Easy check in. Rooms were nice, clean, and very modern. Complementary breakfast was very good and had a shuttle to the airport that ran every 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again for a short layover by LaGuardia Airport.

Perfect spot for early morning flight. Free shuttle to the airport which is rare in New York! Room immaculate. Coffee on tap downstairs. The team members were wonderful. Only issue was extra price charged for two beds after booking from Australia.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean. Only one complaint, the shuttle bus driver was very rude.

Nice hotel. Iron board and a coffee pot will make the rooms 10 times better. Having free transportation to and from LGA airport is a plus, just wish it was servicing this hotel only so the van will always leave on time and Not 5 to 10 min late! Getting to work or catch a flight on time very important to me.

It was ok. We asked for double we received single room. We used uber we had to walk to the top of the hill to the other hotel to get our ride because the other hotel would not them down to pick us up, very inconvenient.

Great newer hotel in a quiet location close to LGA, breakfast fair for price of the room. Room is spacious enough and new decor, Bed comfortable, Only down side is no facility to make a hot drink in the room, must go to lobby for all hot beverages

One of the worst experiences I had no ventilation for the restrooms doors don't go all the way to the top no refrigerator no microwave if you want to charge $350 a night way overpriced for the room. Comfort Inn has better rooms days in any of them.

« Interesting Hotel - A bit too trendy for my tastes »

The hotel was certainly different from the hotels I'm accustomed to staying in. I was disappointed that there were no wash clothes in the room, or an ice bucket...or a bar of soap. I know that the hotel is trying to be trendy but it comes across as just being cheap. The room was clean enough, the beds slept well but they slid across the floor...the floor was extremely cold, the room needed more rugs. There is no microwave in the room either, which was a bit tough.

« The whole reason we stayed there was due to convenience and shuttle service to airport. »

At 8:20 a.m. we came down with for breakfast with the intent of getting on the 8:55 shuttle. At 8:40 - 8:45, we saw the shuttle pull away. I had already verified with the front desk that the shuttle was running every half hour. I went again to the desk and asked if I should be worried that they left. She verified again that another shuttle would arrive for the 9 a.m. run. Approx. 5 minutes later, she came over to tell us that all 3 shuttles were stuck in traffic and we should walk over. We walked up the hill, to the left and thru oncoming traffic amid the construction zone. We were originally told by the policeman not to walk, and then he directed us to stay to the left. We definitely were not walking in a safe environment and were quite perplexed about the entire experience. When I received my email invoice with the total of $248, I was again astounded...the 2 euros "donation" is quite deceiving on the website...certainly not understood by this non worldly traveler.

« Super convenient to LaGuardia and super clean »

We just needed a hotel close to LGA to make a next morning flight. We've stayed with Ibis in Portugal, England and Northern Ireland and been pretty happy with the results. It was nice to see Ibis in the US and very happy with what we found. The room is very cool and wide-open design-wise. The furniture is not as bulky as typical hotels and adds to a sense of space. The room and bathroom were very clean. I don't care for the glass/rolling door that closes off the commode closet to the rest of the bathroom and bedroom area. Its a little noisy/bulky especially in the middle of the night and doesn't provide as much privacy as one might want. It looks cool but doesn't function great.
