It was good but it could’ve been better if the bar tender had the ability to do room charge to pay for a couple of glasses of wine I ordered at the bar by the front desk, when aí didn’t have my credit card on me. And it was also not pleasent having the bar tender chasing me to the elevator thinking that I was not coming back right away to pay the check.

« A comfortable night. »

Since the time I was making the reservation I felt that it was going to be a good night. The room has totally clean, comfortable, the environment was quiet as expected and the price was actually good as well. The only thing that I’m going to point out is, that when I made the reservation in booking.com I saw on the screen that the whole package will include breakfast and when I called to confirm the reservation they said that was not included on the hotel plan. Everything was pretty good, you just gotta try and make those thing match In order to not confuse your customers.

I was surprised when I call for room service and they told they didn’t have any. There is no a guy that takes your luggage to your room. In your room there is no refrigerator, no microwave. In the bathroom there is no shampoo, or any other products for skin or tooth paste. That was very disappointing. However, thanks.

The bed was really hard, no hot water at all, no breakfast included , customer service poor. Honestly I don't want to stay here never. Previous I have heard about the hotel but it was terrible and so expensive . Less than that price you can get a good room with all the amenities included . :(

« Mistake on the front desk »

I loved how clean the room was, the made gave me happily another blanket, and it was calm and quiet; the location was super convenient and stuff. What happened on the front desk was that I gave them 50 dollars on Colombian currency because my credit card wasn’t active at that time, and the girls told me I gave them 20k pesos less after I made my count in front of them. If it was my mistake, I apologize! But if the stole it, they kept the money I had to go back to the airport and flight back home. So, I didn’t want to talk to the manager but I should’ve. I hated the way they told me I was wrong as if I were a toddler who doesn’t count very well. Beside that, my night was pleasant. On the other side, the guy on the front desk during the morning shift was very polite and proper with me. I really hated what those girls did to me.

« Comfortable and easy stay »

This hotel is perfect for a quick trip. It's in a central location, it had everything I needed, and everyone was very friendly. The menu didn't have any vegetarian dishes, so the chef came and offered me to prepare something not on the menu. Overall it was a great experience.

It was absolutely amazing. The staff, location and food is simply amazing. Very helpful staff I must point out. Rooms could be bigger, but that's the Ibis model. Nothing, but good things to say about the Ibis Baranquilla. Exceptionally, clean too.
