Hello, I recently spent 13 nights at the Pullman-Weifang and I cannot express enough how friendly and helpful the entire staff treated me and my other co-workers. I would like to reference some particular individuals who stood out. Please forgive me if I don't get the spellings correct. We use the Hotel shuttle Van/Bus everyday and both drivers (Mike and Mr. Wong) exhibited professionalism, as well as, being able to have fun with us at the same time. Mike's laughter is contagious! The two female bar workers, Alma and Shirley, continue to delight us with their smiles, laughter, and genuine happiness to see us walk into the bar after a long, hard day of work. Upon arrival, my room was extremely warm and, after two nights trying to deal with it, I finally asked the Manager, Edward, if something could be done. He immediately asked another staffer to search for other options. After one night, he moved me to a room that was extremely comfortable. I cannot thank him enough for the quick response to my request. It means very much to look forward to a comfortable room at night. We got to meet a new face on this visit, Romane. She greeted us every morning at the Breakfast Buffet and always asked if we needed anything. She makes a wonderful addition to the staff. If I had one suggestion for improvement, that would be to have a Pool Table or Ping Pong Table available. We would like to relax with some activity without having to take a Taxi ride. Drinking at the Bar is relaxing but can get a little boring after several nights. I would rather spend my money at the Hotel than another local bar. Looking forward to returning to Pullman in March!! Nice new hotel in Hefei - rooms excellent, dinner in Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor was delicious. Ivy and Christina in Exec lounge looked after my wife, baby son and I very well (very friendly). Unfortunately reception missed the booking request which mentioned that we required a baby cot (and given no bath in room, a baby bath would have been appreciated too). Common at many Accor hotels in Australia / Asia-Pacific that we struggle to get these basics in place prior to arrival. Despite this, a great stay with friendly staff and a good facility.

« What a fabulous and magical stay at Pullman! Always good services! »

I'm stunned by the big fancy lobby and the smiling faces of the hotel staff. When I entered the room, I was attracted by the local Hui Style decorations. The room is very big and clean. It's so nice that the hotel also offered a fruit plate and a sweet welcome card. I feel very welcoming.

This is my first time in Weifang China and I can say that choosing Pullman is one of the best choices I made. I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. The hotel has good staff that can speak and understand English.

Facilities and comfort level above average. But food and beverage service was 2 nd class. Example ...room service menu. I pick 3 items off the in room menu and phone. Sorry sir we only have noodles ...OK what flavour ...beef or chicken sir....OK I'll have 3 beef and one chicken...sorry sir we only have chicken. Staff are polite but this is appalling service for such a grand hotel. Many other examples if you want.

« A relaxing hotel but location is far from city »

It was a good experience , the hotel amenities is good. The only disappointment is the location. Suggest hotel to have a schedule free pick up from airport or to selected town area. In order to have a better room experience , a mini iPhone dock for music or any kind of speaker to play your favourite music. It will be great to have a capsule coffee machine. Due to the location and the hotel surrounding is so beautiful , guest would like to stay at the hotel for more relaxing moment.

A very good hotel with new facilities, beautiful landscape, peaceful lake and a small beach. Very good for family vacation with retail and playground facilities just nearby. There is a cheerful team of staff. They are helpful and always with smiles on their faces, especially the front desk manager and the staff of the executive lounge who offered very good and friendly services. Our group of five people had a very delightful and peaceful stay at the hotel. I shall recommend the hotel for people who are looking for a peaceful short vacation or family trip.

I stayed at the Pullman Weifang Wanda hotel from the 24 till 29 July . Being a Platinum Member of Le Club, I was given an upgrade. It was indeed a very good experience. I was impressed with every aspect of the service offered during my stay. The staff at the Front Office, Le Cafe Dining and the Executive Lounge made me feel comfortable during my stay. This hotel is within walking distance to the Wanda Plaza. I would like to give special thanks to Zachary & Jack at Le Cafe dining, they packed a take away of the cake that I liked during my morning breakfast. Special thanks also to Olivia of the Executive Lounge. Will certainly come back to this hotel at my next visit to Weifang.

I travel here frequently on business. The Pullman is a very nice hotel with great service. The food is average but if you explore around the area there are many restaurants and a big mall with a whole floor of restaurants within walking distance.

« Terrible stay for a platinum accor member »

This hotel was terrible this stay. First they lost my reservation, 2nd their staff was clueless about everything I asked them. I was told that the places I wanted to go to do not exist in Weifang, however I was there a few months ago. I found the places I needed to go, without the hotel's help. I am a platinum accor hotels member. I won't be going back to the Pullman Weifang Wanda.
