« Exactly what we were looking for. »

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nice clean, quiet room, and comfy bed. Super handy to the Penrith Panthers club next door which was great for meals (and McDonalds is just a short walk away too). We were there for a footy game and the stadium was just across the road, a five to ten minute walk. Had a great stay.

Everything was fine. The receptionist was very helpful on the Sunday morning when the bar was closed and offered to make us coffees.

This was the second time I have stayed at Penrith Mercure. The first time was lovely. This time not so much. The first time I stayed a few months back the room was $100 cheaper for a much nicer room. This rooms bathroom was much smaller and the room itself did not feel as spacious. Not to mention a fire alarm going off at 3:30am disrupted my sleep was very annoying.

Great room friendly reception staff. Had an early start on Sunday morning and had no hot water to shower. Rang reception who said they would check. We went for breakfast and when we got back were told the water was ok. When checking out we mentioned the water situation only to be told it always happens when there is a fire alarm which we understand but what surprises us is in a hotel of that size why would there not be some plan for this to be checked and corrected after a fire alarm if they know it causes a problem. It’s not like they only have 10 rooms to accommodate and in Penrith with 2 degree morning a cold wash is not what you expect. Also after our initial phone call we never received a courtesy call to let us know what was happening. We are very disappointed with our stay because the facilities were great.

The guys at has funky hair at reception looked after us very well when we need something. He knew there was a wedding and catered very well for all of us. I wish i got his name but i know his Spanish from one of our chats.

The hotel was close to our venue, check in was quick and easy. Our room was 222 right at reception and ws a but joisy. The fire alarm went off during the night, do we had disrupted sleep.

I had a nice stay, the room was spacious and had everything I needed. Only one for side was when I first entered the room there was a tissue on the floor near the window a complete check wasn’t conducted when cleaned. Overall a lovely stay.
