Disappointed wifi was not included in hotel stay. Charges applied on top of room rate. Other hotel chains offer free wifi. Access to healthy food choices such as juice bar/protein smoothies would be of great benefit. No conceirge service to assist with luggage or guidance on best access points to panthers club, food and parking was disappointing. No Otherwise room was very clean and comfortable.

Great except there are no readable newspapers available. How about getting in the Sydney Morning Herald instead of the trashy Murdoch papers

The room was nice but most of the rubbish stayed in my room for the whole stay, and the towels smelt really bad.

The family room was fantastic to have 2 seperate rooms was great. We had so much room. As a family of 5 it is difficult to find accommodation that will cater for us and we normally have to get 2 seperate rooms or offload 1 to other relatives if we are traveling together.
