loved the view from the window, gum tree, birds and water, room lovely, pleasant décor, good comfortable bed and very clean, thank you for the tea coffee and biscuits. Room service meal tasty and I appreciated the 2 boiled eggs at my request even though they were not on the menu. went to the gym, one treadmill appeared to be loose on its hinges and unable to change the channel, possible remote batteries on the way out. Checking in and out smooth, prompt and friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be returning.

Newly renovated rooms were great! Pool was very neglected and I believe because of the location there were people in the who were not staying at hotel. Breakfast wasn’t to the standard the we have experienced at previous Mercure Hotels.

staff were very accomodating due to travelling long distance for a wedding we needed an earlier check in if needed and staff were very helpful in trying to help us. Our stay even though brief was great and breakfast was lovely and stakk at kellys were terrific This has been our third stay at the Mecure in Penrith and not disappointed

The service was great but the overall appearance of the hotel was average and the hall ways had a terrible sour musty smell . The room had actually food underneath one of the beds . It was ok for a one night stay but I was a bit disappointed

the second bad was so uncomfortable the floor was a better option. Single ply toilet paper in a $175 a nigh room - had better bed and toilet paper in no start hostels

« Slow check in and departure. Paper work seems to take forever....I thought I was one of your "prefered customers" »

Overall fine, however (why is there always a "however you ask") It appears that the air con is turned down at night perhaps to save money roughly between 1am and 4am. I stay with you guys a lot (5 nights in the last fortnight as a recent example) and every night somewhere between 1am and 4am I wake up sweating like I am in a sauna and wonder who has been fiddling with the master a/c. I thought it was just me until I asked 2 other work colleagues who both had the same experience. Not a good move in summer to go into eco mode on the night time a/c at night. Perhaps this could be addressed.

« Very dirty cob webs cockroaches as I have pictures in room no mini bar »

It was not good at all. Room was not up to standard cockroaches spiders in outdoor terrace no mini bar. Then you have the hide to bill me 7 days later for food I already paid for when staying. I rang and they said they will put back in account and still not in. Also asked to speak with manager and was told there was not one. Then I come out to my car to leave and it is destroyed my paintwork as my whole car was covered in bird poo you should advise customers that you have a problem in care park.
