Good. But could have been better. Pool area poorly kept. Bottles left not cleared up. Cigarette butts everywhere. Dirty chairs n tables. No shade and was 35 degrees. Lobby under Reno - not advised when booking. Reception staff not so friendly. Room was clean and tidy but bathroom needed extra tlc. Mould on grout.

« Superior Double Double Room »

Have now stayed here a couple of times and would recommend this hotel. The rooms were great, recently renovated 2 x Double beds. Breakfast at Kelly's was well worth it. Plenty of options right out side. The only downfall was the current reception / bar area renovations taking place. Notice in the room indicated that the renovation would be finished by Friday 7 December 2018 but they were still in full swing on Monday 10 December 2018 upon checkout.

Staff are pleasant, rooms are clean. As an Accor member I have access to the wifi. If I was not I would have no access to my own data and would have to pay at the hotel to use theirs. This is not good.

Staff all very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean. Bathroom small. Room service breakfast would be good. Overpriced. Our room was a long distance from the lift.

The stay was good. Check in staff were friendly. Unfortunetly didnt explain how breakfast worked or where it was located. Renovations in foyer were noisy and messy. Was unable to book accommodation online, had to call hotel direct.

While our experience with Mercure was satisfactory I am not satisfied with the experience of being associated with a Club. Our Advantage Plus Silver membership does not get us the discount on meals. After staying at 2 Mercure’s that are associated with large clubs I will investigate further re bonuses.

Rooms were comfortable and we were not overly inconvenienced by the works being undertaken. It was just a surprise we were not notified of work being undertaken. Disappointed we were not offered and given an upgrade given my Platinum status. In the past I have received upgrades and the hotel did not seem overly busy.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. It looked like the bathroom has been recently renovated. I Was not aware that reception is being renovated. Whilst this was not a huge inconvenience it would have been good to know before hand. As there was no bar area we were unable to use the free drinks. If there were alternative arrangements we were not advised of this. We stayed in room 334. I would suggest you visit this room and use the toilet. You will notice it is set extremely high. I’m 160cm and found it very awkward to use. My friend who was staying with me is 167cm and she found it uncomfortable to use also

Very friendly staff, very accommodating and keen to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Renovated room was lovely, quiet, clean and with all we needed. When the reception and external renovation is complete it will be even better.

Happy with the stay, however the funds for the room were taken out of my account twice. One showing for $175 which has cleared the other is $173.99 which is still pending. It has been a week since my stay and nothing has got back into my account. Other than that the stay was awesome and staff were extremely friendly.
