Overnight stay was a short experience, Grand Mercure nicely done, comfy bed and nice breakfast but in others hands my accor member is not payoff 50% from released price since agoda can offer better, online reservation also can't do reservation for short time stay and the reservation service is too slow response since I came at 00.30. room doesn't have bathtub

« food and service at the f&b outlets was a disaster »

fail to deliver what was written in your menu and service rendered was horrible where staff was unsure of what a proper meal setup should be. even more disgusting was that an insect was found in the food serve but yet nothing was done to remediate the whole situation. food ordered was never going to be the same as what was pictured in the menu, even worse, what was written on the menu doesn't tally to what was served. it took more than an hour to serve a dinner where it is just caesar salad that we ordered. a serious disaster for any F&B outlets. Hotel room is good which rendered the 3 star rating.

Love the wide spread of breakfast selection. Had a smooth check in. Met one front desk with bad attitude when enquiring (No smile, no reply) not properly train. Picture on the web and actual room looks different, there is no sofa although I booked a classic room. No different with other type of room just size slightly bigger. Coffee in room is just some instant coffee that taste bad. There is no mirror for make up. Not the Accor hotel standard.

The room is ok. Your breakfast is very bad. I had meeting there and the lunch and dinner were lousy. Parking space is also very limited to hotel guest. I had to park in the mall

stayed here for the 2nd time, as a gold member i was offer free upgrade to classic room, (expected to executive since my 1st stay they put me there) offer welcome drinks and late check out, i was permitted to extend until 5pm, great!! room service was nice, but a bit pricey. overall i enjoyed my stay

Hotel is good, but my booking with Accorhotels.com was upset. I felt trap in and did not read the so called terms and conditions, which says I must use BNI credit card to enjoy the special rate, but of course I don't have, so was given the list rate, which higher than ALL other online booking rates.
