Nice room arrangement, clean up to the toilet. Waiters are friendly and helpful. The location is easy to reach. The breakfast variety is plenty but in terms of taste is still lacking

Very bad handling for pick up service. Receptionist must have more initiative to coordinate with driver. While on the bad weather, I need to call until 5 times and must waiting almost one hour just to pick up from Train Station.

Dear Mr. Andreas E., Warmest greetings from ibis budget Cirebon ! Thank you for share your experience during your stay with us. I have read your comment regarding the way we handle you and I deeply sympathize for that. On this occasion, as the GM of ibis budget Cirebon, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. I did an investigation on your case and I found out that there was a terrible miscommunication between you and our staff regarding the pick up itself and also the understanding of Cirebon Station. From the chronology, I can conclude that you asked for sudden pick up at Cirebon Train Station, meanwhile there are 2 Train Stations in Cirebon, which are the Main Train Station, Cirebon at Kejaksan, located only 550 m from our Hotel and other is Prujakan, which located 1.6 km away from our Hotel. You called our Reception around 5 PM, from there our Security, Pak Rudi straight away went to pick you up at Cirebon Train Station, which is on Kejaksan and he waited for you in front of Indomaret Kejaksan Station. He waited for you for quite long time and decided to call you, but you did not pick up your phone. He was still anyway did his effort to reach you, sent you a message through WA Apps at 5.37 PM informed you that He was in front of Indomaret. I saw the WA price and saw that your last time WA checked was around two hours at 3.24 PM. Again, he did not give up despite of that, he called our Reception, asked our Reception to try to call you again and after that he got the information that you were at Prujakan instead of Cirebon Kejaksan. Pak Andreas, I’m totally sure that what happened to you was not 100% our fault neither 100% your fault, maybe you don’t know that there are 2 Train Stations in Cirebon. Meanwhile for us, when somebody mention about picking up at Cirebon Station, automatically what crossed in our mind is Cirebon Kejaksan Station, because most people travel to Cirebon through that Train Station instead of Prujakan. My point of view, despite of all these havocs, our staff still served you with their heart. You mentioned in your comment that we were not serious in taking care of our customers, my question is in which sense we are not seriously taking care of our customers? Please go back to your consciousness and ask yourself, who did the mistakes? I mentioned earlier that despite of your “wrong” information, we still managed to pick you up. You know that our staff called you as well maybe more than 5 times like your comment said that you called us more than 5 times. I guessed our staff did the same thing to you and even send you message through WA Apps. With this you want to judge that they were not serious in taking care of you? Please ask that back to your heart. You cannot just see everything only from your point of view, right? How do you feel if you were in their positions and people judge you the same as you were judging us? Would that make you disappointed? It’s just the same when my staff read this comment. It’s just they never want to mention it, however, I clearly understood their feeling when you score our Hotel 30 and accused us for neglecting you, meanwhile that was not what really happened. Please be objective instead of being subjectively given a comment came from your point of view, because this can really hurt people’s feeling when they already given the best they could do to accommodate and took care of you. Just for your information, we are a budget Hotel and you know exactly that a budget Hotel is a self service Hotel. Not many Hotel provide a free pick up service. I can name you many 4 stars and 5 stars Hotel provide pick up service, however you need to pay for that service, for example a 5 stars Hotel in Jakarta would charge you around IDR 400,000 for Airport pick up service using the Hotel Car, or they could arrange you with a Bluebird Limousine service for that price. Meanwhile, we provide shuttle service to our customers because we would like to take care of our customer and appreciate our customer journey to reach us in Cirebon. I did not charge my customer a single Rupiah for this pick up service because it’s very near and cost us nothing. If I know that finally my staff picked you up in Prujakan, I might wanted to charge you for pick up service because it’s almost 2 KMs, not to mention that you ask the pick up service in the last minute of your arrival. Again, I apologize if my reply to you is quite strong, because in my point of view, we need also to educate our guests that Hospitality business is all about providing service and taking care of our customers, however, there is a logic and human sense involved in that process. I hope that you can also take my disappointment to your lack of appreciation positively, as I also took your disappointment to us positively. At the end, I apologize to what had happened to both of us and I believe that this occasion happened beyond our controls. What my staff can learn from this experience is to ask the costumer in more detailed manner for next time. « One of Best Budget Hotel in Cirebon »

I love the location, it is extremely near from the railway station that I only need to walk in 10 minutes. I love the in-site cafe and reception area with its bright color theme (blue & yellow), glass wall providing natural light, comfortable couch, testimonial corner, and attractive small library. The breakfast is super for a 2 star hotel, offers rice, chicken, vegetables, porridge, fruits, bread, fruit soup, coffee / tea. The room is minimalist but still comfortable and has enough space to move. It's good that the room is already equipped with slippers and basic toiletries as some 2 star hotels don't. From the corridor, I love watching the panorama of the city and sea. Last, the fitness center pleased me!

Argueing with reception girl about breakfast (included or not) right upon arrival at check in process. Annoying. Bad impression. Another staff came and try to offer discounted breakfast price. Sorry. It realy made me offended. I did checked my reservation detail after entering my room and it was clearly stated that breakfast was inclusive in my payment. This is a budget hotel with budget breakfast. So it's really not about the price, but about a good manner and knowing how to deal with guests. Room is brightly designed in colour. Building is clean and new. Room size is OK. Good lighting and sufficient window size. No problem with TV channels. Shower cabin is small and we felt uneasy to put our cloth or towel. Hot water was good enough. Toilet is also small. We sometimes need room for changing our cloth. Breakfast is average. Expecting better qualiy of coffee we usually had in any Accor Hotels. Sorry to say, but I wasn't feel comfortable with matress size (twin bed room). That was a hard time to sleep. Parking space is OK. Elevator and corridor is nice. Water dispenser is an advantage. Location is good.

It realy made me offended” Mr. David come to you and try to explain based on voucher was sent by booking.com, the reason is the same with Fatiha was told to you before “No Meal Plan Included” but you still claim that your voucher included breakfast, so that why Mr. David offering you discount price for the breakfast, it is only for maintain our values guest like you and he try to make win win solution. You claim your voucher included meal plan, our voucher sent by booking.com No Meal Plan Included, but you need breakfast and Mr. David offering you discount price. At the end of your argueing with Mr. David, he gave you free of breakfast instead No Meal Plan included. After we check the details of your reservation on booking.com, NO Meal Plan included “ On behalf of the team, I apologized for your inconvenience during your stay with us, we hope for the next visit will no misunderstand regarding benefit included on voucher. Regarding water was salty, actually before we have a problem distribution from Clean Water Company ( Local Company ) we were forced to use deep well water. Actually our deep well water passed the laboratory test and safe to use for bathing but not recommended for drinking. Starting 3rd of January 2018, our clean water distribution run smoothly and clean water supply is sufficient. And we can say goodbye to salty water. We stayed here between our trip from Central Java to Jakarta. The hotel exceeds our expectations! The downside was we got smoking rooms which smells kinda off (though it's been cleaned and given air freshener).

hotel is clean, fast check in & good services, nice atmosphere, hotel's crew very helpful. it provides spacious parking lot at basement floor. easy to find meals around hotel, so did convinience stores.
