Awesome 3 nights stay for 3 adult. Buffet breakfast deal was amazing and lovely staff during breakfast. the staff that checked us in was not helpful at all. Did not provide any info on breakfast, restaurants, pool, malls etc.

Rooms clean and modern! Safe in room didn’t work! Our bed was very hard! Staff were all friendly and professional! Room was quiet! Very relaxing and loved the fact it was attached to panthers!Didnt need to leave the site!

We loved staying in the 2 room hotel . The kids enjoyed having their own space with their own tv etc . The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel conveniently located next to panthers entertainment

We often stay at the Mercure Penrith for short stays to attend rowing regattas and it is always a good stay for what it is. The rooms have recently been revamped and are clean and have everything in them you need. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is also connected to the Penrith panthers club which would have to be one of the nicest and largest clubs I have been to.... it's huge and there is a lot to do with a huge selection of restaurants. Join the club for only $5 and get direct access from the hotel to the club and get discounted drinks.... The only issue we had on our last stay was that our wifi in the room did not work - but we were barely there so it was not a huge issue for us.

We found a fillet fish from MacDonald left top shelf were the iron was, I have a photo and video of cockroach in the shower and you could improve with the balcony lot of spider web everywhere my wife couldn’t sit outside because of it but everything else was good

From the moment of check in I felt very welcome, it was an easy check in, very quick but I never felt rushed at all - the lady I delt with was fantastic. Definatly appreciated the congratulation gifts in our room, every request was catered for. The only exception was upon check out the next day, I felt the lady was rude, quick to get me out, didn't ask me how my stay was, cold demenor.

no undercover parking, no disabled parking available, had to buy a penrith panthers card to use a short cut to the club. When I got to the door for the shortcut it opened with the door card for my room. No water in the room, inadequate toiletries in the room, no complimentary toothpaste, one bath towel was dirty and grimy despite being rolled for guest use. Had to pay for bottled water for the room, air conditioning difficult to work. Shortcut back to the Hotel closed when trying to return to room, not given advanced notification of this.

The staff were welcoming, I requested if possible to have good luck signs to be up as my students were playing in the State Basketball Finals. Good luck signs were up upon our arrival which was exciting for my boys. The venue location was fantastic and the hotel was very clean.

Sick for a week after staying there

I ended up getting sick for over a week through bugs distributed by the air conditioning system, I know I wasn't the only one as another friend in a different room also contracted the same symptoms.

Due to overcrowding the wait times for meals was lengthy. This was so inconvenient. I understand that room service is available, but not to multiple people. Missed 2 planned meals with a large family group, due to wait times. We left and went to the local hotel. Room was clean and spacious, although I could hear the person in the next room singing and playing music at 4am.
