A perfect place for Business and Sightseeing. Quite near to city airport and next to a underground and a bus station.Quiet and clean rooms, and I slept deep and good in the bed.And the hotel staff help as much as possible.I’m sure I will come back

« A very pleasant stay »

I have always liked staying at Ibis Hotels in France and in UK. The only thing I do not like when staying in UK is the check-in and check-out procedure it is in my opinion too uncontrolled and unprofessional and leaves plenty of opportunity for mistakes to be made. I have spoken with a number of guests some of whom have expressed similar concerns.

« Home from home »

I love this place. Often stay here overnight if going to a show in the West or East End - even though I actually live half an hour by tube/Overground from Canning Town. Facilities in the rooms are great, the bathrooms are quite spacious and very clean, and the views of the O2 and cable cars from the upper floors always make me feel like I'm on holiday. Bar very well stocked with local brews. Food excellent and staff are the icing on the cake - very friendly and efficient. Well done all!

« The room is new clean and nice except it doesn’t have a phone in room »

The room was new, spotless clean and comfy, but we wanted T. ask for one more towel T. use and find out that there isn’t a telephone in the room T. call the front desk. So we had T. go downstairs T. ask for it. We were told that they will bring it T. our room in a moment, the towel did not came so we had T. go back down again T. get it. Don’t get me wrong the staffs there were quite friendly and helpful, but it would have been nice if there is a phone so that we can call instead of going back and forth just for the towel. The hotel is like 1 min walk from canning town station which is quite convenient.

« Problems with booking not the stay, see below my e-mail sent 28th Sept, as yet no reply. »

Good afternoon, on March 1st this year i made two reservations, one for Ibis Hull for the end of June and one for London this Sunday 30th September. No problems with the Hull stay. A couple of weeks ago i checked my online account with Accor Hotels for the London booking to find it said i do not have any current bookings, i checked my credit card statement and a charge had been taken of £51.30 with a telephone number of 08…, i called this number and was informed i do not have any bookings, i then had to contact my credit card company to try and find out where the payment had gone, after a few days they told me that the only reference they can give me is the transaction number T96127 for the booking, again i called the above number only to be told again that no booking exists. I also called a couple of Ibis Hotels directly and was told the same thing. Today i have received an email asking me to check in online for my booking ref GFBLBVZV at the Ibis London Canning Town. I would like to know why the information regarding my booking is not on my online account and after several calls to Accor, credit card company etc was told i did not have a booking, this has caused a lot of inconvenience for me. We had two rooms as we had relatives visiting from California, USA. We really enjoyed our stay as the staff were nice and accommodating and the rooms are very quiet and the bed comfortable. We had a good three nights and we will be coming back.

« Great hotel for O2 Arena »

This hotel is ideal if your visiting the O2 as it’s one tube stop away. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom had a big shower. Area is quiet - ideal for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast had plenty of choice but items were slow to be replenished. More staff were needed in the bar late on as it took ages to get served! Overall, if we were going to the O2 again, we’d definitely stay here!

Lovely room and dining breakfast area and friendly staff. Only slight problem was soundproofing in room. I could hear another tv and gurgling pipes on and off throughout night. However, this wouldn't stop me staying here again.

« Amazing stay with a great price at ibis canning town »

Everything was brand new and super comfortable. Enjoyed my stay to the best. The only disadvantage that I can see is the distance to west London but jubilee line and DLR gives perfect connections to the city. I will recommend this hotel to everyone

Warm welcome, room clean and breakfast was very good. Only feedback was that we all came back from the Kylie concert at O2 and there was one person behind the bar, so after waiting 10 minutes to be served, we retired to our room.
