Hotel is still under construction but the staff are very friendly. I stayed two nights and didn't require any housekeeping but they still called the room to check in which I've never had happen anywhere else and was really impressed by. The room was really spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Overall experience was ok, room very clean and we checked in online so just required the key and leave credit card details. We were given no information about breakfast. I asked about internal access to Panthers as it was raining and a storm, and was given very confusing information. We could not understand and the response was very confusing. In the end my husband I walked off, it could have been explained to us in much more simpler terms.

Some parts of the hotel are under refurbishment but the room was brand new and quite modern. Facilities were more than adequate. Bathroom was new. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Okay. Staff were friendly but the place was a building site, from walking in stepping over workmen’s tools to a reception in renovations we felt like we were staying on a building site.
