room was ok breakfast was good but the night we arrived there was a private party in the bar so we had to sit in the over lit foyer waiting ages for a drink with no atmosphere and it was very impersonal. bar needs to be more welcoming

Pleasant hotel with nice staff, reasonably sized rooms (for Paris standards) and a very good price. Nice breakfast with exceptionally engaged staff. Only the eggs were disappointing - please use real eggs...

« The hotel is not good for tourists. »

The access to the city center and visit sights is awful. The breakfast is not as good as I expected. I had experienced better breakfasts by a lower price. I expected more friendly and helpful staffs.

The room were small but cosy and comfortable. All the minimum amenities were there and the access to the room were easy. The breakfast was good although not much choices available, the staff was nice and gentle. The only problem was the quality of internet in the room or the loby. The system need a serious upgrade on speed and coverage area.

The stay was agreeable, very friendly and helpful staff. The only problems were the noise of the closing doors. The touch key has to be used to close the door but you have to pull the door and it is v. Noisy . The other problem you can't not have a late breakfast when the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday . Wish the staff could provide with a list of restaurants around the area where you can eat on Sunday , as the brochure is v. Nice but for tourists you don 't have any idea which place are good or not. Instead we end up ordering the worst pizzas of our life. Besides these problems everything else was great.

Nice and clean. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The room ok in size, but o small tables to put all our things. The bathroom had no places to put creams and stuff. Nice restaurant. Very nice breakfast buffet.

The service at the bar/restaurant was really slow. I had two ask 2 different persons for the bill and after 20 minutes still did not receive it. The rooms are OK and clean only the tissue box was empty on arrival and the soap in the shower almost to its end. Best regards, Remco-

My room was spotless and well maintained. Meals in the hotel restaurant were good. The one thing that could have been better was light near the full-length mirror when I was trying to dry my hair.

We experienced a dreadful sleepless night.We were in room 406 which was in fact an interconnecting room with 407.A crying baby is one of life's hazards and can't be held to account.However the two ladies (I believe to be his mother and grandmother)talked, laughed and generally seemed to confuse the day with the night! The following morning on reporting this to the receptionist I was surprised by her lack of reaction. This is not what I expect from a Mercure.
