Conveniently located near the tube station, IBIS Canning town was ideal for our trip for London Sightseeing . The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms, while slightly small (no complaints!!) were very neatly maintained and cleaned. The breakfast spread was good with enough vegetarian options. Will definitely recommend it to others.

This new hotel is ideally situated for East London and transport links. Modern smart/Iphone check in facilities work well but there is no Reception or Help Desk . There can be pressure points on timing for breakfast causing minor inconvenience for tables to use.

no shortfalls at all , lovely clean place very helpful friendly young staff .loved the signing in process to get the keyfob ,,very easy ,bar was nice food also ok . a lot better than expected and will definitely say there again on my next visit to London ,rooms were big enogh for the two of us and good shower tv good .

I am sorry to hear your concerns, our early check in starts from 10 am as we are mostly fully booked the nights before and this hour give the time to our maintenance and head housekeepers to do their room checks. Our priority is the guest and we want to make sure that the rooms are perfect before any arrivals. The early check in at 10 am is only for our loyal privileged guest, we do not provide early check-in before midday as our regular check in time is 2 pm. The check-in was friendly & speedy. The room was perfectly functional. Lovely modern decor, quiet air-con, comfy bed, great shower, black out curtains. My only complaint was with the bath towels. The were a disgrace; off-white/grey in colour, thin, small and very worn. I’ve resigned much better towels for dog towels!

« Pleasant surprise: a cheap yet great hotel in ... London, am I dreaming? »

The best IBIS I ever went to: - Spacious, squeaky clean, perfectly silent room - Perfectly functional and practical bathrooms with high pressure, warm water - Powerful air-conditioning - Wonderful bedding, I was there for business for a single night and I slept so well than I felt like staying there for a vacation - Subway across the street - Good Indian restaurant a 15mn walk away - Beautiful modern trapezoidal architecture design - Awesome, gigantic, luminous hybrid lobby/lounge that looks more like an upbeat start-up co-working space than your classical hotel lobby - Smiling, courteous and very helpful personnel who appear genuinely happy to assist you - Eatable breakfast (this is Britain so you can't reasonably expect something truly tasty and/or healthy isn't it?) The only down point was that the lack of a personal password for the wi-fi internet connection which means no security to access confidential stuff. The connection is fast enough though. Getting all this for less than 70 euros a night in through-the-roof expensive London was a wonderful surprise.

Hotel is immaculate and the culture at the hotel is obviously very good because even when we arrived for breakfast at 4.30am (due to Ride 100) , the staff were fully awake and the service was great.

After a bumpy start it was ok but I felt THAT The hotel really didn't understand how big ride London was and that their basement was not going to be big enough for all the bikes which I spoke to them about before our stay. As I didn't understand how they would accept dogs in the rooms but not the bikes but due to so many bikes it was easier to let the bikes in the room
