and I had to call him over. He looked genuinely irritated when I told him I wanted to eat - and advised I had 30mins to "make up my mind". To be frank - I really expect better service from staff when I'm at a hotel. Breakfast staff were fine - but the choice of breakfast really doesn't appeal to my palette.

I booked a superior room with a sofa, which looked nice on the picture posted on the hotel site. But upon arrival it turned out to be a room for dissabled guests with the shower that could be taken only when sitted and no edges in the floor so when the person was showering the water was pouring all over the bathroom floor up to the toilet bowl and washhand basin and stayed there till morning and we had to put towels on the floor just to be able to get closer to the sink to brush teeth. Firstly, we arrived late at night after exhausting trip so we litterally did not have strenght to argue or complain and we could not possibly guess what surprises with plumbing equipment we would have later. Secondly a receptionist nether asked nor warn us that the room was for disabled, it was booked well in advance, we didn't just came in late at night and asked for any room the hotel had left . Overall other good things that ussually accor offer, like breakfast, sadly fade in comparison to our guest experience discribed above.

Very clean hotel, fantastic food, very nice staff and receptionists. The only thing, please remove those two hand football machines, so people can sit down at the lobby and relax.
