Stay was as expected. Room was comfortable, clean, and well priced. Staff were friendly, helpful, responsive, and reliable. "Free" Wi-fi was problematic, and despite having technological nous, I was unable to secure a connection. In this day an age, securing a connection should be simple and easy. I was at one point forgotten by concierge, having called for towels (after regular service hours) that were promised to arrive to our room, I had to physically go to the desk and retrieve them myself. Despite these few complaints, I would strongly recommend a stay, and my family and I did enjoy ourselves within the hotel, and room.

Room was spacious; comfortable beds; quiet for a good nights sleep; large shower space; & all amenities needed were provided. The only thing lacking was a full length mirror, which would have been handy as my stay was work related. The best part about our stay was the staff - extremely friendly, helpful & with great senses of humour.

ok - rooms were fine - noise from loading dock in the morning at 5am was loud and the breakfast buffet would have to be one of the worst i have ever experienced.

I ended up checking out at 2am, the front reception staff treated my girlfriend like she was a prostitute because she grabbed a key afterwards as I had a meeting I had to attend. The guy at the front desk with a goatee needs some training on how to treat guest. I will not stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean room with plenty of space. Comfortable bed, good shower - many dining options close by. Good coffee and delectable cakes in the relaxed reception/bar area, served by friendly staff. We were attending an expo at Panthers grounds an easy walk away.

Quick overnight stay but the room was wonderful, warm and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly and our $1 buffet breakfast was great. The many options around the hotel for dinner were great too.

Our queen + two single bed room was spacious and comfortable. The wall between the beds gave the queen a nice separation and privacy. The bathroom was large, however, the bench space was limited given the size of the room. A bench at the end of the shower would be useful. Thee room lacked fold-out suitcase holders, so we were left with having to use the desk and lounge to store our luggage at a usable height. Staff were very nice, and the Panthers breakfast was of a high quality.

From rude person on check in to uninformed about what we had included, no silver status acknowledgment for drinks internet or even details about breakfast (which wasn’t pleasant either) and to cap it off no access to club even adding access to card and not being told the doors were closed right after we activated it was like a funny joke to have us walk down the corridor only to find the door inaccessible after 10pm... again not advised, just that we had to be members and it would be fine... Accor is our favourite brand, but this is one location we won’t be back to!

Our room was on the ground floor which was very private and we did not experience any noise at all. We were disappointed there is not a Restaurant just a Cafe in the lobby. At night we had to walk the long way around to Penrith Panthers not easy access from the Mercure. We then opted for the Outback Steakhouse a short walk from the Motel. Breakfast was in Panthers but did not accept Accor Membership so no discount for Breakfast. Felt being an Accor member was not important.
