Hotel is on the very good place with excellent staff, breakfast is excellent and food is fresh. Bar at the hotel has great service and testy cakes and good vine. Room is spacious and clean. However it was little bit cold inside and our room as it was backyard view hasn’t any view.

The hotel and and staff were great, the breakfast and bar staff were very helpful. I wish i had checked the TA reviews. The nightclub / club next door which would appear to kick out at 06:00 has its exit under the hotel, our rooms were on the 1st floor directly above the night club exit. On Saturday morning there was noise and chanting, on Sunday morning it was very loud - probably 100 plus excited club goers chatting, shouting, fighting and crying. I wouldn't return but would recommend asking for a high floor room if staying at the weekend. If it wasn’t for this it would have been 5 * review.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location, equal distance to the old town and the Guggenheim. Room contained everything required (hair dryer, safe, kettle). We were kindly upgraded to a premium room when we checked in and so also had the soft drinks free in the room. Breakfast was good. We were happy to find some vegan options, including granola, fresh fruit, bread options and multiple dairy-free milk options.
