« Comfortable, but not welcoming »

It was a comfortable experience on the sense the bed and the room were cozy and clean. It wasn’t welcoming because I didn’t get any help when asking, no info on where I could get basic things and when I was told one night the bar was closed from 11pm, the day after I got mocked for ordering something at 10.45pm by the staff. The staff was not very helpful with a young intern, that was actually really nice.

« Good staff and fashion decoration »

I like the staff. The reception lady helped me calm down when I got stolen by group of thieves on my way back hotel. Special thanks for her detailed explanation to tell me the way to the police station, though at last I choose not to go for the police. And also I like the girls taking kettle to my room with a happy and surprise way. It passed the joy to guests. I appreciated that. The hotel experience made my bad experience In Riga center not that bad.

We arrived earlier than check in time, however the room was ready and they let us checked in! Strategic location with just bus and train station nearby, also within the walking distance to attraction. Breakfast was good.

The room was not properly clean and washroom was stuck. The only pleasant thing was that the staff allowed us to change rooms upon request. There should be more regular maintenance and checks to the rooms.

I'm grateful for upgrading me to a large comfortable room, since I stayed almost a month. Staff was kind and tentative at all times, breakfast was tasty and varied, the room was quiet although the hotel was busy. Overall, I like your hotel but this time I was unfortunate. I had very noisy neighbor and illuminating light even after turning it off (lamp above mirror, room 540). I almost whole night couldn't sleep.
