Ok for quick overnight for early flight. However, we had a King room, arrived late after a 18 hrs of international traveling - and our room had 1 of each towel for us- that's all. We had to share the towel and the floor mat towel was in shreds all along one edge falling apart. It was so late and we were so exhausted we doubted that we would get immediate service so we shared. Also - what's up with the lighting in the room? How is anyone supposed to see into their suitcase? I had to lift up the desk lamp and shine it into my suitcase to see what I had- the lighting is as bad as Hollister- a flashlight is needed to see what you need from your suitcase. Other than that- bed comfortable, clean- which are the 2 major things I was looking for and front desk was fine as was the very early am shuttle.

great location , thought this hotel was part of Sofitel group. if it is its the black sheep of the group. The room amenities and décor are awful. Actually the only good thing was John behind the bar. The food was ok but they should have told us it came from the kitchen of the next door hotel. We would have walked the hundred feet and had real plates instead of take out containers.

We needed a room close to LGA, and this was perfect. The room was clean colorful and had everything we needed for a short stay. The airport transportation was on time, and the driver was polite. One slight problem was getting into the hotel. Our driver couldn't figure out how to get to your front door, we we had to walk down path to the entrance.

Overall, I had a great experience. The only downside was that my receipt from AccorHotels said that I had pre-paid and did not owe any money to the hotel. When I checked in, I had to pay to hotel. I was concerned that I was "double paying", but I double checked my credit card records, which showed that I had not been charged.

The process of getting the room was simple after our flight plans changed. Getting connected with the reservation agent was quick and easy and then a shuttle was 10 minutes away. The hotel was stylish and clean and so was our room.

I had an over all decent experience at the hotel.

The staff is pleasant and friendly, though it took almost 2 hours to get an iron and ironing board to the room. My first call I was told it would be right up. On my second call I offered to come down and pick it up and was told it was on its way and I would receive it shortly. On my third call I was told the attendant had to unload the laundry truck and therefore that caused the delay, I received and apology and was told the I would receive the items shortly. When the items finally arrived, the iron plate needed cleaning from matter that was burned on. The iron board had no padding and I was basically ironing on metal with a very thin cloth covering it. Further, I tried placing an order for food, the phone rang continiously with out answer. I hung up and tried back minutes late it rang several times and once answered i was told the bartender stepped away nd would be back in 3 minutes and would give me a call then. I waited and then after 15 mins called back and didnot receive an answer. About 15 minutes later I recieved a call asking if I would like to place my order which I did. About an hour later I received a call stating hte wings I ordered were ready for pick up. M over all experience was good except the staff does not seem to have a grasp on timing or time management. which is extremely important for a person traveling for business.

The parking is a nightmare. Not enough staff to handle demand and limited drive lane so that people have to back out onto the road 5 deep to let out a car - rediculous

This hotel has a great location but the cleanliness of the hotel has been on decline. I stay here about once a month and I’ve noticed the sheets are starting to have stains on them and there is black mold growing behind the soap dispenser in the bathroom. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and the shuttle runs a few minutes late on average. If you can snag a room for under $100 it’s worth the value.

the room was fine, the bar and food was fine, too. corridors were noisy, with inconsiderate guests talking and slamming doors well into the early morning. the shuttle returning to the hotel parking after our journey was not at all well-explained. we had no idea what to do, where to go, how to meet the shuttle, etc etc. it took about an hour to finally get back to the hotel. very poorly run on the hotel's or the car park's part. no information given at all.

I was very happy to get a room on very short notice due to a flight delay. The room was fun, but could have used more light. Also, there were no washcloths in the bathroom. The dinner I had there was fine, but the buffet breakfast was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Biscuits that fell apart, only white bread for toast, no butter. The scrambled eggs were very bad. The best things were the fruit and the coffee. Certainly not worth $13. However, all of the personnel were quite friendly and efficient.

Our hotel stay was fine overall. We had a little trouble finding the hotel. GPS software took us took us close to the hotel, but unless you knew to use the entrance to the hotel next door you might miss it. Plus uber and delivery people kept stopping at the first hotel. We got there early and needed to wait until a room was ready. We knew we were early due to our cruise ship exit being so early. The staff worked great to get us into a room as quickly as possible. Once we were in our room we found it very spacious and comfortable except we had a king size bed with 3 very flat pillows. We called down to get a couple more pillows since 2 of us were staying in the room and were told there were no pillows in the hotel and we needed to wait until their linen service arrived around 9:30pm. We did get a couple more pillows are 9:40 after we called back to ask again. We wondered why there were no extra pillows at the hotel. We found now cups in the room and no ice bucket. There was also no ice machine on the floors. You have to call and request all this from the from desk and someone will come up. This all seemed odd to us based on previous stays at hotels. Check out was great the next morning, shuttle service to the airport was prompt and quick.

Our stay was nice. The beds are a little hard, and if you want a washcloth be sure to ask for one, they're not in the rooms. But the decor was cute and the room was quiet for being across from the airport.

From speaking with Cathy in reception to getting set up with my room I loved this hotel. It was very clean and the room with the view was amazing. I was able to see the airport from my room and the sunrise was beautiful. I will be back and recommend this location to everyone. Valet from Midnight to 6am was $12.00 not bad. Thanks soo much for such a pleasant stay.

Hard to get to the hotel from airport ( late arrival = no shuttle ) and no obvious indications to get to. Warm welcome at the desk. Room and breakfast were perfect.

Liked the room, a little funky vibe which was fun. Comfortable temperature, easy to regulate. Mattress nice, bedding nice, pillows terrible - very uncomfortable making for an unrestful night of sleep. Breakfast lacking in any sort of pastries, danish etc, no yogurt. Poor selection.
